The check-in experience was disappointing. While the exterior of the hotel looks nice and the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant, my stay was marred by several issues. The front desk staff informed me that the elevator was out of service and wouldn't be repaired during my stay, which was particularly inconvenient given my bad back and the fact that I had to climb two flights of stairs. The hallways and stairs appeared rundown and unclean, adding to the overall poor impression. Later that evening, after going out to eat, I encountered a large cockroach on the stairs—both disgusting and unsettling. When I went to my car to grab something, I also saw a rat outside the rear entrance of the hotel. The pool looked dirty and uninviting, and there were numerous signs everywhere indicating that coffee service was temporarily unavailable, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. The room was average—nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn’t consider returning in the future.

Elevator not working. For over 24 hours and I was on the 3 floor it was unpleasant!

My stay here was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff ( Dawn at the front desk & later by Heide who came) They were too busy talking amongst themselves, arguing, and having conversations about which room to give me, understandably, but communicating with the guest should be a priority. To make matters worse, they were making a fuss about the fact that more people were arriving for check-in, but they had no rooms available for them either. This left me feeling like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. The vibe felt off from the start, and it became clear that this wasn’t a traditional hotel—the place seemed more like a temporary residence, with several people actually living there long-term. Upon check-in (I arrived around 4:15- didn’t get a room until close to 5pm) I was told there was no room available, which was frustrating. The elevator was also broken, and it didn’t help that there was no sign indicating it wasn’t working. When I finally got to my room, I was disappointed. The place looked sketchy—paint chips everywhere, hair on the floor, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The room I initially booked wasn’t available, but they upgraded me to a “deluxe suite.” But i did not care for it. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe here, so I ended up checking out early and didn’t stay the night. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable stay.

The good: the floor in the room was clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bad: you have to request kitchen supplies (plates, utensils, etc) and they did not have everything they advertise available. There are people living here like long-term (rugs and brooms). Our entry constantly smelled like curry (great when you are hungry, not so great at 6am or 10pm). The neighbors would sweep their dirt in front of our door... not kidding, I stood there watching as she did it. The gym has 3 cardio machines, one broken. EVERYTIME I worked out there were kids age 4-10 running in and out of the gym and on the one other piece of equipment with no parent in site. The one time I used the pool there was a boy doing flips into it without a parent there (he seemed to know what he was doing, but one mishap and suddenly I'm in charge of an injured kid I've never met). The hall gets vacuumed maybe every other day. The stairwells were dirty and smelly awful. The bathroom sink was plugged up on day 1. If the room floor and beds weren't just find I would have left and taken the financial loss. If you are looking to live in the Bay Area in a cheap hotel, the might be good... if you want a vacation spot, I'd look elsewhere.

Great hotel, sucked the elevator and pool was out of service but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Place was filthy. Cockroaches in room and in hallway near elevator. They do not provide dishes,etc. said you could ask for them and we did but they said there were none left. We were supposed to seat 4 nights but left early in the morning

Do not stay here. I am received from bed bug bites all over my body

The worst I've ever experienced. The towels were dingy looking with someone's hair. I ask for new towels and I had to bring the towels to be exchanged for new towels. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, soap at the front desk. Worst of all was the dirt ring in the shower/bath. Why rent a hotel room out that's not clean? Where They Do That At????

This place is unsanitary and has ROACHES!!

Smelly dirty

I travel for work and would stay here every other week. I've been there twice and noticed the same dog feces in the stairwell. The hallway smells awful and the rooms are not cleaned properly. To top it off they have ROACHES!!

The staff was friendly and the rooms were adequate however, when it came to the kitchenette and bathrooms there was some serious areas that were lacking. 1. Kitchenette - we had to customize our kitchenette by asking for the items we would need instead of the room just being stocked with standard kitchen items. There weren't enough place settings for all of us to eat at the same time so we had to eat our meals in shifts. Several standard kitchen tools were missing including (spatula, tongs, can/bottle opener, and pot holders). 2. The room description says that there is a shower/tub combo but the tub is useless without a stopper to allow the tub to be filled.

Everything was good nice staff, clean rooms and pool, problem was neighbors who we're heard arguing, screaming and fighting all night. My worry is safety and quietness as we didn't get much rest thanks to neighbors.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. My only complaint was I had to ask for kitchen supplies, i.e. plates silverware, pans, toaster, coffee pot. It was weird…… I had to ask at the front desk for it and carry it all to our room. That was the main reason we chose that hotel was so we could cook our own meals. They should just keep each suite stocked. And there was no dish soap.

This was my first time staying here, and I had a very bad experience. I couldn't sleep because I could hear conversations from the next room right up to my bed. The wall between the two rooms wasn't soundproof. I could clearly hear snoring. In the next room, children played until after 11 p.m., and I could hear adults talking until 2:30 a.m.

The room/suite was spatious and clean. For the rate, $135, we are ready to accept spartan, inexpensive furnishings, and a worn look. So far, so good. But the “breakfast!” My god, it couldn’t have been cheaper quality. Not even cold breakfast cereal, nor a slice of bread and a toaster, nor a piece of fruit. Yes, they did provide coffee (K-cups), a tasteless muffin, and energy bars. It’s a stupid way to save a little money as it makes a cheap impression just when we leave. I have never, ever received from an accommodation that advertised “breakfast included”as little as what was available to us this morning. If you add a breakfast query to your list of ratings, it gets one star (terrible!) from us.

Sofa bed mattress was very dirty, used and old needs to be replaced.

Staff was very nice.Location was convenient. The shower stall head bracet was broken. There was no place to put the head except on floor.

The heat pump is 18 inches from the bed and while it was reasonably quiet, it still woke me up coming on and so I had to turn it off during the night. This facility appears to be fairly old, as the refrigerator was functional, but old and also was somewhat noisy when cooling. 2 of the 3 screens in the windows were missing, so this was a safety concern. However, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. So 4 stars for value. 5 stars if the heat pump wasn't right next to the bed. Nice large room with good layout, overlooking the pool. Very quiet regarding outside noise. I love extended stay hotels and I understand that they are expensive to maintain and that all of them are struggling due to economy issues. So I support this hotel in spite of my lackluster review.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Our “ non-smoking” room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. The room seemed clean, but because it was so smelly, dingy and old, I was grossed out. There was no drain stopper in the bathtub and the sink faucet was grimy with hard water, stains. The only saving grace was the laminate floors. I blame myself because what should I expect for the price? Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Front desk service is not the best, we had to wait long times for someone to assist us. Breakfast was only coffee and snack bars and packet muffins.

Rude customer service on the phone . Room was nice and spacious. The bed was hard as the asphalt this hotel sits on . Pillows felt like a stack of papers in a pillowcase . The breakfast was rubbish.Just to go old muffins and bars . No coffee @ 8:25AM no staff around Ahahaha and no bell to let them know someone is in need of assistance . AND FOR THE PRICE !!! a night Fri. 02.23.2024- 02.25.2024 ughhh blooody rip off . Very unfortunate.It really was waste for my birthday trip I wished I should’ve just not gotten a room there . Buuuuut I did. Thank you .

Relaxing night. Quiet and comfortable I like that right across the street theres a ross, grocery store and plenty of places to eat.

This place was awful. People hanging out in the hallways doing drugs. Paper thin walls. Did not feel safe at all.

Room was decent and little aged. A lot of people hanging around (inside and outside of the hotel). I felt a little uncomfortable as I was traveling alone.

Lots of families living at the hotel. No hot water. No breakfast. Not super clean.

I did not like the property because in the web it said breakfast was included , and when we went there there was no coffee , I went to the lobby to ask for coffee and there was no coffee. On the website it should said there is no breakfast only coffee and granola bars.

Lights in room didn't work. Water out. Breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal. Staff pretty hostile.

The room was not clean. Carpet sticky, shower filthy, towel rack dirty. Breakfast was very minimal, but the issue was being out if coffee. The room was so humid, no matter what we set the A/C at.

Upon check-in there were no towels at all as well as no sheets for the fold-out couch. The mattress on the fold-out couch was extremely thin, dipped in the middle and each spring could be felt. The “breakfast” was very basic consisting of only granola bars and oatmeal. The coffee bar only had sweetened, flavored creamers, no plain creamers.
