I am writing this review to express my absolute disappointment. The check-in process and overall service were so poor that I never want to stay here again. I arrived at 23:00 to find only one staff member at the front desk. There was one person ahead of me, and it took them over 15 minutes to process. When a second staff member finally arrived to assist me, there wasn't a single word of apology for the wait. The situation worsened when I tried to enter my room. The key card I was given didn't work. When I called the front desk, they didn't apologize; they simply said an engineer would come. I was forced to wait for another 20 minutes in the hallway. It turned out to be a malfunction of the electronic lock. Even after the engineer fixed it, he didn't offer a single word of apology either. This is low-quality service that is completely unfit for the Hilton brand. I have never seen such terrible treatment in my life. Furthermore, I sent a formal message of complaint afterward, but it was completely ignored. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.
