A little worn and outdated. Sink counter is way low. However shower is satisfactory. Room can be cleaner. TV is good! The location is a little noisy.

Here are the reasons for my 1-star rating: - Staircase felt a little bumpy and unsafe to walk on - Room was extremely warm; food particles were scattered throughout the floor. Bathroom counter seemed very outdated and the caulk/sealant was very evident. - Toilet was letting on one side every time it was flushed - Barely any hot water in the shower - I asked the front desk receptionist if there is a Do Not Disturb sign to adhere to the outside of door; he just gave me a handful of towels and soap? I told him I did not see any room service for the duration of the stay. - My wife and I went to the Beltline to explore on Friday 06/19 for most of the day; when we got back to the room, we noticed bedding was changed and her belongings were missing. Went to the front desk and they had no idea what happened. They checked with the housekeeper and apparently this person took my wife’s belongings and put them in a trash bag, along with other people’s trash…thinking we checked out. Owners of hotel mentioned the housekeeper did not speak English so they could not communicate with her properly. My wife’s belongings were found but they were all jumbled up; I noticed my sandals were taken and could not be found.

I didn't bother to stay here. I arrived at the property and the grounds weren't well kept and there was an odor. That made me decide to view the room before completing my booking. I viewed the room and it smelled and looked nasty. From the bed to the walls.
