Staff was nice; had to rekey my cards multiple times (and I didn’t have the phone by them) and the lock was very touchy; the mattress was terrible similar to a pull out couch: I was at the end room and the security door didn’t work wasn’t locked at all; killed a bug within 10 minutes of being there; long black hairs on the bathroom floor; toilet rocks when used; missing light bulb above the sink; when the first thing I see in arriving is a sign that states there is no responsibility for damage to vehicle I just prayed the next 48 hours would be good

The lady at the front desk was so unfriendly and incredibly rude. The website advertised free continental breakfast but there isn’t one and when asked about it was told they didn’t know how to remove it from the website, the rooms were hot and the air conditioners did not work. Most windows were missing the screens so you couldn’t open the windows. It looked like someone was murdered in our tub and they “tried” to clean it up and we found random medication and or pills on the floor.

Room was fairly clean but housekeeping had left cleaning rags on the sink. Young man who checked us in was friendly but didn’t give us the accessible room I reserved just a first floor room.No Kleenex in room and no stoppers in either sink or bathtub. Room lights were only the one at the bed and over sink. Bathroom light was ok. Bathtub didn’t have grab bars only one outside of the tub

This hotel was awful. The only ok part of the hotel was the pool. There was an extremely strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel and inside the rooms, the hotel was not clean, rooms were not well kept up, and beds were not comfortable at all. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
