The man at the reception welcomed me very warmly, showing me the room and the facilities. The spa area is very clean and the 2 saunas worked perfectly, same for the quiet area. The lady at the restaurant was very friendly, as italian i must say that the pasta was well cooked. Breakfast was as expected.
