You get what you pay for. I didn't have any problems because my goal is to have a place to lay my head. I wasn't looking for a 5star hotel.

Don't stay at this place.Run down hotel,no coffee machine working

I didn’t stay there an hour and I book at another hotel that same day. The young guy at the desk was stressed and a bit rude to everyone, the rooms were not worth the $100 I paid it was not a comfortable condition to be in, I did not want to even sit on the furniture. I immediately state searching for bed bugs and honestly I really would like a refund. I plan to call the health department or someone because the condition of those rooms for those prices are insane.

What a horrible experience. Booked two nights, got there late the 1st night and was shocked. Stains on the sheets, pubic hairs in bathroom. Beer bottle tops scattered in room. Mold in bathroom. Tried to get help from Hotels.Com to get us re-booked the following might but they were useless. Never stay in tos hotel again and will never book using Hoyels.Com

Just in town for the night. Didn't leave the room. The auto light in the bathroom kept shutting off unless I kept moving.
