DO NOT STAY- it’s a bait and switch. The rooms are not what they look like online at all. There is no elevator, there is a bullet hole in one of the glass doors to a hallway, and random people just “hanging out”. The room smelled of smoke and very musty. We were only in the room for a few minutes but couldn’t handle the smell. One of the phones didn’t work to call front desk. Loud noises could be heard while we were in the room and a man just sitting in the hallway on a milk carton who made us very uncomfortable. We asked to check out but that don’t go well either. Go ANYWHERE else.

Love having a suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen area! Needs a remodeling (stained hallway carpets) and especially a plumbing update (leaking shower in swimming pool area, that caused the wall to be soaked; the bedroom shower faucet has a tiny leak). Breakfast is average but adequate. Very clean bedroom and facilities and the swimming pool is very clean! Management is very responsive when we asked for replacement of microwave and housekeeping requests. I will stay again as the price is just right.

My check in was 3pm the room was ready at 6pm. The rooms were outdated, overpriced and under staffed. The only thing the manager offered was a small can of chips. At the very least itcouldve been a late checkout or discount. There was loud banging noises like construction. The shower next door sounded as if it was in the room. I did not sleep well. I was very tired when driving hours back home a true waste of money.

Received a phone call 3 days prior to my stay saying my “pay at the hotel” reservation now needed to be paid in full within 24 hours or it would be cancelled. When I called back no one answered…repeatedly. Finally got someone to answer after 3 hours of phone calls. Arriving at the hotel we were given no direction as to where to park just “your room is that way.” That way was the back of the building and driving to the back would have been more convenient. The room had stained carpet and towels and a hint of pot smell. Breakfast was chicken nuggets and weird egg disks. Oh, and the random people in the parking lot getting high and playing slot machines in the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable, but not enough to make me return. If you are looking for the pool….its broken.

Good location, good price for what you get, clean room. Don’t expect much, but if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room (especially for Graduation, Mom/Dad Weekend, etc) it was good! Beds were comfortable. I’d stay here again.
