Such a well run small hotel! Every detail was outstanding and quietly delivered. Breakfast buffet delightful, with eggs always available. My wife and I had dinner once and it was much better than I anticipated. Salmon with sauce really tasty and the goulash was as good as anywhere in the country. Housekeeping thorough and beds very comfortable. As a former hotel GM in the states I’m critical. This family really runs an excellent hotel!

A super location to relax up in the mountains. Amazing views throughout the day as the light changes. We opted to pay a little more to ensure a view and we did not regret this decision. We visited hotel the first week of October and just out of season, but for this, we had a most relaxing time. The menu was limited, but the quality of everything we ordered was excellent. A great stay and a hotel I would certainly recommend.

Det bedste ved dette hotel er den helt eminente udsigt over bjergene fra restauranten/terrassen. Der er en hyggelig stemning ved aftensmaden og efterfølgende kan man bestille drinks, nyde udsigten, og konversere med de øvrige gæster. Maden er desuden top klasse og personalet venligt og service mindet. Bemærk at tirsdag er hviledag, hvilket man godt kunne være blevet gjort opmærksom på ved booking. Tirsdag kan ovenstående gode mad og stemning altså ikke opleves, og jeg måtte finde et andet sted i Berchtesgaden at spise, der ikke var lige så godt. Eneste negative ved opholdet var, at vandrørene fra de omkringliggende værelser larmer en del. Hvis man, som undertegnede, ikke sover så tungt, bliver man vækket af naboernes nattelige toiletbesøg (ørepropper var løsningen).
