DAs Hotel ist in die ahre gekommen, hätte aber Charme. Was wir wirklcih vermisst haben ist zumindest die Bar, die in der Ausschreibung drin ist, aber nicht in Betrieb, wie auch das Reataurant, was man eher noch verkraften kann. Bei dem schönen (kleinen) Balkon wäre es noch schön, wenn man einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hätte oder Eis bestellen könnte, um dort bei einem Drink die Aussicht zu geniessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Chef, Sergey, der auch bediente, sehr freundlich.

Aucun personnel n'est présent hormis le propriétaire; c'est lui qui prépare le petit déjeuner qui est plutôt moyen avec un mauvais café. L'établissement comprend 3 niveaux mais compte tenu des décrochés il n'y a pas d'ascenseur!! La chambre n'était pas à la hauteur du prix, seul point positif la vue sur le lac. Produits de salle de de bains minimum( petits savons) et il a fallu réclamer du papier toilette. Pas de réfrigérateur pas de boisson offerte. La connexion internet est ce mauvaise qualité et saute souvent( trop de connexions?) La propreté générale laisse à désirer: nombreuses feuilles au sol, herbe poussant à travers les dalles, parasols déchirés.

Ook de kopkussen waren best ok, en wij zijn zeer streng hierin :) De muren waren redelijk dun, dus je hoort alles wat er rondom jou gebeurd. Het ontbijt was met goed weer buiten te doen en dat was echt wow! kamer was verzorgt en proper! De badkamer was netjes, met voldoende handdoeken en een goede douche.

Der var indtjekning mellem kl. 15-18. vi ventede frem til kl. 16 for at tjekke ind, og der havde vi vel og mærke ringet til det nummer der stod på døren. Ukrudtet står op i knæhøjde udenfor og der er spindelvæv og skidt på gulvene indenfor. Vi fik redt seng første dag, anden dag kunne vi se på døren, at der havde været nogen, mens vi var væk, men der var ikke redt senge mm. Vi tog fat i ejeren, der fortalte at de kun tømmer skraldespand dagligt på værelserne. Rene håndklæder, rede seng, gøre toilet ren mm. gøres kun 1 gang i ugen. WiFi virker ikke. Der er kun morgenmad og ikke mulighed for en flaske vand eller andet på stedet. Vi forlod stedet en dag før tid, hvilket virkede til at være til en lettelse for ejer (og os). Vi kommer aldrig igen og kan på ingen måde anbefale dette sted.

Misleading on distance to hotel from train /bus station. They said a 10 minute walk but had to take a taxi that cost $30.00 one way. It was a couple miles away. Spent over $100. on taxi service while there. Hotel was more of a hunting lodge with no less than 15 stuffed animals and birds in the lobby and dining area. Very nice carpentry work throughout. Nice views.

The view around this hotel is very good. However, due to its remote location, transportation is not good. There are no restaurants or other places to eat. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am, so if you go sightseeing early, you can't use it at all. Also, there are hardly any staff at the hotel reception, so you cannot enter the hotel before 3pm.

My wife's first reaction on reaching the property is that we had been tricked. The place appeared unkempt as if it had been abandoned. A notice in German inferred that someone would be back in half hour, so we left with no intention of staying there. We were later informed that someone was waiting from 1500 hrs to 2000 hrs waiting for our arrival and there is no reason to doubt the veracity of that claim. But the place did not look at all inviting. A local lady kindly phoned the hotel on our behalf and despite trying for half hour was unable to get a satisfactory response. She informed us that the hotelier was not Swiss. Shortly afterwards we encountered an American couple who had met the hotelier and had also decided not to stay there. They reported to us bloodied bed sheets, which to me indicates they were not changed between guests as well as the high probability of bed bugs. Sightings of mosquitoes and a Russian hotelier who was in complete denial that anything was amiss. They, very kindly, were able to arrange alternative accommodation for us.
