Luxurious new boutique hotel with amazing spa and delicious breakfast. Champagne and gummy candies at check-in were a nice treat, too. My luggage got stuck in Madrid, and the staff were helpful in hunting it down. The location is great, and the area is safe. Gym is small, but does have a treadmill, or you can run along the beach (definitely recommend, but go early, as a lot of it is exposed and hot)

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location to the famous square, city walls, cathedral a 10min walk, great authentic restaurants too. We had a finer dining evening at Temple restaurant 1 min from hotel and was amazing. Spa nice for an hour, rooftop a nice space but don’t expect to swim as tiny pool. Thank you We’ll & Come.

Fantastisk takterasse med både solsenger og loungestoler. Sol hele dagen. Dessverre var solsengene opptatt, allerede fra kl 11-11.30. Det var kanskje 10-15 solsenger til sammen. Men da kunne jeg sitte i en av loungestolene fram til det ble en ledig solseng. Gode drinker. Lite basseng men mer enn godt nok for å avkjøle seg. All personell var veldig vennlige og behjelpelige. Fine og komfortable rom. Badene utstyrt med alt man trenger av artikler. God frokost med stort utvalg.

Just exceptional from the moment we arrived. Staff so so good, friendly helpful, loved the sweets at reception, pool small and hard to get a bed at busy times but we loved it. Only thing I wish you could buy a coffee on the rooftop in the morning. I don't eat breakfast but loved sitting up there at 9am...just needed a coffee!

Heel fijn hotel. Persoon is aardig en toegankelijk. Alles ziet er netjes uit. Er zijn veel extra faciliteiten, spa, gym Het enige minpuntje was dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was en dus behoorlijk koud was. Voor ons was het formaat prima maar voor kinderen aan de kleine kant.

Överlag ett fräscht, modernt, fint och centralt hotell med hjälpsam personal. Oerhört sköna sängar, bra luftkonditionering och tyst rum. Hade bokat ett trippel rum till mig och mina döttrar som enligt bokningen skulle vara 28 kvm, men jag upplevde att rummet var mindre än det. Städningen som jag läst mycket bra om tycker jag kunde vara bättre. Fanns en del grus vid väggar och hörn plus att vi hade små insekter/myror som sprang runt på skrivbordet. De fyllde dagligen på med vatten och läsk som man fick ta kostnadsfritt, vilket var mycket uppskattat. Frukosten var bra, dock behöver de göra något åt sina kaffemaskiner som var oerhört långsamma och hela tiden behövde tömmas/gick sönder. Det var också ganska trångt på frukosten och jag upplevde att personalen hade svårt att hinna med. Hotellet har en jätte fin takterrass med pool med väldigt sköna solsängar. Hotellet ligger nära shopping och restauranger och det är ca 1,5 km till närmaste stranden.

Spain had a major outage. Were there emergency lights? NOPE. Did they have any lights? NOPE. Did they even care about their guests? NOPE. Nothing at all to check on guests considering everything was pitch black, now I know the outage wasn't their fault,but seriously it's about how you deal with matters and they were not prepared at all. Would it have hurt to say have a free drink considering how much they charge for this place? The room was tiny, my bathroom is bigger at home, the design of it is weird. you can't even put the mat down as the shower door pushes it away as it's that small. Not clean either, areas of the shower where it needs some attention. The room itself, very small but I didn't expect how dirty it was, areas of the floor were dirty and not only that, but paint had clearly spilled and not been wiped up. The bed was very hard, but a typical hotel room bed, nothing special and whatever they use to wash the bedding brought me out in hives. No sound proofing to the room at all, you can hear people going up stairs (we were on the ground floor), you can hear people in the bar and reception shouting and laughing, inconsiderate but you would expect the room to block out the noise. I mentioned the cleanliness to reception and the hives, no one cares. Dirty, noisy and disappointing.

We recently stayed at Hotel Well & Come and we were very impressed. The deluxe double room was spotless, spacious, and contemporary. It had large doors to a Juliet balcony overlooking the quaint side streets. Our sleep was very comfortable with lovely Egyptian cotton sheets.

Tolles Hotel inmitten der Altstadt, neu, resp. neu renoviert in einem alten Haus. Nette und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang, schöne Zimmer, eher etwas klein (unbedingt Duplex buchen), tolle Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool und Liegestühlen sowie Bistro.

Beautiful hotel, less than 1 year old so everything is pristine. Great location. Wonderful rooftop bar and sun deck/seating area. Only thing to be aware… the “balcony” rooms over look a street so you get traffic noise, this may not bother you but it does us. They very kindly moved our room after one night to one of the rooms with court yard internal view. This room simply brilliant and completely peaceful. Staff are all so so nice, highly recommended.

Well and come was an excellent option for us. We got a triple room, comfortable for our 15 year old. Something that is quite hard to find in hotels. The hotel itself was fantastic. Perfectly located. Free cola drinks and chips in the room. Very helpful staff. Only thing we struggled with was vegetarian breakfast options as usually hotels do cater better. So ended up having the same 2 or 3 veg options for 4 days. The spa was just amazing. We used it on 4 occasions and loved it so much! The roof top pool was fine, but we struggled with getting a sun bed. So catch it early if you can.

It’s even nicer than the pictures! The hotel is gorgeous, decor well thought out, great size room, staff are super friendly and helpful! It was super clean, modern with a nice rustic decor touch. All the shared areas were immaculately clean. It’s well placed in the city, close enough to everything but on a quiet street. My only fault would be not enough sun loungers but there are plenty of sofa’s by the bar to chill out on.

All around the property was clean and tidy. The staff couldn't do enough for us and very helpful. The food was always plentiful and delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable on food intolerance and plenty of options for us to eat.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our check in was delayed a bit which was kind of annoying but we got free drinks to compensate. Took us a bit to get used to the A/C functions but we couldn’t be arsed asking at reception so our own fault. Just exceptional from the moment we arrived. Staff so so good, friendly helpful, loved the sweets at reception, pool small and hard to get a bed at busy times but we loved it. Only thing I wish you could buy a coffee on the rooftop in the morning. I don't eat breakfast but loved sitting up there at 9am...just needed a coffee!

Spain had a major outage. Were there emergency lights? NOPE. Did they have any lights? NOPE. Did they even care about their guests? NOPE. Nothing at all to check on guests considering everything was pitch black, now I know the outage wasn't their fault,but seriously it's about how you deal with matters and they were not prepared at all. Would it have hurt to say have a free drink considering how much they charge for this place? The room was tiny, my bathroom is bigger at home, the design of it is weird. you can't even put the mat down as the shower door pushes it away as it's that small. Not clean either, areas of the shower where it needs some attention. The room itself, very small but I didn't expect how dirty it was, areas of the floor were dirty and not only that, but paint had clearly spilled and not been wiped up. The bed was very hard, but a typical hotel room bed, nothing special and whatever they use to wash the bedding brought me out in hives. No sound proofing to the room at all, you can hear people going up stairs (we were on the ground floor), you can hear people in the bar and reception shouting and laughing, inconsiderate but you would expect the room to block out the noise. I mentioned the cleanliness to reception and the hives, no one cares. Dirty, noisy and disappointing.

It is a brand-new hotel with very friendly staff. It is close to everything, near a lively square (La Merced, with lots of terraces). You walk right into the old city with many stores, restaurants, and tapas bars. Also, the museums are close by. If you want to open a window at night, you don't want a room on the street side as people outside make a lot of noise until very late. The breakfast is nice, and it has a small pool on the roof. We would go there again.

Luxurious new boutique hotel with amazing spa and delicious breakfast. Champagne and gummy candies at check-in were a nice treat, too. My luggage got stuck in Madrid, and the staff were helpful in hunting it down. The location is great, and the area is safe. Gym is small, but does have a treadmill, or you can run along the beach (definitely recommend, but go early, as a lot of it is exposed and hot)

There was nothing you couldn't like about the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The rooms are spotless clean, the breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices. Roof top bar was beautiful with plunge pool. I would certainly recommend staying in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Staff upon check in and check out were wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. Wish the bar had more options to better enjoy the area. Wanted a margarita but they didn’t have the ingredients necessary. We were annoyed that we were given drinks in glasses (while dressed in swimsuits) and space is pretty small so it’s easy to assume we are in swimming area or pool only to later be scolded about having said glasses instead of plastic. There aren’t rules posted (or none that are visible) and they poured the drinks so why not tell us then. That would be my only complaint but overall wonderful!

Well and come was an excellent option for us. We got a triple room, comfortable for our 15 year old. Something that is quite hard to find in hotels. The hotel itself was fantastic. Perfectly located. Free cola drinks and chips in the room. Very helpful staff. Only thing we struggled with was vegetarian breakfast options as usually hotels do cater better. So ended up having the same 2 or 3 veg options for 4 days. The spa was just amazing. We used it on 4 occasions and loved it so much! The roof top pool was fine, but we struggled with getting a sun bed. So catch it early if you can.

We were given a upgrade when we arrived, a room with a balcony and complimentary mini fridge with soft drinks which was fantastic. Good to know - spa facility max 6 people and need to prebook. Great location, everything close by. Only down side the coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down, overall an excellent experience.

Me and my son stayed here 4 days in July. We really enjoyed the hotel and especially the fantastic rooftop pool area since it was very hot during our stay. Room was great, as was the breakfast and the location is super, right next to the vivid Old Town and 20 minutes walk to Malagueta beach.
