- Helpful and friendly staff - Great location (2 metro stations nearby, and one of them has 4 metro lines so very convenient) - safe neighbourhood - well maintained and modern enough interiors (i.e. no mouldy bathrooms & carpets) - there's a lift! Only drawback is how small the rooms and corridors are, but nothing usual for Paris hotels.

The staff was just lovely. So kind and helpful. Nice, new elevator. Room was Paris-small, but very nice for a two-star property. Breakfast was fine for the price. Location was two minutes walk from a Metro stop, and there was a City convenience store across the street. However--the room temperature was rarely comfortable. There was a notice in the room that due to an ordinance, thermostats had to be at 19, but my heat was off completely. Every day I'd have to ask to have it turned on again. I thought it was an accident; it wasn't until the end that I figured out that's exactly what was happening: they were turning it OFF every morning. Since nobody ever told me this, I didn't know what was going on. Also, the television had no signal the whole stay. I reported; never heard back. I'd still recommend the hotel overall.

Staff were excellent. Really friendly and knowledgeable about the area, helped us find a place to buy sim cards and even gave me a map of paris and pointed out good activities and the best way to get there via public transport. The area was also pretty good--less tourist-y, and had amazing food really close (Holybelly directly across the road from the hotel was awesome, the the bakery on the corner was a highlight). The hallways are a little tight and the lift can be a bit slow but its Paris--I'm surprised they had one at all. Room was a good size had had a kettle. Bathroom was small but got the job done. Overall really really happy with the experience and a big thank uou to the awesome staff particularly the concierge with dark hair and glasses you made our welcome to paris a friendly one.

Pretty solid stay but expensive. Trendy neighborhood and a bit of a trek to the tourist track. Staff was nice. The tiny showers desperately need a bottom seal as the whole bathroom soaks when you shower.

The location of the hotel is great. However, I was not comfortable with the bed condition, sheets ( that washed but a lot of marks on) and same with towels ( discussing. It was expensive for the value of the hotel… I was not happy

The description and photos on this listing are accurate. The room may be small but it looks really clean and new, especially the bathroom! We appreciate the air-conditioning and water heater in our room. Staff are also very cheerful and friendly. Look forward to coming back again!

Chambre petite mais bien confortable, comme la salle d'eau. Tout était propre et fonctionnel/pratique (moyen de regler le chauffage, bouilloire à disposition... ). Les personnes de la reception ont été vraiment charmantes ! Et les murs sont plutôt bien isolés, il y a du double vitrage, ma chambre éait calme. Et le qurtier est très sympas !

The lady that checked us in was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. My room was great but my moms had a strange layout to her bathroom. When she was sitting on the toilet the sink would stick out into her stomach. Very clean. Windows can be opened. There is a kettle, sugar and milk but no teabags. Extra pillow and blanket in the closet. Would stay again.

Super friendly staff. Really helpful and informative. Helped me a lot when I had to store my luggage at the hotel until the evening the day I check out. Room is small especially the toilet, but clean and can’t complain with the location (3mins walk from metro station) and the pricing. One thing to noted, the room window is facing to the street and it might be a bit noisy in the early morning when people walked past and vehicles driving past Overall it was a hotel with good service I felt welcome.

Room perfectly sized for a solo traveller and equipped with a kettle. Out of four nights, one had a fair amount of noise outside but the others were perfectly fine. Location is good, close to some lovely cafes and well linked to public transportation.

Excellent location, walk from Gare Du Nord Station, loads of Metro station's near as well as restaurant's etc. Room clean and pretty modern, but barely bigger than the double bed, towels small and really thin/cheap. Air con only form of heating and nousy. Room cold and refused to heat higher than 19 degrees due to government legislation - never felt like it reached that temperature.

Das Hotel an sich ist durchaus gut. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen. Zum Badezimmer gab es nur eine Schiebetür, wodurch die Privatsphäre gleich Null war. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, weswegen wir mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Nachts haben dann zwei Personal unter das Fenster an die Wand gepinkelt und sich dort auch übergeben. Neben dem Hotel sind mehrere Bars, die bis in die Nacht rein geöffnet haben. Dadurch ist es im Sommer sehr laut. Das "kontinentale" Frühstück handelte nur vom Kontinent Frankreich. Pain Au Chocolate dazu zwei Brötchen, manchmal ein Croissant und Aufstrich. Weder Wurst, noch Käse und es war jeden Morgen das exakt gleiche Frühstück. Das Personal jedoch war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Rezeption immer besetzt und das Zimmer jeden Tag neu aufgeräumt und gemacht. Alles in allem reicht es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris aus, da die Anbindung an die Metro sehr gut ist, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch ein hochklassigeres Hotel nutzen.

Pretty good location. Staff were friendly. But here are a couple major issues. The room felt like 80 degrees, in cold fall weather. The bed covers are very thick. The guests cannot control the temperature on the thermostat. I sweat through two nights of no sleep. After the first night I mentioned this to staff, who said they will happily set the desired temp. “Just call us next time” Well, at 1 am the next night , we were hot and sweating, again. I was in no mood to make an international call to set the thermostat. I was also half naked and didn’t want to dress up to go down to reception desk! The other basic thing that was not satisfied was the broken safe. I believe this was mentioned in a prior review, also. I mentioned that to the staff *twice, and nothing was ever done. I would sadly probably avoid this hotel in the future, since I couldn’t sleep.

One thing to noted, the room window is facing to the street and it might be a bit noisy in the early morning when people walked past and vehicles driving past Overall it was a hotel with good service I felt welcome.

Staff were excellent. Really friendly and knowledgeable about the area, helped us find a place to buy sim cards and even gave me a map of paris and pointed out good activities and the best way to get there via public transport. The area was also pretty good--less tourist-y, and had amazing food really close (Holybelly directly across the road from the hotel was awesome, the the bakery on the corner was a highlight). The hallways are a little tight and the lift can be a bit slow but its Paris--I'm surprised they had one at all. Room was a good size had had a kettle. Bathroom was small but got the job done. Overall really really happy with the experience and a big thank uou to the awesome staff particularly the concierge with dark hair and glasses you made our welcome to paris a friendly one.

Amplement satisfait, ça a répondu à mon besoin. Service rapide, courtois, à l'écoute et professionnel. Hôtel bien situé, idéal pour la visite de ce secteur et au-delà. Un seul point selon moi à améliorer: munir chaque chambre d'un écriteau quelconque à mettre sur la porte de sa chambre pour signaler au personnel de ménage de ne pas entrer. Il fallait l'indiquer à tous les jours à la réception et une fois, une personne est quand même entrée.

Lorsque je me suis présentée pour le Check-in, la réceptionniste ne trouvait pas ma réservation et m’a priée de repasser. Lorsque je suis revenue quelques heures plus tard, j’ai compris pourquoi elle ne m’avait pas trouvée: ils m’ont placée dans une chambre qu’ils n’avaient visiblement pas l’habitude d’utiliser. J’étais littéralement à 3 mètres de l’accueil, au rez-de-chaussée. J’ai senti un malaise au moment de récupérer la clé. Je me disais que c’était pas super mais que ça irait; je ne suis pas très difficile. Ce que je ne savais pas, c’est qu’il y avait des bars dans la rue. Lorsque je suis retournée à ma chambre pour dormir à 23:00, des dizaines de personnes étaient accoudées à la fenêtre de ma chambre. Zéro intimité. L’enfer. J’avais peur qu’ils devinent ma présence dans la pièce alors je n’ai jamais utilisé l’électricité. Je suis restée dans le noir pour qu’ils me laissent tranquille, sinon je craignais de ne pas pouvoir y dormir. Bonne chance pour vous repérer dans la nuit noire d’une chambre que vous ne connaissez pas…ne serait-ce que pour trouver les WC. J’entendais tout ce que les gens disaient dans la rue, j’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient dans ma chambre. J’ai pleuré car j’avais peur, je ne me sentais pas en sécurité, avais peur d’être importunée ou filmée ou autre. Je me suis réveillée plusieurs fois à cause du bruit et de mes craintes. Nice place to stay. Easy walk from Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est. Small rooms with thin walls, like all Paris hotels at this price range, and it can be a little noisy on the street down below; but that's to be expected I suppose. Clean rooms, friendly staff, in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's just around the corner from Republique Metro station. I'd definitely stay again.

A internet não funcionou em nenhum dos meus dispositivos, os recepcionistas ficaram só prometendo que iriam resolver e falar com a equipe técnica e nunca vieram até mim para resolver. O quarto que nos deram era atrás de uma porta de corta-fogo, portanto tivemos dois problemas: 1) a internet do hotel já não funcionava no meu celular e por causa do buraco onde fomos enviados, o meu 5G também não funcionava. E 2) a porta era super pesada e minha mae, uma senhora de quase 60 anos, tinha muitas dificuldades de abri-la. Outro problema é o café da manhã fraco e sem graça, quase nenhuma opção.

Das Hotel an sich ist durchaus gut. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen. Zum Badezimmer gab es nur eine Schiebetür, wodurch die Privatsphäre gleich Null war. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, weswegen wir mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Nachts haben dann zwei Personal unter das Fenster an die Wand gepinkelt und sich dort auch übergeben. Neben dem Hotel sind mehrere Bars, die bis in die Nacht rein geöffnet haben. Dadurch ist es im Sommer sehr laut. Das "kontinentale" Frühstück handelte nur vom Kontinent Frankreich. Pain Au Chocolate dazu zwei Brötchen, manchmal ein Croissant und Aufstrich. Weder Wurst, noch Käse und es war jeden Morgen das exakt gleiche Frühstück. Das Personal jedoch war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Rezeption immer besetzt und das Zimmer jeden Tag neu aufgeräumt und gemacht. Alles in allem reicht es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris aus, da die Anbindung an die Metro sehr gut ist, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch ein hochklassigeres Hotel nutzen.

The staff was just lovely. So kind and helpful. Nice, new elevator. Room was Paris-small, but very nice for a two-star property. Breakfast was fine for the price. Location was two minutes walk from a Metro stop, and there was a City convenience store across the street. However--the room temperature was rarely comfortable. There was a notice in the room that due to an ordinance, thermostats had to be at 19, but my heat was off completely. Every day I'd have to ask to have it turned on again. I thought it was an accident; it wasn't until the end that I figured out that's exactly what was happening: they were turning it OFF every morning. Since nobody ever told me this, I didn't know what was going on. Also, the television had no signal the whole stay. I reported; never heard back. I'd still recommend the hotel overall.

Precies zoals alle andere reviews. Erg vriendelijk personeel, hele leuke buurt. Kamers zijn prima en niet gehorig en schoon. Ontbijt was een beetje karig, geen kaas of vleeswaar erbij. Verder helemaal prima.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré… il est servi sur un plateau : viennoiseries, pain, miel, confiture, Philadelphia, une petite salade de fruits frais. Les boissons (café, thé, chocolat, jus de fruits…) sont disponibles à volonté. Il n’y a pas de buffet avec : charcuterie, fromages, yaourts, fruits frais … c’est bien dommage !

What a wonderful hotel. I felt like I had my own little apartment for the week. The electric kettle in the room was such a nice detail. After a long day of running around, sometimes a nice cup of tea in your room helps to relax. The hotel is very close to just about everything via metro and even walking. It also felt like we were among the local community verses just another tourist heavy hotel. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect as we were up early and the convenience of not having to search for a quick breakfast was worth it. Air conditioning A+. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Paris. Highly, highly recommended.

The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, and the location was great. However, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the breakfast. While the price is quite low compared to other hotels, there were absolutely no vegetables or fruit. During my three-night stay, the coffee maker was broken on the second morning, so I couldn't have any coffee; also, what I thought was a boiled egg turned out to be raw. I didn't want housekeeping to enter the room, but since there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available, I informed the front desk—yet the cleaning staff still entered. During the three nights, the staff did enter to collect trash (and exchange towels if requested), but they didn't change the sheets; they simply made the bed. This level of service was fine for me, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone expecting more than that. The room is equipped with instant coffee, tea bags, and a kettle, but there is no coffee maker. The hair dryer is missing its back cover; you could easily cut or burn your finger if you aren't careful.
