Visiting Toulouse on motorcycles from the UK. Public Parking for three nights was a little worrying. Great little hotel though, literally 200m from a wonderful food market, restaurants and bars. Had a great time in Toulouse ending with a win over Toulouse by York City Knights RLFC.

Till vår besvikelse så var fasaden på hotellet under renovering. Detta hade vi inte fått någon information om i förväg. Hade betalt extra för rum med utsikt mot staden. Säkert hade vi valt ett annat hotell om vi vetat. Omöjligt att stanna utanför hotellet annat än i en bussficka där vi blev bortmotade. Annars hyfsat centralt läge.

El estacionamiento no es del hotel, es publico y teniamos 6 maletas que tuvimos que trasladar solos y ademas el ascensor del parking no llegaba a la calle, tuvimos que subir 2 pisos de una escalera muy angosta y ademas pagar el parking aparte !! Esto nadie lo informa antes !!

The front desk staff were wonderful. Our french is limited and they spoke English very well. They even poured drinks in the afternoon. The rooms were clean, fresh towels and great breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Good hairdryer. Staff very kind and helpful. Waterbottle in the mini fridge you can refill downstairs. Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Airport bus stop close by Highly recommend! Special thanks to the kind girl who worked in the breakfast area 22-26 September. She took good care of us two ladies every morning.

Excellent for location for shops & restaurants. Very helpful friendly staff. Just a couple of things to mention- very dusty room :-( & the air freshener in the lobby/bar area - VERY overpowering!! Sadly the smell put me off enjoying a nice drink at the bar. I guess the staff are immune to this!

The hotel was super clean and decorated nicely. It's in a great location; the metro is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short walk to the city center and restaurants. My room was spacious and spotless. The staff were really friendly. I highly recommend it.

In a good central location yet close to the Railway Station, Airport Bus Stop and the Metro, the area around Hotel Les Capitouls boasts a tremendous food market and many varied restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance. The staff, housekeeping and breakfast were all very good indeed, but despite being a fairly recent renovation of a historic building, there were already some signs of wear and tear to the door frames etc. of our superior double room with city view and the bathroom size and lay out fell short of what you would expect in a four star hotel and at that price level. The small balcony was some compensation and we greatly enjoyed our visit to Toulouse.

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Property was very well situated. In short, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. One small issue. Bathroom was so small that you couldn't use the toilet with your feet hitting the door in front of you. Don't know who designed it, but..........other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Staff were wonderful and everyone was very accommodating.

Perfectly located when arriving by train and ideal to explore the old town. We liked the interior design, the Nespresso in our room and the aircon. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only room for improvement: Beds could be more comfortable.

Hotel, camera e servizi molto confortevoli. Unica pecca: i serramenti della nostra camera familiare avevano sicuramente qualche problema, purtroppo facevano entrare il freddo (davvero molto in questi giorni!) e si riempivano di acqua (umidità).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were excellent and the hotel was nice. Clean, limited, but very good breakfast, and location was great for exploring the City. The only complaint is a small one, but noticeable. The bathroom was the tiniest little bathroom I've ever seen and so small that it was actually difficult to use comfortably. Rooms are not all exactly the same, so maybe ours was the outlier, don't know. Anyway, staff were superb and we enjoyed the stay.

Très bel hôtel, bon emplacement. Néanmoins, ma réservation n’ayant pas été respectée (lits jumeaux au lieu d’un lit double), et à quasi 200€ la nuit, je ne peux trop recommander cet hôtel. Amabilité plus que légère de la part d’un monsieur présent ce mercredi après-midi. On me conseille la prochaine fois de réserver une chambre classique (moins chère) afin de ne pas avoir de bruit environnant (rue Jean Jaurès). On marche sur la tête ..

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were excellent and the hotel was nice. Clean, limited, but very good breakfast, and location was great for exploring the City.
