The Suites Inn Hotel Birmingham Merry Hill

Room was good, clean and quiet. Could not get the wifi to work. Did not report it while there.

The staff was helpful and polite, excellent rooms, very clean and spacious.

Couldn’t fault it, excellent stay

The property was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed, however, was quite firm for both me and my husband—so much so that he ended up sleeping on the sofa. That said, we appreciate that some guests may prefer a firmer mattress. It was a little surprising that there wasn’t a dining table, especially given the kitchen facilities. Having one would have made mealtimes more comfortable. Overall, aside from those points, I would still recommend the property.
