The outside of the hotel was dirty. The entrance way was littered with scraps of trash and cigarette butts. Although there were lights over the parking lot, they were not lit. I felt very uncomfortable and not safe. The lobby was dingy and un inviting and smelled of stale cooked food. I was advised at check in that there would be a $100 security deposit placed on my card that would be refunded after check out. I had to ask three times for a receipt that stated this and only I insisted, the clerk presented me with one. The room was adequate with 2 queen beds. The furniture was mis-matched and very worn out. The bathroom likewise was very dingy and dated. Stains and hair in the tub ( we did not use the tub) and hair on the floor. This facility served its purpose - a bed for the night, but we will never stay there again.

I didn’t stay. I arrived and had trouble figuring out which of the 2 doors were the main entrance. I arrived around midnight after a late flight. You had to talk through a glass partition. The guy running the desk was nice, but the hallway and carpet were really dirty. I felt uncomfortable as a women traveling alone . There was a group of men with a case of beer in the parking lot. The hotel was just very dark and sad looking. I ended up driving the 1 1/2 home rather than stay.

Check in was fine but it was a "non smoking " hotel but soon as i walked in the hall there was a heavy smell of weed . Then i got to my room and it reeked of smoke . It was so bad my eyes were burning, my nose and lungs were buring . It was so bad when i got home i had to go to the doctor cause i had a uncontrollable cough. I had to turn the fan on to try and get rid of the smell. The blaket had burn holes in it . The bench seat was super stained. I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and there was a cookie and a wrapper plus dirt all over . I went to the office and told them about the smell and they said they couldent move me . So i stuck it out but dident stay the second night. I asked for a refund and they said no. Will NEVER STAY HERE EVERY AGAIN. Oh and the vending machine was broken.

Least expensive in the area, very run down, I "think" I was the only guest, didn\'t see any other vehicles. Just really in need of teardown. Seemed safe and nothing particularly dirty stood out, but it is run down.

No elevator, barely any vending, room not clean, found change in on of the beds, bathroom really small, tub did not drain

Hard to get to. Having to carry your bags all through the building to your room is harder when your older. A luggage carrier would be helpful.

Convenient location price was affordable fresh towels each day don’t make beds tub does not drain standing in water up past your ankles eventually drains. Outside garbage at entry overflowing for three days.

Absolutely horrific. First arrived and was given a room that had holes in the walls. So much caked up dirty. DIRTY BOXERS on the back of the bed and garbage that looked to be ripped up cardboard. Never ever seen nothing like it in my entire life. Something out of a movie scene. My kids refused to stay so I went and said something and the lady offered a different room. It was better but the blankets were dirty. No microwave or coffee maker like the normal places. Shower curtains like mildew. It ruined the 5 hour trip we took there for sure. I wish I had read reviews. I've stayed in places that house DSS clients and weren't even that bad. Never again

Absolutely filthy

We stayed for one night for a concert. Stafwas friendly, personable, and easy to work with. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. It was exactly what we were looking for

Property was dirty and requested another room and was shown multiple dirty rooms. Drug baggies in parking lot. Checked out two days early due to the poor quality. Do not recommend even for my cat.

Rooms are outdated you get what u pay for. No micros in any of the rooms. One micro for whole motel located in lobby. Breakfast a joke. TV needed replacement 1st nite there. Refrig needed replacement 2nd nite there.General cleanliness not good.

The rooms we not cleaned. Cookie in and finger nail in one bed. dirty sheets. furniture very stained. bathroom flush didn't work, mold in bathroom. poor towels not many.

Beds were comfy, television worked -- mini-fridge was not great -- freezer section did not work.

The television was not functioning as the picture was going bad. they do not have microwaves in the room just a community one and the cleanliness is suspect. The quality for the price and the time booked was very good;

Hotel is very dirty and smelly. No microwave inside the room.

I first was asked to hold $100 on my credit card in case of smoking in the room. And then they put me in a smoking room so they needed to change that. Then I was in a room with a non functioning television and 3 of the 4 lights not working and a broken door lock. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room was fairly clean ,was a quiet atmosphere

I ask the front desk on Saturday morning not to send anyone to our room for service. When we got back someone was in our room and one of my small perfumes was gone. I looked everywhere could not find it. I told the front desk. But nothing was done. Im not upset about the perfume im upset that someone was inour room when i asked them not to be

Our construction crew was counting on having breakfast at the hotel and this added an unnecessary expense to the job as well as a time delay in the morning. Please have your staff open and ready to receive guests with a well stocked breakfast at 6am as advertised. It was one of the reasons we selected this hotel over other options.

We got to the hotel, checking in process was ridiculous. The guy told me there was a 100.00 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked my reservation thru Expedia. Then we get to the room it stunk like someone had been smoking marijuana in it, the whole room was gross, dust everywhere dirt on the carport, some kinda white stains on the comforter, dried liquid on the stand like someone had spilled something and the cleaning people didn't clean it up. The mattresses were horrible, didn't sleep but 6 hours the whole time of my stay, mine n my fiance's backs hurt so bad we could barely walk. I took pictures and can email them to you. The coffee pot was filthy the tray they had the coffee pot sitting in was gross and had dirt on it. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The breakfast that was included was a joke. Muffins you could fit in your mouth in one bit, cereal was stale, the coffee cups were like 6oz cups you could drink in 2 drinks. This was the most unpleasant stay or ordeal I have ever had at a hotel. I can guarantee You THIS MUCH WE WILL NEVER BE STAYING AT ANY OF THE SUPER 8 HOTELS AGAIN IF THEY ARE ALL LIKE THIS. I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY CAMPER. And when I said something to the guy at the counter about all this, he turned to me and said I quote do you want your receipt n have a nice day.

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, beds were soft and had extra blankets (yay!), breakfast was adequate, and it was very convenient for my conference. A positive experience and I'd definitely stay here again!

Run down; people unresponsive to basic issues

It was great. I enjoyed the people that run it. They were very polite and friendly and if I come back to Harrisburg from Florida, I will stay here again.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous… bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome!

We added another person on our room they did not give us enough linen. Also did not know until we got to hotel that they have a $100 accidental fee. Which you do not get back when you check out like they state.

Clean rooms and close to Hershey park

Great location 20 minute drive from Hershey Park

The property was quiet and clean and convenient to the places we wanted to go around Hershey.

Good size room close to inter state and shopping.

This location was very simple and perfect for what we needed. The travel time to Hershey park was good and a quick route. We went for a concert; I would say this hotel was great for it, quick check in and check out.

It is set off the highway so it is very quiet and peaceful.

Great value and location for completing my mission. 8 miles and a straight run to the lodge. Everything I needed was in between. Comfortable enough for me.

This hotel had the worse breakfast I've ever seen. Coffee, a few pieces of bread, a couple bananas, and some cereal. I didn't even see milk! I saw many guests take one look at it and then opt to eat off premises. Also, this hotel hasn't updated itself since the Covid Pandemic. There were still signs everywhere about wearing masks and social distancing. Very disappointing. They need to make more of an effort.

It is good quality for the price you pay. Nothing too fancy, and breakfast is almost non existent.

Required $100.00 deposit for incidentals which takes 3-5 days to refund on credit card. Would have rethought my reservation if I had known in advance. “Breakfast” was Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran and toast. NO HOT BREAKFAST!!!!

No breakfast…year old cereal with a container of milk sitting on the counter. Very stinky and out-dated. I do not recommend.

It was a good stay overall, breakfast was a little limited and toilet seat was missing fastener but the stay was good, no loud neighbors and it was quiet.
