There was security sitting outside the laundry room most of the evening. Other guests were loud. Parking was inconvenient and charged $22 per day. Staff was inattentive and seemed to be annoyed when purchasing items.

Stayed because of a delayed flight. Perfect for what I needed. Staff was very nice. Jasmine was so great and helpful after dealing with a stressful time at the airport. Important to know Shuttle runs only during certain hours.

We had a great experience. The hotel shuttle was not only offered for airport trips and the convention location, but also to a metro station and shopping/dining area.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Dint like the fact that have to pay for parking Location very large and sufficient land and area for parking . Across there is Hilton hotel and they don’t charge for parking

I was very disappointed that the airport shuttle service ended at 8 pm. Most other hotels i have stayed at continue until at least 10pm

I expected better. The Marriott was okay because as a rewards member Ive experienced excellence. The gym was outdated, dated equipment, filthy carpet and scaley walls, plus the pool was closed for renovations

Pool has been closed since October 2022 - but it’s still listed as having a pool! Change that.

Airport shuttle does not run after 9:30pm. Unfortunately my flight delay caused me to miss the free service. Uber estimate was $45 glad I took a chance on taxi based on the billboard estimate. From DCA to hotel was $25 actual.

It was verry outdated. Smelled musty and felt dirty.

The bathtub in my room was dirty. The garage gate arm was broken. Carpet smell funny.

Very friendly staff and room clean everyday. Nice and quiet!

Very clean, quiet, and Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt safe going from my car to the hotel even at night because security was always visible.

A portion of the carpeted hallway of the floor on which I stayed had about 10 feet of towels pushed against the wall. The towels, as well as the carpet were soaked. My assumption was there must have been a water leak. Nothing had been mentioned to me upon check-in. The towels and wet carpet remained untouched when I left the facility. This is not the quality I expect from a Marriott property.

We stay at here regularly when we travel to visit family and the facility is always clean and welcoming. The staff is also friendly!!!

It was nice, comfortable and clean. It was very convenient for the early flight that we had to catch at Reagan National Airport.

The place was convenient for our purpose to get to the airport early in the morning. The staff moved us to another room after we spotted the mouse in our room. They gave us complimentary desserts.

Room was good with good beds. Parking was good and had easy access. Laundry service was used. Thank you. Pool was in renovation, a bit disappointing for kids. During both nights of stay we heard sirens in the middle of the night, woke us up. Perhaps this location is close to fire station. Overall, it was a good stay.

Mediocre Courtyard stay. Smoke detector flashed bright green all night; noisy fan rattled all night ,so not the best sleep

Junior was outstanding with smiling service and answering my Q's. He gave us a top floor room with a view of Washington DC when the keycard of the 1st room would not work.

I had a nice stay, but the hot water in my room didn't work and I had to keep calling them every day to fix whatever the issue was. I believe I shouldn't have had to call them for this because it should not be an issue for guests to call just to get hot water to take a shower.

Dated rooms except for bed and tv. Curtain was torn and didn’t want to walk on carpet with barefeet. Only one elevator worked and elevator in parking garage didn’t work. I would not stay there again and it left a bad taste for Marriott that I always expected to be a top hotel chain.

Only one elevator works, it can get very crowded during rush hour. AC in room is kind outdated so if you’re sensitive to noise, be careful.

The tv was unable to show many channels. We were told that the program was not confined to our room but was system wide

The hotel is nice but needs updates Seems to be pretty old and I did not have good Internet services in the hotel. The TVs were old.

The property was very well maintained. It is in need of a renovation though. You can hear everything outside of the room down the hallway and the furnishings are older. Still nice and comfortable, but time for a refresh.

There was several outlets in the room not working and the water did not get hot, you had to play with the water going back and forth between hot and cold before it started to get hot enough for a shower.

Staff members were all helpful and friendly.

I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her.

Clean, quiet, and safe place to stay. The cafe downstairs had a good breakfast that was fast and convenient. It took multiple trips to get our room card and parking garage card working, but that was no big deal. I accidentally left my coat hanging in the closet and tried calling multiple times to see if they would be willing to mail it to me. I left multiple messages, but after a few days I had to give up.

Staff are wonderful...very helpful, always ready to answer questions and assist guests...easy check in and out...

Although my experience started out with a fall, I have high praise for the staff of this hotel. It is apparent that the front office manager (Edna) runs a tight ship along with the office supervisor (Junior). Tyeshia, the front desk person is above reproach with her customer care. Both she and Junior were extremely attentive to my party's and other guest's requests. Staff treated us as though we were in a 5-star hotel. I plan to stay here at our next visit to D.C. The hotel is clean and conveniently located across the street from an Aldi store and CVS. A hotel shuttle is dependable and available for transport to and from the DCA (airport) and some metro stations. A bistro-style restaurant with good food items is located within the hotel. All in all, this was a fabulous experience.

I've been back two times, the service is great and the hotel had everything we needed. Staff is friendly and super accommodating, especially divine at the front desk.

Hotel was relatively quiet and in an easy to get to area. Jasmine was the kindest and friendliest nighttime front desk staff member I have ever met. My cousin and I saw her at all hours of the night and she was still super upbeat and nice. Having staff like her to greet you at midnight is a real pick me up after a long flight. The room was clean and the shampoo and body wash smelled nice and was calming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Property was hard for car and even bus drivers to locate. Trying to walk anywhere was a little frightening with the nearby highways and lack of safe crosswalks.

Nice neighborhood, easy access to DC.

The property was nice and quiet. There was a CVS, Paris Baguette, and Aldi across the street. The highway is nearby as are a few bus stops and shuttles that lead to downtown and D.C.

This was a very clean and convenient hotel at an affordable rate for the area.

Clean, great amenities, and close to the airport

Had a two night stay here and found it to be very comfortable and also very convenient with its very quick access to 395. Its quite centrally located in the busy Arlington/Alexandria area and offers quick access north to DC or south to Tysons Corner and Fairfax. My room was quiet and had all the comforts of home. Service at the front desk was friendly and attentive. Its an obviously older hotel but they maintain it well and I will likely stay there again!

Good location if you are looking to go to dca or dc.

The hotel is overall very good for the price. The only true negative is that the hotel advertises that they have airport shuttle service and it turns out that it does not run all the time. The hours of service are not advertised and should be as it reads as if it is 24 hours of service. Had to scramble for a Lyft ride. Can definitely see the possibility of someone missing their flight when expecting a shuttle in the early morning. Would be nice if they had coffee in the lobby too as most places do nowawdays.

I had a late check-in and was greeted cordially by an attentive, professional Front Desk Associate. I appreciated the well-stocked market as my delayed travel afforded me no dinner time. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

They have a free shuttle that is able to take you to 4 different places! Make sure to ask the guest agent about this. Our family took the transportation to the various eateries place it was super nice! A lot of different food options and were able to get a ride back to the hotel. The breakfast place opens up kind of late, I believe they said 7am. We had to leave at 6:30am so we were unable to have breakfast. The guest agents were super attentive and very nice.

Friendly staff. Bistro menu was NOT available online ora copy left in room. I had to go downstairs in person to even SEE what I MIGHT be interested in. Happy hour ad in elevator was incomplete and misleading.

Fabulous Staff!! Helpful all the time. They go above and beyond! In house restaurant was disappointing. Dinner selections very limited.

Service was great, need some touch up. It would have been great if the hotel offers free continental breakfast.
