Está increíble la habitación y las amenidades, lástima que solo fue un día ! Todo súper bien, únicamente la señal y el internet fue un problema 😩😩! Pero en realidad vale completamente la pena la estancia ✅

Nada que ver la fotos que ponen con la realidad.. el dpto estaba viejo y sucio

Está dañado y sucio. Las toallas fatal! El proceso de pago fue lo peor. Casi me duplican el cargo y mi banco me bloqueó la tarjeta por prevención La experiencia en general muy mala

1. At the reception area, the water dispenser was empty, and there were no cups available. 2. There were no towels in the apartment when I arrived. I requested them, but they were delivered only after I had already taken a shower. 3. I stayed for three nights, and the internet did not work for two of those nights. I reported the issue multiple times, but no solution was provided until the third night. 4. The property does not have clear or visible rules for guests. My second night was especially unpleasant because the neighbors hosted a party with extremely loud music from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. No one intervened or enforced any rules. I reported the disturbance through the chat, but I only received responses saying they were "working on it." The party remained completely out of control throughout the night. Security appears to be poor. 5.The parking gate remained open at all times, allowing anyone to enter the common areas. I reported this issue as well, but the gate continued to stay open. 6. The bedroom window did not have a screen, so I was unable to open it without letting insects inside. The property has great potential because it is attractive and well decorated. However, the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, inadequate security, and failure to address guest concerns made my stay very unfortunate.
