El servicio al cuarto fue muy malo, se nos vendió un paquete con desayuno incluido por los dos días,.de los cuales ni el restaurante tenían abierto, tenían cocina y no tenían ni aceite para cocinar, pedimos el aceite y nunca llegó, no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, solo nos pusieron dos toallas y eran tres en personas, tuvimos que pedir, la cafetera no tenía filtrosnpara hacer café, pedimos y nunca llegaron. De verdad pésimo el servicio.

Viaje relámpago a GDL y Dreamhaus fue la MEJOR desición! Depa súper amplio y bien decorado. Ubicación increible para caminar. El VERDADERO tesoro es su rooftop - pasamos la noche provando cocteles deliciosos mientras veiamos la vista de la ciudad. margaritas 10/10! Ya estoy planeando volver!!

Cancelaron mi vuelo y terminé 2 días extra en Dreamhaus - MEJOR "PROBLEMA" EVER! Depa enorme, ubicación tan buena que segui descubriendo lugares nuevos, y ese rooftop con sus mezcales especiales es adictivo! Ahora vengo a GDL más seguido solo por Dreamhaus!

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and were happy that we were treated with so much respect. My kids loved the view and the rooftop. Receptionist was very accommodating and the Bartender was a 10 out 10 he was great! When we come back we will definitely stay here again - it was spacious, private, and home away from home. We have NO COMPLAINTS ❤️

From the beginning, check in it was not good. The lady said early check-in was OK. Had me pay for it and then realized it wasn’t. Once we actually checked into the room there was dog hair all over the couch and the TV remote didn’t work. I asked the front desk to have us taken care of while we had dinner elsewhere for hours. We came back And it still was not clean and the remote still wasn’t working. The sheets were also stained and ripped and so were the towels mostly stain. It was just an overall dirty place.

Uff, de verdad quedé impresionado. No tengo más palabras. Los detalles... eso es lo que cuenta. El cuarto estaba impecable y con una sorpresa. Unas galletas que sabían a cielo. Y en el WhatsApp me ayudaron a conseguir boletos de última hora para un evento, sin que yo me lo esperara. Son unos genios, en serio. ¡Recomiendo al 100%!

Me encanto quedarme en dreamhaus! Desde que llegue nos sentimos super comodos, todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La decoracion es moderna y se ve que le pusieron mucho detalle. Algo que me gusto mucho fue que la limpieza era diaria, siempre regresaba y todo estaba en orden, lo cual se agradece muchisimo. La zona tambien me parecio ideal la colonia Country Club es tranquila, segura y con muchas areas verdes alrededor, pero al mismo tiempo estas cerca de todo. Pudimos movernos facil por la ciudad y caminar a cafes y restaurantes. Sin duda fue una excelente eleccion y me volveria a quedar ahi sin pensarlo!!

Definitivamente no es lo que dicen. No puedes pagar en el lugar, tienes que pagar antes para que te respeten tu reservación, dicen que todos los días hacen limpieza suave que es tender camas, barrer y mantener el piso limpio, sacar basura y en las cuatro noches que estuvimos solo un día barrieron pero no tendieron camas ni estaba limpio el piso. Solo tienen a/c en la recámara y los que durmieron en el sofá-cama no tenían clima. No tienen suficiente ropa de cama para el sofá-cama y dicen que hay minibar el cual no lo encontré por ningún lado. El internet pésimo puesto que nunca cargaban la páginas. Las instalaciones en general bien.

Very deceiving, the property does not have air conditioning. If you book the 3 bedroom apartment it is very hot. No ventilation, the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The kitchen appliances are old and some are broken. There is an ant infestation We initially rented a 3 bedroom that had a water leak and smelled moldy They transferred us to another bedroom. And then that 3 bedroom only had one TV in the living room. 1 minute split in the master bedroom and small fans for ventilation in the other rooms. This place is a total gem—way more room than I’d ever dreamed for the zone. No A/C but the fans, handled the rest no sweat. It’s in this nice area where everything’s happening, felt right at home. Very deceiving, the property does not have air conditioning. If you book the 3 bedroom apartment it is very hot. No ventilation, the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The kitchen appliances are old and some are broken. There is an ant infestation We initially rented a 3 bedroom that had a water leak and smelled moldy They transferred us to another bedroom. We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and were happy that we were treated with so much respect. My kids loved the view and the rooftop. Receptionist was very accommodating and the Bartender was a 10 out 10 he was great! When we come back we will definitely stay here again - it was spacious, private, and home away from home. Primeramente no informan EXPEDÍA de que hay un cargo por un depósito que no es depósito ya que el banco lo marca como cobro y no hay forma de reclamarlo ya que autorizas con CVV. La comunicación es nula y no te dan nada de claves si no pagas, es triste que nos vena la cara y nos timen y que la marca Expedía permita y apruebe esta negociación. Repito lo deberían de informar al momento de la presentación de opciones y no hasta que generas la reserva, que se paga por anticipado y que además es pago sin rembolso y no dice hasta que ya te cargaron.

From the beginning, check in it was not good. The lady said early check-in was OK. Had me pay for it and then realized it wasn’t. Once we actually checked into the room there was dog hair all over the couch and the TV remote didn’t work. I asked the front desk to have us taken care of while we had dinner elsewhere for hours. We came back And it still was not clean and the remote still wasn’t working. The sheets were also stained and ripped and so were the towels mostly stain. It was just an overall dirty place.

El servicio al cuarto fue muy malo, se nos vendió un paquete con desayuno incluido por los dos días,.de los cuales ni el restaurante tenían abierto, tenían cocina y no tenían ni aceite para cocinar, pedimos el aceite y nunca llegó, no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, solo nos pusieron dos toallas y eran tres en personas, tuvimos que pedir, la cafetera no tenía filtrosnpara hacer café, pedimos y nunca llegaron. El servicio al cuarto fue muy malo, se nos vendió un paquete con desayuno incluido por los dos días,.de los cuales ni el restaurante tenían abierto, tenían cocina y no tenían ni aceite para cocinar, pedimos el aceite y nunca llegó, no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, solo nos pusieron dos toallas y eran tres en personas, tuvimos que pedir, la cafetera no tenía filtrosnpara hacer café, pedimos y nunca llegaron. De verdad pésimo el servicio.

Viaje relámpago a GDL y Dreamhaus fue la MEJOR desición! Depa súper amplio y bien decorado. Ubicación increible para caminar. El VERDADERO tesoro es su rooftop - pasamos la noche provando cocteles deliciosos mientras veiamos la vista de la ciudad. margaritas 10/10! Ya estoy planeando volver!!

Cancelaron mi vuelo y terminé 2 días extra en Dreamhaus - MEJOR "PROBLEMA" EVER! Depa enorme, ubicación tan buena que segui descubriendo lugares nuevos, y ese rooftop con sus mezcales especiales es adictivo! Ahora vengo a GDL más seguido solo por Dreamhaus!

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and were happy that we were treated with so much respect. My kids loved the view and the rooftop. Receptionist was very accommodating and the Bartender was a 10 out 10 he was great! When we come back we will definitely stay here again - it was spacious, private, and home away from home. We have NO COMPLAINTS ❤️

1. At the reception area, the water dispenser was empty, and there were no cups available. 2. There were no towels in the apartment when I arrived. I requested them, but they were delivered only after I had already taken a shower. 3. I stayed for three nights, and the internet did not work for two of those nights. I reported the issue multiple times, but no solution was provided until the third night. 4. The property does not have clear or visible rules for guests. My second night was especially unpleasant because the neighbors hosted a party with extremely loud music from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. No one intervened or enforced any rules. I reported the disturbance through the chat, but I only received responses saying they were "working on it." The party remained completely out of control throughout the night. Security appears to be poor. 5.The parking gate remained open at all times, allowing anyone to enter the common areas. I reported this issue as well, but the gate continued to stay open. 6. The bedroom window did not have a screen, so I was unable to open it without letting insects inside. The property has great potential because it is attractive and well decorated. However, the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, inadequate security, and failure to address guest concerns made my stay very unfortunate.
