As a British muslim, it can be quite hard to be treated fairly and the service and staff were so polite, kind and genuine. They also gave a voucher when parking (parking is a 5 min walk). Very clean, shopping right in front of your street and lots of food near you! Thank you.

Good location decent property right by the main plaza in Malaga. Friendly staff. Room was sound proof and hotel was secured. The only issue is the parking. You have to park about 500 meters away in a public parking space (approx 30 euros for 24 hours) and then drag your luggage. Would be great if the parking information can be posted on the website so don’t have to deal with last minute issue finding the hotel. Other than that hotel was good and clean.

This hotel is right in the center of the town. Everything is within walking distance. Very friendly staff and helpful. We had a rental car and we parked at Parking Camas which the hotel validated the parking passes at 23 euros per day.

Great property in the heart of old Malaga. Right next to shops, restaurants, and a 20 min walk to the beach. Uber/taxi will drop you off 5 min away from thr hotel as the old Malaga is a walking only city. Would come stay again. Free breakfast was great, sometimes crowded at peak hours. We came with two kids, and they loved the bunk beds. Bikes were free to rent which was a nice touch. Highly recommended

Right in the heart of old town. Very convenient to walk through many shops and restaurants as well as the cathedral. Parking is a complete joke, so park far away and walk. Or book where they have parking.

One could not wish for a better location than this hotel. All the shops and restuarants of Malaga on the dorstep with the marina and cathedral a short walk away. Rooms are of a high standard with excellent cleanliness.

Closest parking is a 15-20 minute walk, at least. If you have mobility issues, I would advice finding another more convenient place. The hotel is placed right where the action is. Beautiful building. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Critical Con: Cockroaches greeted me in the dining area bathroom. A huge concern. It entirely ruined the experience for me and my family.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the cathedral, and yet the room was eerily quiet. Very friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet. We were very pleased with our stay.

The Hotel Petit Palace is aply named as when we checked in the biggest shock that we got was the size of the room. It was absolutely tiny with no room to open our suitcases. Perhaps the hotel thought that as we had booked from Japan that we were smaller than the average guest, and had given us a smaller room. Other than that the hotel was fine. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff extremely helpful. However I don't think I'll stay at the hotel again because of the size of the room for two people. It was absolutely tiny - smaller than the size of a Japanese business hotel.

Staff was lovely. View of cathedral from fifth floor room was fabulous. Room was nice and bathroom and shower clean and spacious. Our double bed was only a European queen size though- like 150cm wide. Location can’t be beat. Quiet side street just off main shopping street. The only disappointment was the breakfast room- ugly and uncomfortable like a school cafeteria. The room should be redone to make it prettier and more private. We disliked the room so much that we skipped the nice included breakfast.

Great location but the hotel conditions and services is far from being a 4 stars hotel. The hotel locked the A/C thermostat so you we have to open a window to cool down the room but then listening all the street noise and smells.

We were given a room which should have been a storage closet. Extremely dark with a copper pipe and huge pillar in an Extremely tiny room. We were there for thankfully 1 night only otherwise would have been impossible to stay there. The location though is wonderful.

Perfect location in the city center in the old town. Very clean and with a very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. However the room was not so charming, a bit old fashioned with a dull furniture. The beds were good though. A view dominated by renovation on the opposite side.

My mother and I absolutely loved our 5 night stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable as, despite it being just off Larios near Plaza de la Constitución, it is tucked away from the street noise and extremely quiet at night for sleeping. The breakfast was fresh and had plentiful options that were constantly topped up by staff. The bedrooms were also cleaned every day to a great standard. The staff were all a delight (breakfast, cleaners and reception). Check in with Daniela and check out with Andrés was seamless and special mention to Vera who was great in helping us book a taxi for the airport. The driver comes to the hotel to walk you to the car making it stress free! If we were to come to Malaga in the future we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is situated in the heart of Malaga perfect for shopping and dining. Jose in reception was very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent so I have no complaints at all. I would certainly stay there again.

Check in was smooth and breakfast had a good selection. Location was fantastic. But we were disappointed that there was no bar or lounge area in a 4 star hotel. We thought better use could have been made of the breakfast area when not being used for breakfast.
