We had a wonderful three day stay. The location is excellent, a short distance from the Monkey Forest. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast extensive. We really enjoyed the complementary afternoon tea on the beautiful rooftop restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at the Ubud Village Hotel - the rooms were amazing, the location was right in the centre of town (but you wouldnt know it from your room or the pool - which was an oasis). The staff and food and cocktails were also amazing. Equiv to a 4 star hotel at home for a quarter of the price - will stay again.

Right in the middel of Ubud and handy for exploring. Staff are all lovely, v friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was lovely - air con fab - balcony beautiful. We have stayed here several times and if anything the service has got even better. Our fave stay is the rooftop villas but that was fully booked this time so we could not get in. There is also a lovely rooftop space for chilling and reading as well.

Our family enjoyed this hotel. Although it is located on the main road, once you step onto the property, it is extremely quiet. The interior of the hotel felt like being outside, yet the rooms were large, comfortable and modern. The pool area was relaxing after a long, hot day of exploring. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful addition. The location was great for exploring the town and a short walk to the monkey forest. Lots of restaurants and lounges within walking distance, as well as quality restaurants on site. Highly recommend.

Nous avons adoré la qualité de cet hébergement. Nous avions une chambre avec un grand balcon et une vue sur la piscine. Nous avons apprécié avoir un ventilateur au plafond de note terrasse! Cela nous a permis d’y passer du temps sans avoir trop chaud. La chambre est très propre, la douche est top et le lit très confortable. Les déjeuners à la carte sont aussi très bons. Le personnel est serviable et très accueillant. La piscine est aussi agréable et il y a un bar où l’on propose des cocktails. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont très bons également avec d’excellents prix!

Hotellet var fint inrett och var rent. Det ligger bra centralt till utan att man hör något störande ljud från gatan. Frukosten var god med olika alternativ att välja på från menyn. Personalen var trevlig. Det fanns spa på hotellet som rekomenderas, lite dyrare än ute på gatan men helheten med fint sparum var också en del av upplevelsen. Två tillhörande resturanger, vi åt bara på den ena - Parisi. Mycket god mat och bra service. De erbjuder gratis yogaklass två dagar i veckan, yogaledaren var bra!

Hôtel agréable et idéalement situé au cœur d’Ubud pour rayonner à pieds tout autour. Petits restos proches très abordables. Chambres très spacieuses et propres. Personnel adorable, toujours aux petits soins et toujours le sourire aux lèvres. Merci à tout le staff de l’hôtel pour ce séjour 🙏

The area around the hotel is very dirty and scummy with taxi mafia and beggars following and harassing you as soon as you leave the hotel. Trashy and filthy throughout. When we asked to cancel the rest of our stay because we felt unsafe and unhappy the reception lady crossed so many boundaries in her questions and “advice” to us, very inappropriate and poor training on customer service etiquette. The Ubud village hotel is dark and puddles throughout, spiders and large ants and mold in the bathroom, shower door doesn’t close properly. Halls smell like warung cooking. Breakfast pastry are cold.

우붓빌리지를 방문했을 때 첫 인상은 생각보다 너무 깨끗하고 좋다였습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 잘되고 있는 것 같아 보였구요. 그럼에도 불구하고 벽면, 모서리 등 수리를 제대로 하지 못한 곳들도 조금씩 보이긴 했습니다. 룸은 침구가 조금 눅눅한 느낌을 받습니다. 이틀 내내 그랬습니다. 그것외에 룸 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 위치는 정말좋고, 우붓왕궁, 몽키포레스트, 스타벅스 등 어디든지 걸어다닐 수 있어 편리했습니다.

とても素敵なホテルでした。 建物が古いのか、エアコンの水漏れで部屋を交代。 帰る日に一度だけブレーカーが落ちました。 しかし、素早い対応で何の問題もありませんでした。 次に来た時もここに泊まりたいです。

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Ubud. The breakfast was nice and the food would arrive quickly after ordering. The buffet was not huge but fresh. I had two dinners at the restaurant and it was really really good. The room was very nice and clean, except that there were a few small animals like flies. And - I was a bit frustrated that my room did not have a window but faced a wall directly. It would have been better to not have a terrace but instead to prioritise room for sunlight to enter the room. It felt weird with no light from the outside. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. Thank you.

We were very happy with our room, which was large, beautifully designed and with a balcony overlooking the pool and a view of greenery - set well back from the road at the front of the hotel, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was a very welcome surprise, because when we told the servers we were vegan, we were presented with a vegan menu with five great options, including three local dishes. My one recommendation to the hotel would be to include the vegan menu with their general breakfast menu, as we got some jealous looks from other guests. Staff were lovely throughout and the receptionists were so welcoming!

몽키포레스트 로드 중심가에 있는 시장과 왕궁 등 시내 접근이 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 빌라에 묵었는데 방도 화장실도 엄청 커서 놀랐어요 특히 화장실 목욕실 샤워실이 모두 구분되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 관리상태도 좋고 개인정원도 깨끗하고 예쁘게 관리되어 있어요. 다만 우붓 특유의 벌레에는 익숙해져야할 것 같아요. 게코도마뱀은 익숙해져서 귀여운데 방안에 자꾸 나타나는 땅강아지만한 큰 벌레는 아직도 무섭네요. 여러마리 쫒아내는라 고생했습니다. 수영장도 여러개이고 호텔 정말 좋습니다. 다만 체크인할 때도 아웃할 때도 컨시어지의 남자스텝들은 가방도 안들어주고 좀 불친절한것 같습니다. 여자스텝들은 인사도 잘하시고 무지 친절합니다.
몽키포레스트 로드 중심가에 있는 시장과 왕궁 등 시내 접근이 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 빌라에 묵었는데 방도 화장실도 엄청 커서 놀랐어요 특히 화장실 목욕실 샤워실이 모두 구분되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 관리상태도 좋고 개인정원도 깨끗하고 예쁘게 관리되어 있어요. 다만 우붓 특유의 벌레에는 익숙해져야할 것 같아요. 게코도마뱀은 익숙해져서 귀여운데 방안에 자꾸 나타나는 땅강아지만한 큰 벌레는 아직도 무섭네요. 여러마리 쫒아내는라 고생했습니다. 수영장도 여러개이고 호텔 정말 좋습니다. 다만 체크인할 때도 아웃할 때도 컨시어지의 남자스텝들은 가방도 안들어주고 좀 불친절한것 같습니다. 여자스텝들은 인사도 잘하시고 무지 친절합니다.

Nous avons adoré la qualité de cet hébergement. Nous avions une chambre avec un grand balcon et une vue sur la piscine. Nous avons apprécié avoir un ventilateur au plafond de note terrasse! Cela nous a permis d’y passer du temps sans avoir trop chaud. La chambre est très propre, la douche est top et le lit très confortable. Les déjeuners à la carte sont aussi très bons. Le personnel est serviable et très accueillant. La piscine est aussi agréable et il y a un bar où l’on propose des cocktails. I booked 2rooms : 804/802 for 5 paxs . Rooms looked dated.Toilet although cubicle, water seeped through under door and always wet the toilet floor. TV is museum piece with limited local channels . Internet is erratic. Inside room : ONLY WIFI , no data signal. Room 802 air-con was not working well. After 3 feedbacks and visit by technician, finally cooler but still not normal. Since full booking : did not move to rooftop suite. Location wise is good , within walking to all places. Breakfast is semi buffet( main course - per order), relatively cheaper than eat out but food wise below average. Bread was hard/ coffee low quality. Friendly staffs and prompt action for room slippers & more water. The bed and blanket 3 stars standard type

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Ubud. The breakfast was nice and the food would arrive quickly after ordering. The buffet was not huge but fresh. I had two dinners at the restaurant and it was really really good. The room was very nice and clean, except that there were a few small animals like flies. And - I was a bit frustrated that my room did not have a window but faced a wall directly. It would have been better to not have a terrace but instead to prioritise room for sunlight to enter the room. It felt weird with no light from the outside. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. Thank you.

Had a wonderful few days stay at the Ubud Village Hotel.The hotel location is ideal for Ubud, central to everything and a good location to explore further afield which we did on motorbike. The hotel facilities are great and our breakfasts each morning on the open terrace were a special treat. Our hotel room was spacious, clean and well maintained and that bed! Oh so comfy! What really made the stay special were the amazing staff, from the fantastic check in to the warm goodbye, everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming. Thank you guys, you were amazing hope to see you again soon.

Ubud Village Hotel was extremely welcoming the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and the pool and restaurant area was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could for me to have a pleasant stay. We were going to leave for a new hotel in Uluwatu the day before a big holiday in Bali which made it difficult to find a driver and all taxis were fully booked. I was a bit concerned about how to get to Uluwatu and the reception worked hard to find me a driver. Eventually, Aditya in reception went out of his way and called someone he knows to drive us all the way to Uluwatu. I am eternally grateful for this. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Ubud for the helpful staff, the location and the great facilities.

The area around the hotel is very dirty and scummy with taxi mafia and beggars following and harassing you as soon as you leave the hotel. Trashy and filthy throughout. When we asked to cancel the rest of our stay because we felt unsafe and unhappy the reception lady crossed so many boundaries in her questions and “advice” to us, very inappropriate and poor training on customer service etiquette. The Ubud village hotel is dark and puddles throughout, spiders and large ants and mold in the bathroom, shower door doesn’t close properly. Halls smell like warung cooking. Breakfast pastry are cold.

너무너무 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 메인스트릿에 위치해 있는데도 소란스럽지 않아서 좋았고, 직원분들이 하나같이 다 친철하고 늘 웃는 모습으로 인사를 해줘서 묵는 내내 기분이 좋았어요. 우붓 왕궁과 몽키포레스트 모두 도보로 갈 수 있고 주변 식당이나 마사지샵도 대체로 퀄리티가 좋았어요.

Our family enjoyed this hotel. Although it is located on the main road, once you step onto the property, it is extremely quiet. The interior of the hotel felt like being outside, yet the rooms were large, comfortable and modern. The pool area was relaxing after a long, hot day of exploring. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful addition. The location was great for exploring the town and a short walk to the monkey forest. Lots of restaurants and lounges within walking distance, as well as quality restaurants on site. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our room, which was large, beautifully designed and with a balcony overlooking the pool and a view of greenery - set well back from the road at the front of the hotel, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was a very welcome surprise, because when we told the servers we were vegan, we were presented with a vegan menu with five great options, including three local dishes. My one recommendation to the hotel would be to include the vegan menu with their general breakfast menu, as we got some jealous looks from other guests. Staff were lovely throughout and the receptionists were so welcoming!

Quality hotel in the heart of busy Ubud surrounded by an extensive choice of restaurants. We stayed in the lovely Junior Suite on the first floor overlooking the appealing pool and garden. The abundance of lovely Balinese staff were so friendly. The breakfast was basic but enjoyable.

The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Good choice at breakfast, very pleasant pool area and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is right in the heart of Ubuds' nightlife and also within easy walking distance of the Monkey Forest and the Royal Palace.

The hotel has a good location, gluten free breakfast, nice staff, and the best, a mini mart in front of it. don't worry when you hungry in any time. I think It will be more perfect if the facility in gym didn't broken.

Super clean, very friendly staff, saying hello all the time. Room was outstanding. So spacious, balcony was huge. Bathroom was amazing large shower and deep bath. I was so impressed for the price. Very quiet at night for the location right in central Ubud. We could walk everywhere. The restaurant attached next door is a must to try. The breakfast is cooked to order, buffet of fresh fruit, cereal, pastries and breads. Will def stay again.
