The hotel information states that there is a shuttle available from the hotel to 'Broadway'. When I checked-in, I asked the front desk staff at what time does the shuttle leave and was informed that they stopped the shuttle service a month and a half ago (i,e, it was stopped at the beginning of August 2024).

Building was under construction so meh, I appreciate that when I got there I didn't have to clean the ac filters. Tells me they care about their equipment. Pool could use some loving, was a bit rougher than pictures lead it to seem. But it was a good temperature and had proper chemicals for sanitation so I was happy. Otherwise met expectations.

The hotel was good the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed they say they have a shuttle to Broadway every hour and they no longer do it. We also had to pay 25.00 a night to park in the parking lot. I thought that was ridiculous. Pool water was warm but the room was cold so it was not enjoyable.

the guitar pool was cool to look at but the water was super cloudy and sketch so we didn’t swim. it made our room smell like chlorine tho. and the floors in our room needed mopped but everything else was really clean and the room was huge. lots of options for breakfast and the staff were very helpful when we were drunk and locked out! oh and the shuttle was very convenient!

when we checked in we were told the free shuttle to town was out of service. When I asked why wasn’t that online when we booked. The clerk said it is a curtesy to have the shuttle. Secondly. the clerk charged 25 a night to park my car. Again we stayed there before. Big reason was free parking and free shuttle to town. Just wish we knew of the changes before we booked

The hotel is dated and dingy. This in itself wouldnt be the worst thing but they have a cockroach issue. There was a cockroach outside our room on the third floor! When i showed a photo to the front desk they shrugged it off and told me to call expedia if i wasnt happy. Expedia spoke with the manager who would only give me back 3 of my 4 nights.ill be honest and say i wasnt satisfied. Knowing there are hitchhiking bugs in the rooms made me shiver. I think an apology and a full refund would have went a long way to making the situation somewhat better. Overall very disappointing and having traveled from out of the country, i was left sitting in the parking lot trying to find last minute accommodations elsewhere for a premium price. The location isnt great. The windows are so high up that you can't see through them, and you have to walk a far distance for any amenities

When we arrived, we were a bit uneasy about security due to the amount of homeless people within the parking lot. Upon entering, all seemed well. When we walked into the room, there was a large cockroach in between the beds and we saw one near the curtain. The service was great and the gal at the front desk was very accommodating. She got us a different room on a different floor. The pool was pretty cool and breakfast was decent.

When we woke up from our first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom. When we went to the front desk they did give us a new room, but were not overall concerned. Breakfast was decent. The stadium construction is happening right across the street and was super noisy early in the morning. Would not stay again.

Parking was plentiful. Quick check in, comfortable bed. Quick drive to Broadway Bars. Only downfall was the highway traffic noise, it was a bit loud. Otherwise I would still stay here again.

Love that breakfast and parking were included. The rooms are nice and updated but the rest of the hotel could use some updating (carpet, elevator). Location is nice and close enough to downtown/Broadway so walking isn’t too bad and a Lyft is affordable if you get tired of walking. Overall nice place and I would stay here again.

The window was so high we could not even see outside. The advertisements show large windows and ours was nothing like that. The plugs did not work either. When we tried to plug in charging cords they fell out of the socket. We didn’t have basic amenities like a window you can see out of and outlets that work.

The property was clean but pretty outdated. The window in my room was tiny and pretty nasty. When I was trying to open the blinds, I actually wasn't sure that I had a window until the little probably 2' x 1' window popped out behind the blinds. Not sure housekeeping knew it was there either as it was the only part of the room that didn't seem particularly clean. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed. Other than those issues, it was clean, quiet, and the staff was pleasant. Lots of homeless people on the walk to downtown. Not the hotel's fault at all, but worth noting. Not positive it's worth $200 a night, which is what I was charged for 2 of my 3 nights.

Couldn’t find anyone to check us out at 7:15 am. By the time she got there the lobby had a line! Didn’t appreciate having to search for someone for over 15 minutes, delaying our long drive ahead that day. No apology!

Property was over booked and they separated our group between two hotels. We tried to check in early and it was not mentioned that they were over booked and moving groups to another hotel. We were left at 11:00 PM, right after the game, trying to workout a solution between the hotels. Staff was not helpful and did not give us the paper we needed for the hotel we were moved to. A late check out was not offered after not getting to the room until midnight.

Don’t you dare show up anytime before 3 PM and ask to check in. Be prepared to wait 40 deep at 3 to check in. Interstate noise is definitely a thing here. No easily accessible food options in area.

Most everything was fine here the 19th, but the staff-in particular Felicia and John were most gracious and helpful when the reservation for the 17th fell through as a no-show because of travel issues. They managed to get the cancellation charge refunded to us!

Location to Broadway Street in Nashville. Just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. The breakfast staff are excellent and breakfast was great. Front desk people not very friendly especially the overnight lady. Always leaving the front desk for long periods and just rude when talking to customrrs. The world famous (lol) not see great. Very hot in the enclosed area of the pool. Rooms updated and modern. Homeless people hanging in front under the hotel gazebo. Worst thing upon arrival was being told a $25 fee per day to park in their parking lot. Nothing listed on their web site about a parking fee. Cost us $75 to park for 3 days.

Could not access parking lot in order to check in- even though staff was loitering outside the hotel. Had to park down the street in order to check in because the hotel phones did not work-could not talk with the lobby. There was no parking spots available and was told to park anywhere- this was not safe. Staff were not helpful.

We booked well in advance for an event at Nissan Stadium. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to check in early, but the front desk staff gave us a parking pass since we were booked for that night. I have to give John a huge thank you because the hotel was overbooked for the night & we were going to have to move to a different hotel. I had no issue with moving if we had gotten advance notice, but it was Saturday in downtown Nashville, so parking was going to be a nightmare when i got the notification at 2:30. I was already in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 check in time & once I explained the situation, he made sure we were able to check in & get to our event. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Our room was clean & the hot breakfast the next morning was good. The breakfast area was also very clean. It was a great stay!

We booked well in advance for an event at Nissan Stadium. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to check in early, but the front desk staff gave us a parking pass since we were booked for that night. I have to give John a huge thank you because the hotel was overbooked for the night & we were going to have to move to a different hotel. My experience at this property was terrible. First of all its is very close to the highway. I mean very close. I could not sleep well because of the noise. Second, this hotel is undergoing renovations. There was construction debris and dumpster in the parking lot. It made it very inconvenient to get around. Finally, Even though this hotels advertises itself as downtown it is misleading. The hotel is on the opposite side of the river. They do not offer a shuttle to the other side. There is no easy path to get to the other side unless you want to risk walking in traffic. In addition to that the hotel is right next to the new stadium that is being constructed. Overall, this was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed overnight. I checked out early and did not stay the second night.

My room was on the highway side of the property. It was very noisy during the night, and I had a hard time sleeping, even though i had the fan on the AC blasting all night. It was very close to the race i was running, so that was very convenient. A short walk to downtown.

The hotel location was excellent for walking to the pedestrian bridge to view the 4th of July fireworks. However, the location is located next to the construction of the new stadium and is a little rundown. Worth the price to stay near downtown. Breakfast was nicely done.

One of the rooms had tiny ants everywhere, there was a cockroach in the other room bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t great but the coffee… was the worst thing the four of us ever tasted. They need to do something different for coffee asap!

A very comfortable stay, booked at the last minute but a perfect location and walkable into the centre across a pedestrian bridge. Room was clean and modern and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we used the pool and parking during our 2 night stay.

Horrible hotel. Staff was rude and condescending when I complained about the room. The account, fridge, or microwave would not work,(turned on but wouldn't do anything). We changed rooms and the fridge wouldn't work, dust on toilet and bathroom vents, stains on chairs and comforters in both rooms. Hall ways were hot and smelled like mold. No lights at the pool when we arrived so we couldn't see the "famous guitar pool" and our "stadium view" was a construction wall of the new stadium which was the two main reasons we booked this specific hotel. I tried to get a discounted rate after seeing the facility but the manger said nothing was wrong and laughed when I called him and that they wouldn't do the discount. We paid $450 a night due to a concert at the stadium which was fine bc it is walking distance but the expectation of that kind of rate was much higher. I do not recommend and will not ever stay at this hotel again, worst hotel I've stayed at.
