The room was adequate, recently updated but still showed signs of age. The in-room kitchen and full size refrigerator were great amenities. The location of the hotel is convenient to many other stores, shopping, food options.

O quarto atende bem as expectativas de quem quer fazer uma viagem com a possibilidade de comer no local onde está hospedado. Cama , travesseiros e roupa de cama muito limpa e confortáveis. Chuveiro bom. Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Como pontos negativos, ficam o cheiro de cigarro no quarto e a falta de equipe durante a noite. Tivemos um problema com um hóspede embriagado querendo entrar no nosso quarto durante a madrugada, o que nos fez não dormir durante a noite e nos sentir inseguros, sem ter a quem recorrer.

Nice sized and clean room. Although I didn’t use the in room kitchen it had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen equipment. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay there again. Check in was efficient.

The reception area is small and less welcoming for the size of the hotel. The doors are not automatic. The air perfume used in general inside the property and inside the room are strong. I would consider a less stronger product

I asked one of the housekeepers when would they clean my room. She replied every 15 days. I told her I’m only here for 7 nights and that it was already 3 days one had come to clean my room. I also went to front desk to request for room cleaning the person told me on Monday you should have someone clean your room. I asked on a Saturday she told me on Sunday they only have one housekeeper. I wouldn’t ever stay at this hotel again.
