It seems to be in a rough neighborhood. The pool was out of commission due to not meeting pool inspection standards. We found multiple hairs in our bedsheets. The shower head was cracked and spraying against the wall of the shower.

The hotel staff were great and my stay was nice. My only complaint about my stay was the airport shuttle service. The shuttle to the airport was perfect, on time, and no problems. The airport shuttle pickup was another thing entirely. I used the property's extended parking to leave my car there during my trip. I was told to call the property's shuttle transportion when my flight returned, so that's what I did. When I called and pressed the number for the shuttle, no one ever answered, and the voicemail was full. I repeatedly tried calling the shuttle and property, with no response. After waiting at the airport's hotel shuttle pick up spot for over an hour, I finally just paid for a cab so I could get my car and go home.

At 1130 pm When i got to the airport and called for shuttle he said they just left and wouldnt have one available for a half hour .. When i got a cab instead and got to the property i saw why ..1 guy was doing checkin answering calls and driving shuttle.. It seemed to take at least 15 minutes or so to finally get checked in..the same for the shuttle in the morning..the girl behind the counter drove me to the airport...otherwise..the experience wasnt too bad..

It took a very long time for the shuttle to arrive and the only reason we stayed at the hotel was its proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. I would not stay at the hotel again as I did not find it clean and the airport shuttle took a very long time to arrive at the airport.

Nice place to stay. A little hard to find. Its behind a restaurant with huge pot holes that you have to dodge. The room was very clean other than a stain on the head board that looked like bubble gum. The staff gave us some cleaner to try and get it off but it wasnt successful. The drain in the shower didnt drain very well. Otherwise a very decent stay for the price for just one night.

Our room wasn't cleaned and ready at 4:00 when we tried to check in. That is an hour after check in time. The lobby restrooms were closed, supposedly for remodeling, and the staff said we had to go to the dirty looking restaurant in front of them to use the restroom and change our clothes before we went to our concert. The guy at the front desk said he would call my cell phone when our room was ready and that NEVER happened. Luckily we had a room when we got back at 12:30 from our concert. The parking lot & drive up area was dirty with cig butts, trash & leaves and the carpet in the hallways were nasty.

The room was filthy. We were so tired we really didn’t know how much until we turned the covers back only to see hair all over and realize the pillows were also dirty. The sink bathroom and floors were just as dirty and covered with hair.

The hotel looks horrible from the outside . Dirty building , windows not clean . Trash around the door . Actual door was filthy. Hallway smelled, guest yelling in the hallway. Dated furniture , bed was not comfortable at all and leaned when laying in it. Definitely in need of new linen . Towels had stains .

The dividing ½ wall between the sink and toilet needs to be repainted. You can see the burn marks from people resting their cigarettes on it and was a green/blue area that needs to be covered. Also i dont think the shower door was on the track properly. Sofa was very uncomfortable as was the teu dle bed underneath. My daughter had to use the back cushions to sleep ontop of it, so it wouldnt feel.like the floor.

The area was not the best but that’s not their fault. The room was clean but extremely basic. The staff at front desk weren’t the nicest nor were they expedient. The lobby perfume is way too strong and I’m not one that it normally bothers. Not sure how sound the second floor is because we were on bottom floor and all night I heard floor creaking and people walking around. The doors and walls were paper thin. I’ve stay at other county inn and suites and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I probably would not stay here again. I would have been better at a motel I think.

The room was hot when we got there, blowing hot air in bedroom. The dresser drawers were all open. The living room a drawer was barely hanging on. Curtains were falling. The tiles in the bathroom are about to fall through the floor by the tub. The pullout couch was just a couch. Very disappointed with our stay. Reported this to front desk.

The location is very close to the aitport and to the freeway, so there is a lot of noise. If one keeps the fan on the AC running the entire time, the noise is not be too bad. Our bathroom was in rough shape. The shower curtain was torn and frayed and the baseboards and outside if the tub were very dirty. The hotel seems short staffed. The front desk shuts down while the lone attendant drives the free airport shuttle, which runs once per hour in the morning. Be sure to reserve your spot when you are checking in! The free breakfast was okay. The coffee ran out and it took quite a while for it to be replenished. Guests were getting frustrated.

At 1130 pm When i got to the airport and called for shuttle he said they just left and wouldnt have one available for a half hour .. When i got a cab instead and got to the property i saw why ..1 guy was doing checkin answering calls and driving shuttle.. It seemed to take at least 15 minutes or so to finally get checked in..the same for the shuttle in the morning..the girl behind the counter drove me to the airport...otherwise..the experience wasnt too bad..

Check in was quick the shuttle service to the airport was a great add on. My phone fell out and the driver was kind enough to bring it back with his next shuttle drop off with five minutes.

My husband and I got to the hotel around 11:30 pm after a long flight, tried to check in and front desk told us the system is down, the guy was very helpful (didn’t get his name) however we had to sit for an hour and wait for the system to finish updating, this was very frustrating at that time of the night. There were at least 10 others waiting to be checked in. Something needs to be done about the system and this is a great set back and you could loose a lot of business.

I've been looking for a hotel close to the airport that is above average cleanliness, comfort and security. This may be it, and I will stay here again. Pros: spacious, clean, updated room; reasonably comfortable bed with nice bedding; hallways and common areas clean and well-lit; easy airport access; decent value. Location is difficult to find. Signage from road is not good. Their pantry is a joke. Only two drinks were available, iced tea in a bottle, and a horrible-taasting lemonade. Snacks were minimal. We had a broken tile in our room. It wasn't a crack, but a chunk of the corner was completely missing. We would not advise anyone to stay there.

The location is very close to the aitport and to the freeway, so there is a lot of noise. If one keeps the fan on the AC running the entire time, the noise is not be too bad. Our bathroom was in rough shape. The shower curtain was torn and frayed and the baseboards and outside if the tub were very dirty. The hotel seems short staffed. The front desk shuts down while the lone attendant drives the free airport shuttle, which runs once per hour in the morning. Be sure to reserve your spot when you are checking in! The free breakfast was okay. The coffee ran out and it took quite a while for it to be replenished. Guests were getting frustrated.

Breakfast staff left multiple things empty and messy. Breakfast hostess was on her phone with an AirPod in. Sausage was very overcooked. Only powdered creamer for the coffee. Coffee station was low on everything. Inside the hotel room things looked nice except for the carpets. The hotel lobby couch and outdoor areas were filthy dirty. Airport Van had a very dented side panel that should have been repaired. This facility should be on Corporate’s “naughty list”

I stayed here two nights while I did an event in nearby Mt Holly, & I wish I had chosen a different hotel. I get the impression that housekeeping does the best they can with the rundown rooms. The hallway had the same sticky spots for three days. The breakfast was all rubbery & unappealing, & Sunday morning I waited almost ten minutes to get a cup after they’d run out. Monday morning - with no notice - there just wasn’t any breakfast offered. The pictures show a broken lamp (which I moved to the floor so I could use the desk lamp instead), a broken smoke detector, & poorly maintained interiors. Front desk personnel were unempathetic & brusque. This one’s definitely off the list for my next time visiting the area!

Beds were comfortable and the room was fine. The low overall rating is because of the almost non- existing breakfast (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the included breakfast). Breakfast served was: omlet (the type that is defrosted), waffles (make your own), cartons of milk, coffee. Thats it. (No bread, cereal or yogurt) Only after I requested did they bring out a few bagels. If I would have known I would have booked another hotel. Apparently Country Inn & Suites by Radisson don’t have a consistent standard across all their hotels in the chain.

Let me be VERY clear: this hotel was disgusting. The carpet looked like it had lived three lives in this place. filthy, stained, and full of cigarette burns. The walls and furniture were dirty and beat up and the tub? Hair. Actual hair. The pool area was a whole different horror movie. Black residue leaked in the pool area, cigarette butts everywhere, dirty floors, and the pool, cloudy looking and disgusting. If you jump in, that’s between you and your immune system because swim at your own risk is the only warning they should be posting. The breakfast buffet? Trash. Not worth the walk, not worth the calories, not worth the disappointment. Now, let me give credit where it’s due: Desmond and Jeremy were the ONLY good thing in that entire building. Professional, kind, and actually helpful. They deserve a better hotel, a better manager, a better owner, and honestly a better life than what that place is giving. As a Choice Hotels member, I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this. This stay made the brand look embarrassing. Do some research first before getting caught up in a place like this. Remember check the negative reviews first. I checked out early and ran over there like my life depended on it.
