SureStay by Best Western Charlotte Matthews

This is an older hotel that is getting a much needed renovation, but the rooms that are available need work with plumbing and beds. Our bed was horrible, old and you could feel the mattress springs.

Breakfast was great just no protein as far as meats but sustainably enough

Then room was a disaster, full of old and dusty furniture. Mold from top to bottom and under construction that were not advised before booking. I will not stay here even it is free!!

The facility was going through a remodeling. So a lot of dust in entryway. I found the staff competent and friendly. For weary travelers, the room was comfortable and rested well each night. The room was clean and the restroom newly remodeled. Conveniently located near restaurants and Wally World was close.

Hotel was being remodeled during our stay. We stayed in one of the newly remolded rooms. Checked in late at night and left in the morning, was perfect for a one night stay. Great breakfast.
