Nice property with cute rooms! Things to know: you cannot adjust the AC fan speed (locked) or turn it off and if you’re on the 5th floor you will spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator which is constantly blocked by the cleaning personnel

Sehr bequeme Betten, ruhig obwohl zentral gelegen. Wir hätten uns noch mehr Informationen (zu Sauna, Fitness,etc.) beim Check-in oder in der ausliegenden Info Mappe gewünscht. Sauna war aus und es gab keine weiteren Infos zu Betriebszeiten. Ansonsten aber wirklich zu empfehlen. Tolle Dachterasse und perfekte Lage.

Great location, overall vibe was perfect - cozy without being dated, modern with soft touches that made the place current without trying too hard like other hotels. They have a rooftop bar and a lobby bar, both of which were great, staff at reception was welcoming and efficient. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in Berlin and would highly recommend.

Great boutique hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar and located in an amazing area full of restaurants and shopping. The service was impeccable. The reception staff are extremely helpful and polite and the hotel in general was well serviced. The rooms are well kept, comfortable, and modern with air-conditioning.

The Monbijou is always my first choice for Berlin. The only reason I did not give it five stars on property condition was because my bathroom sink leaked significantly when I arrived and took a day to fix. Housekeeping should have caught it (water was running straight down the pipe onto the floor). Housekeeping also left some strange metal part in the shower -- I never did learn what that was all about.

We were offered an upgrade on arrival but had to decline two options before being given a room that suited us (didnt like the ground level options). Once settled, our stay was wonderful overall — the room itself was lovely, comfortable, and we were especially thankful for the fan as it was quite warm. The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and very welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, housekeeping was disappointing. We’d return each day to find only the bed made, but with lint (almost as if the bedding had been dropped on the floor). The room really needed a good sweep, the counters wiped, and used glasses replaced — small details that make a big difference. The photos on the website don’t quite represent the current state of the lobby. It felt tired and in need of a deep clean and some furniture refresh. With some attention to cleaning and maintenance, this property could easily match the level of service provided by its excellent staff.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Flair, Interieur einzigartig. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit zweckmäßiger Größe, nur beim duschen hat es immer das Badezimmer überschwemmt. Aber ansonsten kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, netter Service und die Lage ist perfekt, sofort an der S-Bahn-Station und auch fußläufig sind einige Hotspots von Berlin gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist für ein Städtetrip sehr geeignet. Wir würden und werden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The location was great. Very central to everything we wanted - Hackescher Markt, public transit and cute shopping on Rosenthaler Strasse. There was a very long hallway to get to the side wing and elevator on the side wing was out of service which was annoying. Stairs were a bit painful post marathon. Room was comfortable, but shower only had half glass and water ended up all over the bathroom. It smelled a bit musty and you could tell there was some water damage. Overall average but location made it worth staying. Lobby bar with fireplace was nice.

落ち着いた雰囲気で、静かに過ごせます。駅に近く、飲食店、スーパーマーケットもありました。ただ、部屋の中が間接照明だけで、とても暗い。レースのカーテンがないので、カーテン開けると部屋の中が丸見え。TV、ルームランプが壊れていて使えなかった。

This hotel is very convenient for the heart of Mitte. The room I had was quite small and a little worn, but generally fine. The most significant issue is the noise. I could hear doors and windows opening and closing, water running and even someone’s phone ringing, something I haven’t noticed in other hotels and not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Very friendly and helpful staff at both reception and housekeeping, but the 'double room' I had was too tiny to move in (but that didn't matter because I was out at work all day). The main problem was, that it was also too dark. Such small rooms need net curtains to let in light and ensure privacy (mine faced a roof terrace and other rooms, so I couldn't keep the heavy, dark drapes open). More bulbs and brighter interiors are needed.

I stay at Monbijou approximately 6 weeks per year. Been doing that for around the last 10 years. Great location, excellent staff, very clean and orderly. Perfect lounge for reading, study, work, or quiet socializing.

Half a block from the train station where you can also catch a direct train to the airport. Metro stop with 3 different lines two blocks away. Lot's of restaurants half a block away. The place is clean, convenient located a few blocks from the historic Alexander Platz. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful and willing to answer questions related to transportation, etc. Others had an attitude and had no idea how to help. Customer service training will be helpful.

Fabulous suite close to everything but we didn't hear a peep from outside. Really comfy bed and fantastic shower. Less than a minute from Sbahn station. Close to Dom and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

2 par som rejste sammen, 3 nætters ophold. Boede på 5 sal, små værelser med en del støj fra gaden og togene tæt på, men iøvrigt fine værelser. Manglede et lille køleskab. God service ved tjek ind og under hele opholdet. Dejlig morgenmad og en god cocktailbar om aftenen.
