Spark by Hilton Pelham Birmingham I 65

Air conditioning works good. Newly remodeled so everything looks pretty nice and new. Nice helpful staff. Comfy beds. No pool despite the picture. Decent breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has been remodeled and everything is fresh and clean. The only glitch was it took awhile to get hot water for a shower but the shower was amazing once the water got to temperature. Will definitely stay here again.

check in lady was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. She greeted us as soon as we were thru the door, and the process was completed in less than 2 minutes, Outstanding.

Dirty dirty dirty. Stains all over the room between floor, bedding and curtains. Hotel is under construction and the shower was the only update in our room but was so dirty. Hair on the walls, empty shampoo and conditioner and the drain was full of hair it wouldn't even drain.

Construction made our stay less than great. Hopefully it will make a difference once it’s all done.
