Pool is closed for good. Hotels.com we booked for hot tub to relax. No breakfast only sugar snacks and coffee. Very disappointed. Cracked ceiling in bathroom. Heat is very loud

The room is dark, dirty and in need of repair. There is a table, but no chairs. The lamp was plugged into an unsafe extension cord, but the cord was not plugged into the wall. The entire hotel smells.The pool was closed. The only rooms available are upstairs and they have no elevator. If I had known this I would not have booked as I have mobility issues.

Toliet did not work, every time we wanted to flush it we had to take the lid off & manually flush it. The tub lock did not work, we had to stuff a washcloth in it to keep the water in....we would appreciate a full refund! Also the pool & hot tub was not open. Eventually has been broken for a long time. False advertisement.

Pot holes in parking lot and on the way out of parking lot. No smoking in building but the smell of pot as you walked in the front door. No air conditioning on in the main lounge and hall way. The bathroom had a very small toilet. The toilet was also loose. The whole building needs a complete overhaul and parking lot to.

It was supposed to be non-smoking but had a strong cigarette smell and had burns in the curtains. The bathroom door was broken, with a huge hole in the back of it, like it had been punched. The shower curtain was covered in mold and dirt. The carpet had stains all over it. In no way did the room resemble any picture that is posted to their website.

Will say check in was easy but 5 minutes into our stay we found 3 roaches!!! ROACHES. didn’t smell good as soon as you walked in and the carpet and bed were DIRTY a quite disgusting hotel i don’t know how it’s still open in the condition it is in. if anyone sees this just spend the extra money at a better hotel because this place was disgusting. we luckily got a refund

Stains on the carpet looked like blood, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was not made up, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the floors didn’t look swept! This was the worst room I have ever had!

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. It was a disaster and we only lasted a couple of hours and left. We are itchy everywhere because of fleas or bedbugs. I left the hotel to look for a clean hotel. Don't waste your money For this hotel

They stopped trying at least five years ago. It was very dirty. The walls and floors were gross. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged. There were drawings on the walls, holes in the plaster, and cracks all over. Our first room's air conditioner didn't work. I *think* the towels and sheets were clean, but EVERYTHING ELSE was filthy. Not worth it.

The property sent a text saying I could reach out to them if I had any problems but they did not respond to my text about the lack of water pressure in the shower out needing a blanket because my room didn’t get warm enough. I checked out a day early and they didn’t even care why.

When we got to our room the TV didn't work we waited for an hour for someone to check it out we ended up getting another room the AC didn't work to good and when my wife sat on the toilet seat she almost fell because the seat was loose very disappointed with my stay

The room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Kept get kicked off the Internet so I wasn't able to work remotely. There business area computer didn't work at all. There was NO breakfast. Not even coffee.

I was surprised when I checked in that they wanted a $50 deposit for ‘incidentals’ and then we get to the room to see there are burn marks on the bathtub from cigarettes and later I find out the showerhead sprays water from where it connects

The room was partially clean.. The A/C barely worked. I had it set to 60 and it felt like it was 75, 80 plus in the room. I would never stay here again for the price they charge..

The entire place seemed quite run down. For what was seemingly a nonsmoking place, it smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. My room had peeling wallpaper and baseboards, marks on the walls, and two lamps that didn't work. Very poor water pressure in the shower. Trash piled up in the hallway when I left in the morning. Just barely sufficient for a quick overnight, but pass if you can.

Property was what we expected for your average Days Inn, bed for the night on a long road trip. The car park was not very well lit. The lobby and rooms haven't been updated since the early oughts. The receptionist was very welcoming as we're all the other staff, they were definitely plusses for this review.

The property was disappointing first we were charged a 50.00 cash deposit which we knew nothing about because it was disclosed in the booking, 2nd the pool area was closed so no pool and thirdly there was no breakfast as advertised . The room was clean but very dated I think what we paid was to much being that not all the amenities that were offered were unavailable and I feel if a hotel requires a separate cash deposit then it should also be disclosed on booking sights

During our 4 day stay at the Days Inn, we were never offered room service or even asked if we needed clean towels. When I stopped by the front desk to ask for clean towels, the front desk attendant told me that I could go back to corridor where my room was to ask the housekeeper to provide me with some clean towels. HORRIBLE service! I DO NOT recommend booking a room here!!!!

Clerk wasn't personable, pool has been closed for months for repair, the television in my room didn't work, dust was layer upon layer in the bathroom, and there wasn't a continental breakfast. Never once apologized for the television not working or made any comment about no breakfast. Will not be returning.

The guy working the front desk was not friendly. Didn’t smile. No welcome greetings. He was difficult to understand as English was obviously not his first language and he was poorly dressed, wearing wrinkled workout pants and unmatched t-shirt with disheveled hair. The outside was filthy. Window screens laying on the sidewalk, overgrown weeds, trash laying around. Front lobby and desk area were filthy. Sketchy vibe, but no other options for hotels in the city. Entire facility needs updates. Positive…the room was clean when we got in, thankfully!

It was mentioned nowhere on your website but when I checked into my room they informed me that it would be a $60 non-smoking deposit. And when I went to check out they told me I had smoked in a room and kept my deposit seems like a scam to me

Terrible service no accommodations whatsoever. Got there and it seemed run down. Walked in and felt off. Checking in was iffy. Got to the room and my key didn’t work. Limited toiletries. Room felt empty as well. Remote for TV didn’t work either. At least the desk attendant was helpful. Recommend spending the extra money on a better hotel.

Got this hotel just for the indoor pool. After check in I asked where the pool was he said it's closed cause a part was broken. It should have been brought up before checkin was finished. Once entering the room it had a horrible stench to it. Pulling in the parking lot use caution huge bump hard to pull in slow cause busy road.

Not the room pictured when I booked it. No jacuzzi tub. No discount for the room I got, even though I booked the jacuzzi room. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Homeless people hanging out in front when I got there. Hall smelled like weed. Hot tub had caution tape over it and was busted and broke. Would not recommend to anyone. No breakfast. Only machine coffee and powdered creamer. Trash cans over full in common areas.

There are people around the area who have some not safe habits. Limited security for entrance to the building (anyone can get in) the doors are left open, smells like smoke. The toilet was clogged on arrival (went to the back to front desk after checking in and asked for someone to clean it or for another room and the guy came clear to my room because he didn’t believe me. Then looked at it and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing he can do. no housekeeping. He then provided a disgusting plunger and made us plunge someone else’s waste!! The pillows smelled like bed head and dandruff.

The parking lot is pretty scary at night. I wouldn’t bring an expensive vehicle. The front desk demanded am additional cash deposit even after prepaying as a rewards member, then made me wait almost 20 minutes to “check” my room before returning the deposit in the morning. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had a septic smell coming from the drains. I do not recommend staying here unless your other options are budget motels.

Pool closed. No problem. More time in the room to watch tv. No grab and go breakfast. No problem didnt need the calories. Cheap hotel that wont break your wallet. Check. Wendys nearby you can walk to it.

This motel was in terrible physical shape....the wear and tear was horrible. The bathtub bottom was so slippery I was afraid to use it for a shower.The "breakfast" was a prepacked muffin and granola bar thrown in a bag. There was no coffee maker in the room and the machine in the lobby was not working. I will not stay here again and advise others to avoid this place.

This hotel served its purpose of providing a bed overnight during our trip. However, the website advertised breakfast and features pictures of its large breakfast area. This led us to select this hotel as opposed to a slightly more upscale hotel down the road. Imagine our surprise when at 8am on a Saturday morning there is no breakfast. When I suggested to the front desk they update their website to show there is no breakfast, I was told we have protein bars and muffins at the front desk but you have to ask for it. That’s not gonna work for a family with young kids. Just update your listing to reflect what you are actually doing so consumers make an informed choice.
