Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade

Auf den ersten blick(in der lobby) schaut es einladend aus. das zimmer ist auch ok aber die fenster..... schrecklich. Wir hatten zimmer zur strassenseite... als ob dein bett auf der strasse steht. Die scheibe hält vielleicht den regen ab aber null lärm. Geht nur mit ohrstöpsel. Länger möchten wir hier nicht sein.

Room was either not cleaned or there was an occupant, as bed was not made and room not ready to receive a guest.

Room was dirty. Trash left from previous guests. Door had no second door security. Was hard to tell if the door was closed and locked. Stay at another suite and it did not look like this.

The front desk ladies were so rude and unprofessional. Our room smelled stale and there was a huge bodily fluid stain on the mattress. The shower had no curtain. The lady at the desk brought one and I had to put it up myself. Was also told there were no more towels. A room for 5 people only had 3 towels. You had men hanging out outside the doors smoking iykwim. The property outside was disgusting. The area was very run down and nasty. Definitely not somewhere you want to stay with children. We left to get dinner and booked somewhere else. Just awful!

I did not stay at your hotel. I arrived around midnight on the 14th and there was no power at the hotel. So, I could not receive my room. After waiting for over an hour, I had to find lodging at another hotel. I have requested a refund from hotels.com and Days Inn, but I was denied a refund by both. I intend to write to the CEO’s of both to report this mal-treatment.
