Clean room, friendly staff… this is the spot we stay at every time we are in the area.

Great staff, clean rooms, giid breakfasts. Unfortunately relaxing at the hot tub is difficult when they have kids birthday parties for non guests in the pool area. But the few times you can get in there without pay to swim guests, it was nice.

The lobby, stairs and hallways looked like they haven't been cleaned/vacuumed in months. The floor in our room looked the same! Our shower curtain was dirty and full of holes. Our big bath towels were dirty! Looked like grease and was thick. It was not staining. Microwave was dirty. Water pressure in shower was non-existent. Not enough hit water for decent shower. Beds were clean and comfy though. TV kept cutting out constantly so we couldn't even watch anything. It would cut out and load for 10 min at a time every 20 min or so. Air conditioner barely worked. The room was very warm and the air conditioning sucked! Pool room was extremely messy. There was a party in there when we arrived. Food on the floor everywhere! Guests in rooms close by were going in and out of the pool past 1am so doors were constantly being slammed shut! Guests loud in the hallways all night. Breakfast was very nice. Bar area was very clean. No elevator & when booking it doesn't state that anywhere. Staff was friendly. We didn't pay much for the night but even with the good price I feel it was overpriced due to how poor everything was! Very disappointed in this hotel stay and we travel a lot!
