SWITCH AND BAIT! Hotel advertised Pool/Spa, but no where on website or literature does it state pool services are seasonal. Moreover, theres photo and statements making it appear a pool is available. DO BETTER MCM!!!

Yummy breakfast in the 8th floor lounge!! Made to order waffles and eggs. Get this upgrade if you can.

Arriving late at night, everyone was up and willing to help me get settled in. I appreciated the easy flow of checking in and checking out in the morning. The airport shuttle service was excellent. I only had to wait at the airport for about 10 minutes at 10:00 at night!

Restaurant has been approving disappointed the bar is still closed

this was the second time we have been at this hotel, the hot tub was a disappointment. The hot tub did not get hot, it was broke but jets worked. It also needed the tile fixed and the debris removed. The trees probably need to be trimmed back. Front desk staff were excellent.

I booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was unavailable because it was out of season. Also our balcony just looked at a brick wall. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and nice.

They are currently renovating rooms and common area and gym dated

The hotel was dirty and the room I seen on the pictures was way better than the room I got..dirty bathroom and mold smell in the hallways.. coffee shop was closed the whole time and the t.v was super slow.

Room was clean and classy! Bathroom was too. Very nice job on remodeling. A/C was great too and easy to operate. Front desk clerk friendly and professional. A great stay overall!

Stayed one night. Room looked clean. I did my usual check of the bed linens and lifting the mattress as best I could to check for bed bugs. I always do this as well as wipe stuff down with Lysol wipes. It just makes me more comfortable. It looked fine. I went to breakfast the next morning and when I got back to the room I saw a bug on the comforter. Looking closely, I saw one more! Fortunately I had never put my suitcase on the bed. I took the suitcase into the bathroom and went through every item of clothing, even turning things inside out. I didn’t see any other bugs. I took photos, then took my stuff and went to the front desk and explained what happened and asked to be moved to a different room and floor. They immediately did and gave me an upgrade. In the new room, I got online with Expedia and told them what happened, and included the photo. I asked that the first night be refunded because I was really disturbed over seeing 2 bugs! Expedia called the front desk and said the head of housekeeping had looked and said they weren’t bed bugs. So Expedia took the hotel’s word and said they couldn’t do a refund. I then stopped by the front desk and was told it had been checked and they weren’t bed bugs. I just submitted the pics to Grok and Grok says they are bed bugs. Expedia gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience but I’m convinced Room 236 could have bed bugs at the worst or carpet beetles at the least. Expedia should have refunded me as soon as they saw the photo.

My only complaint is that the room had a bad odor. It smelled like a pet was kept inside of the room for a long period of time.

Very clean excellent environment

Everything was ok but we found dirty stuff under on the edge of the bed and the rob that we really wanted to try, had what looked like blood. Our bed also had a wet wet spot. The sheets and mattress were soaked, but we didnt sleep on that side.

Room was ok. Could be updated, but the main thing that i was disappointed about was the lack of secured internet connection. They had internet, but anyone off the street could use it and it was poor connection. Also, tv was loading all the time due to bad connection.

Room was comfortable and clean. Booked a balcony room facing the pool and technically it was facing that direction however there was a brick wall for a view. Not really an issue

The rooms facing loop 338 are unfortunately subject to loud noises due to the high volume of traffic. I was woken up a few times throughout out my stay by loud vehicles.

Stayed here multiple times due to size of rooms, cleanliness, and location due to where we need to be. For the first time, we decided to get a “pool view with balcony” room instead of regular king room. The only complaint from the whole stay was the room they assigned us was completely blocked from the pool view by a huge brick wall we could almost touch. Out of 10 rooms, only 6 have that pool view. Why didn’t we get assigned to one of those. Looking up from the pool, none of them seemed to be occupied and the hotel was not very full. Disappointed and we are frequent guests. Seems like that should matter when assigning rooms

Not bothersome during the day, but at night its constant We kept the fan on to try to muffle the noise, but it wasnt enough.Next time we will request poolside room for quiet peaceful sleep.

The Eleganté is a really nicely newly renovated hotel.

We got there and the receptionist was so kind, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The room was phenomenal, bed and pillows comfy. Concierge was amazing, the property itself immaculate. We didnt sleep well becasue our neighbors were noisy but that was not the hotels fault. I would drive back to odessa just to stay the weekend here again.

Rude check in, didn’t sleep all night due to highway noise. I’d been here once before and was giving it another try.

The room was very nice, very clean and very quiet. Staff was extremely courteous.

After more than 10 hrs of driving, a good shower was in order. Water pressure was great and massaging head great but soon was standing in the water. Drain was plugged or extremely slow. Called front desk after deleting 9 messages on room phone. Told we would be moved to another room. We were packed heavy as this was 3 weeks on the road. Room had an empty adjoining room but still had to pack up and move. Would have been much easier just to open the other door. Would have been nice if someone could have helped us move but not the case. Very nice rooms and hotel but expected a little more courtesy.

We only chose this place for the hotel shuttle and we made multiple attempts to make sure we had accommodations prior to landing in midland. We had a 10:30 pm arrival and needed a safe ride to our hotel and we were told the flight crew of southwest had priority over us. We had no clue that was an option and were highly disappointed. Choose any other hotel than this one. The hotel staff even gave us a room that was occupied. Our experience was very unprofessional and we ended up just leaving at 2:30am to just go to the airport because we felt unsafe.

Ironically I have passed by this facility for years. It is an older property and it looks like they are trying to keep it up. I liked the place and it will be an option for me in the future. The only negative for me is that there no restaurants within walking distance. Short of that it was a good experience.

The on sight restaurant is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune of wandering into. Not just 1 of our meals but all 4 of us! I was so disgusted. We paid over 100 dollars. Left and had to go get fast food. When I complained they ignored me. Never again will I put family up at this hotel. NEVER

We enjoyed staying here. Room was a litted outdated and could use some modernization for the price point, but overall happy with our stay. Clean, convenient location. Friendly front desk staff. Pool was cloudy, but still nice and a lifegaurd on duty was a plus!

Amazing overnight stay. Here in business the hotel was quiet and quaint which was wonderful for virtual meetings. The restaurant staff will blow you out of the water at the shrimp boat. They had 2 large parties over 30 people when we walked in with only about 3 staff on duty. They continuously checked on us offered us salad bar for the long wait. There was a definite language barrier with the restaurant staff but that did not stop them from sending out an amazing meal and checking on us to have continuous refills. Check in ana check out were wonderful. Wish the check in process was better it makes you nervous to check into a new hotel when the front desk staff is scowling at all the guests. She was bice to talk to but not very personable

The restaurant inside this hotel is the best. The breakfast was filling, delicious and reasonable. The dinner was good and it was fun watching the cook put together the pasta meal.

This hotel used to be considered a luxury hotel, when it was a Hilton, but because of age and poor management, it no longer is. I'd love to see it get back to it's glory days but that won't happen without some renovations and better management, overall. That includes opening the bar back up with some changes in operation and much better management. And they need to revamp that restaurant. The prices are that of a 4-star restaurant, but the quality and service are that of a low-rate restaurant. Sometimes they will even refuse to follow through with room service because of being "short staffed". I suggest a change in management and obtaining a better chef. This hotel has the potential to be much greater than it is. If the owners would contact me, I have ideas to make that happen. Unless they don't care to be better and that's very possible. They seem to be satisfied with the temporary oilfield money. I suggest that they should strive to appeal to more than just the oilfield clients and there is a way to do that also. I can help.

No real bar even though they say they have a bar and grill. Food was good. Area around hotel seemed run down. Not certain it was safe to walk around, so we did not. Rooms were great, large, clean. No noise to disturb us. Shuttle to airport was well run and 24 hours. Staff very nice.

We enjoyed having room service, but was weird, not being able to charge it to our room.
