I wouldn't recommend staying here. They borrow the amenities of another hotel, so to use the pool or have breakfast you have to go to the motel across the street. The check in was brutal since i had to wait in line for others who didn't have their stuff figured out. Stay on the strip and avoid these dives. Parking was an additional $10.00.

On the website the hotel says eldorado Beach block hotel. But in person says eldorado motor inn. On the website it says free breakfast and pool but the breakfast and pool is a cross street at the clarion inn motel which is a part of the eldorado but is not mention on their website.

The pool had green water. Seagulls were swimming and pooping in the water. The pool water wasn't shocked with chemicals there were no chemicals in the water so you couldn't go swimmimg. The water was full of algae. Wasn't safe for swimmimg. Pool was not maintained.

In the beginning the staff Rita was rude, as days went she became a little more nicer. They weren’t accommodating even after I told her I was a recent amputee and was given a room on the second floor stating she sold the room while we were actually there checking in . The pool and breakfast area is in another building which isn’t stated. The breakfast was ok , the waffles were good. The property could be a bit more tidy but overall it was ok for the weeks stay.

the people at the chek in and out were very nice and friendly the room is ok - the bathroom need a refresh the exterior of the hotel needs a big refresh too - we did not know that the swimming pool and breakfast were in another hotel, just next street - not sure we oauld have booked here if we would have know that - easier for my kid to go in the swimming pool Wifi was not working good

This hotel is running a scam on Expedia. They are advertising as having a pool- they do not. The grounds are filthy, there’s no on site parking, the location is unsafe. It is a absolutely horrendous, unsafe and dirty. I booked solely based on the pool when I got there I didn’t think I was at the right spot because not only was there no where to park but there was clearly no pool. I was livid!! But it gets better, when I requested my money back the owners started yelling & refused to refund me!!! The only “resolution” they came up with was to apply my $ toward a room across the street at the Clarion and up charge me an additional hundred!!! If I would’ve known they didn’t have a pool I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THERE! I could’ve used that money & booked a room of my choosing at one of the nicer resort hotels!! They’re running a scam- the slumlords own both hotels so they lure you in with cheap rooms and promises of a pool, then once you get there, try to upcharge you to stay at their actual hotel with a pool- the clarion. Furthermore I believe they were racist or ableist because they accused us of trying to scam when we demanded our money back and made my husband (who did not book the room by the way) show them his military ID to “prove” he is disabled only to still refuse a refund. His disability had nothing to do with our booking!

Everything is so broken down and dirty looking. The furniture needs to be replaced. The bath tub needs resurfacing. There was a big patch on the bathroom door that they didn’t repaint. The fridge was dirty and the freezer full of ice. There was no where to put anything on the refrigerator door because all the things were broken off. The bathroom floor towel was dirty. The bed sheets and the other towels looked clean. I had a terrible stay and would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there.

The bathroom was very dirty and there were broken tiles. The tub lost most of the top finish and there were brown stains all over. The sheets had used clothes smell and it appeared like it was not washed since the last use. There was so much dust on top of the furniture.

Our room had damaged flooring, black mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The toilet squealed for over 40 seconds as it filled. The room smelled over whelmingly of bleach and cigarettes under that. The light switch was duct taped to the wall! There was a fridge in the room but no other appliances. No coffee maker, no microwave. We were charged $10 per day to park there. The “continental breakfast was served across the street at another hotel. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. We checked out and checked in next door. This was to be a birthday get away for my husband. Thankfully the Clarion had a room available! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The front desk Indian guy was very nice. But the place overall was ran down!! Rust around the bathroom sink had to go to my cousin hotel to bathe because the shower head was old molded and rusted! The fridge was dirty and molded. The towels were stained. Glad I always travel with my own. The parking lot was filthy old ac’s on the side of the room look like it’s been there for months.

The outside grounds were clean but inside the rooms were disappointing. We had mold on the walls and lampshades. The tub had stains and was clogged. There was no ventilation so the bathroom fogged up and had water residue everywhere. Upon review of the bed covers, we found dirty sheets. We requested to change rooms but was told they were booked. The neighbors were having a party and we could hear their conversation the entire time. We checked in at 8pm after our waterpark experience, showered with our slippers on and checked out at 9pm.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and had an attitude. There was mold due in the rooms and I had my daughter with me who has asthma which made the environment extremely unsafe for her. When we brought this up to customer service they fault me to get a refund. Overall I would have rather spent in my car in a random parking lot.

The condition of the room was not good, the cabinet in the bathroom was boarded up an the faucet was loose. The tub had a lot of caulk on it. The drapes and furniture were old. There was burn marks on all furniture. People were outside yelling all night long. The worker called me at 12am asking me to move my car into the lines which was very rude.

I really expected a little better, Hotel needs updating really bad, it was very cool , and the heat would not stay on, it went from warm to cool without anyone controlling it, the tv lost signal several times, leaving nothing to watch, it was only for one night,,,,,, and it was the cheapest in the city A.C. So i had to stay, will not stay again

Very clean, bare bones motel. Room was comfortable, had heat, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Check in was really quick and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. But this is not the place to stay if you are looking for something fancy. Also, the $100 deposit when checking in was refunded to my CC the following day after check out. Recommended if you want a reasonably priced place to stay right next to Tropicana.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and had an attitude. There was mold due in the rooms and I had my daughter with me who has asthma which made the environment extremely unsafe for her. When we brought this up to customer service they fault me to get a refund. Overall I would have rather spent in my car in a random parking lot.

The best feature about this hotel was the location. The hotel was about a one block walk from Atlantic City's boardwalk. My family and I enjoyed being able to walk to places not need to use our car. The the hotel was not in the best condition and some of the light fixtures didn't work well. The managers wife was very rude when when we had a problem with our room. Her husband was nice and was able to apologize and resolve the issue. I would recommend this hotel for the location and price. The cleaning service was good and friendly. Overall I would rate my stay a 3.0 mainly because of the great time my family and I were able to have while in close proximity to.Atlantic City's attractions.

Very clean, bare bones motel. Room was comfortable, had heat, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Check in was really quick and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. But this is not the place to stay if you are looking for something fancy. Also, the $100 deposit when checking in was refunded to my CC the following day after check out. Recommended if you want a reasonably priced place to stay right next to Tropicana.

In the beginning the staff Rita was rude, as days went she became a little more nicer. They weren’t accommodating even after I told her I was a recent amputee and was given a room on the second floor stating she sold the room while we were actually there checking in . The pool and breakfast area is in another building which isn’t stated. The breakfast was ok , the waffles were good. The property could be a bit more tidy but overall it was ok for the weeks stay.

the people at the chek in and out were very nice and friendly the room is ok - the bathroom need a refresh the exterior of the hotel needs a big refresh too - we did not know that the swimming pool and breakfast were in another hotel, just next street - not sure we oauld have booked here if we would have know that - easier for my kid to go in the swimming pool Wifi was not working good

This place was a solid, inexpensive last minute option for a concert on the boardwalk. The room was mostly clean, nothing crazy to complain about. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Parking was $10/ night, but also gave me decent parking for the concerts. It's a pretty basic place to stay, but all in all this was a good choice for the price and I had a good experience staying here.

We gave the Eldorado a chance because of the great price and many mixed reviews and we regretted it immediately. I squeezed my car into the tightest little parking spot while workers were taking up two spots for each of their vehicles and climbed out of the back of my 4Runner to check in. The TV was missing from my 2nd floor room, the toilet didn't flush and the floors were dirty - when I told the front desk, the response was "we can't give a refund but I can give you a late check-out or move you to Room 101" -- like I want to stay by myself in a room on the first floor, closest to the sidewalk and street OR stay longer in a dirty room with no flushing toilet and no TV?! Luckily, my friends were staying two rooms down, their toilet worked and they let me borrow their little speaker for background noise at night. There's a deadbolt lock but I didn't trust it, and there were no additional locks like a chain or bar for protection so I pushed a chair in front of the door. However, the yellow lights right next to the room's window shined through the tattered curtains so I could easily see any potential predators at night. The only positives are that the check-in was relatively painless and the hair dryer was new (although I'm pretty sure a camera was hidden in it so I turned it away from the bathroom door). If you don't care where you stay and just want a bed, go for it - if you want to be comfortable at all, go somewhere else.
