Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson Downtown - Coliseum by IHG

I fault myself for not inspecting the room. The bathroom was filthy. Bottom shelf under the sink was super dusty and the shower was full of hair that didn’t belong to me. I didn’t see any of this until I went into the bathroom at 2a.m. after getting there at 5. This is my fault for dropping off my bags and hitting the streets. Never again! The room was COLD. The unit wasn’t working properly. The guy just unplugged it from the wall. The man at the front desk was nice.

Very close to Beal street. Great hotel, very beautiful rooms and staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was a bit worn down but overall our stay was great. Would stay again.

There's a couple of restaurants in walking distance and the bed was comfortable

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff was friendly several dining locations and close to the interstate.

We got there 415pm. Check in was 3pm. Our room was not ready. She offered to take our luggage which I said don't worry about it we will ride t the beach. She said they would let us know later when it was available. No one ever responded back. We got charged for a room that was not available. Thank God another hotel had a room or we would have slept in our car I guess. We asked for a credit and was told because I was nice and because we were offered luggage assistance we were a no show. And that they had a right to not have an available room because they work hard to provide rooms. I'm trying to contact corporate because this was awful!
