Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and nice. Negatives are that I did not like the pillow. The hotel has no elevator so I had to climb the stairs with my suitcase and other items.

We come back to this hotel all the time. The staff is incredible. Friendly, accommodating, and you feel like they are welcoming into their home. There were some things that were great and some that could improve upon. The rooms were clean for the most part. The carpets could definitely use a cleaning. But the beds were comfortable and towels, sheets, and overall room cleanliness was okay. The pool area was a bit disappointing. He sauna had no power going to it and the hot tub jets were not working. It would be nice to see some large fans though installed inside the pool area to circulate the air.

Not bad, but the pool area has sitting water in walking area. Look like floor sunk over the years by Hot Tub. Lights are so dim in room and pool area, ready feels gloomy! Just feel it needs a good going over.

Good sadly no hot tub or sauna because it was out of order and the pool was luke warm so my kids were getting cold a lot quicker than going to other pools that are at least warm for my kids to stay and play a lot longer. The room was great and Very clean!

We had called to ask about checking in early and the girl that answered was very rude. She said they were short staffed and it wouldn’t be a possibility, then hung up on me! Luckily when we got there, we had a different person check us in and this lady was spot on with customer service! We were able to check in early no problem. The hot tub was not very hot, which was ok for others and there was a LOT of chlorine in the pool/hot tub. The bathroom in our room was not completely clean and our friends room had lots of Asian beetle bugs. The beds were quite hard. The hotel was fairly quiet and there is a Walmart right behind the hotel and restaurants/gas stations/etc. a little over a mile away. Overall the hotel did the job for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay there much longer than 1 night.

We did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. Went to the front desk after we arrived and the guy behind the desk could not help us. Did not offer a room transfer, or any solution. Must have had a water leak, floors were wet, and everything in the room was damp with a musty smell. Once again did not offer a room change, refund, nothing. Was afraid to stay over night not knowing what happened, but we had no choice.

Room was clean, staff friendly&helpful. the fancy coffee machine in lobby is terribe. over our 2 night stay we tried coffee, latte, cappuccino, and something else and all terrible. Room coffee maker with pods was great though

I’ve been staying at this hotel at least 10-12 times in the last year to year and a half. The place was awesome the first few times I stayed. Over the past 6-9 months the place has gotten gross. The last two rooms the tubs were stained and gross. I’m not convinced the blankets were fresh because there was gravel like things in the bed and the room smelled unbearably bad.

Service was good. The bed was hard, once I woke up my back started to ache. Funky smell coming out of the ac. The AC was working though nice and cold. For the price well lets say there's hardly any options to go about in a whole 100mi radius.

I will rate this hotel a B . There were 3 of us and we reserved a suite. The king bed was comfortable but too high for my 88 year old mother. We had to ask for a step stool for her to get in to bed. The pull out sofa was TERRIBLE. I finally closed it at 2am the first night and slept on the sofa. We asked to switch rooms and were told that the manager would reach out to us to discuss on Monday. S/he never contacted us and I gave up asking. I slept on a cot for the next 6 nights. Overall, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I would stay there again, but not in a suite if a 2nd bed is needed.

The staff gives your information out to random people. Apparently all they have to do is say they are your cousin. When checkout day arrived my brother still had 2 hours left to checkout and my son went into his room to look for his charger while my brother was in the parking lot loading his bags into the car. My brother still had his room keys. But when my son got to the room there was some women in there already taking things and she took my brothers room key from my son. My son ran out of the room to tell my brother what just happened. Apparently this lady had already made a beeline for the staff lounge near the customer service desk with my brothers personal belongings. They had to shamely bring it out from behind the counter and admit they steal.

Nice property. We went to Ladysmith for a high school sporting event anded one night. Stayed the one night. Great North Wisconsin decor in the lobby, looks like this maybe a busy place during hunting season.

What a beautiful property. Safe, clean, friendly & wonderful customer service. Room was spacious, super clean & great view from window of back woods( i loved that). Breakfast was great also. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay was uneventful. Breakfast was not great. They only had sausage links that appeared to be cooked in water & never browned. Eggs looked to be hard & rubbery. Other food choices, bread, bagels, fruit, waffles ok.
