Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway

The hotel is fairly clean but very loud. I think people live in some of the rooms. The pool was supposed to be open as of 5/1 but it’s not and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The breakfast was VERY minimal but it was ok. We won’t stay again.

Good hotel. Missing curtains in room, unable to make the room dark for sleep. Staff was nice and friendly.

The fire alarm went off twice while I was there. The room was dirty, table was sticky, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Not a place you want to take your family!

Hair in towels. Dirty towels. Shower broken

I stayed here because I was having surgery and it was close to the location I needed to be at. The reviews seemed so so and I was like let's give it a try. Cant be to bad. It's a very old hotel. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. The shower head was old and only 1 setting worked. The sheets were dirty or old which made them appear dirty. Hallways dirty. The food smelt amazing for breakfast. I was unable to try it do to surgery that morning. It reminded me of an updated red roof inn. I'll pay the extra 40 bd stay at another hotel if I'm in the area. I do not recommend this place. Clearly under poor management.
