Loved proximity to Bearizona, little town is walkable, nice staff, game room, pool, and jacuzzi, dog-friendly. Only thing we couldn't find was a dedicated dog run area, but food and water bowls and poop baggies were provided.

Our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The outdoor activity space was a wonderful addition to the pool area. It included bocce ball, cornhole, and a wonderful fireplace for making s’mores. They also had bikes you can check out. The breakfast was tasty.

we are elderly and both have knee problems, we made reservations in July for our trip to Williams AZ labor day weekend, we checked in and was told no first floor rooms or elevator, I think there should be a way to request one when reservations are booked online, had we known we probably would of booked a hotel with elevator, it was really hard to walk up and down stairs

Really nice property, clean rooms, pool was nice and there was a little sitting area by fireplace. Hotel offers bikes you can ride if your reserve them. There is also a nice bar and restaurant if you want to eat there. You also get a complimentary breakfast. The vibe is nice all around and will stay again if I am back in the area. Pet friendly

Attached to Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse where we had a fabulous meal and greeted by the chef. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and the hot tub, pool, and free bikes were a treat!

The hotel offered many on site activities: heated pool, great hot tub, corn hole, ring toss, indoor area with tabletop shuffleboard, board games and bicycles to borrow for paid guests. A wonderful place and staff were so nice and helpful

If you want to check in two hours early there is a 35.00 dollar fee. Chose this hotel because of outdoor hot tub. Not working. No compensation. Also room has instant coffee. Gross. This is a brand new hotel. We were planning on staying on are return trip from the Grand Canyon. Made reservations elsewhere.

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, great breakfast. Unfortunately, the bathroom exhaust didn’t work, which caused the bathroom to smell musty, and made me question whether the discoloration in the grout was mildew. I wouldn’t mention it, but I did tell them about it early on and nothing wa ever done to address it.

We reserved a King room and we were given two queens. In the little coffee area there were only two paper cups and 2 little packets of coffee. The shampoo dispenser was almost empty (barely got a little dab) and the conditioner dispenser was empty. There was not a bath mat in the shower area....we had to use a hand towel. It would be very helpful to have a microwave in the room since there is a mini fridge. Also, it would be appreciated if coffee would be available in the lobby (or Camp Hall) 24 hrs a day. Unless the hotel is completely booked, please avoid putting people behind the stairwell.....very dark and closed in feeling (we were in room 114). It is in a good location. We did have a good meal at Miss Kitty's. It is a good value and I think with a few more thoughtful touches and better trained housekeeping it would be great. Thank you.

The property was nice and clean, everyone friendly helpful that part A. The room was clean but no microwave the king bed had a divit in it was not comfortable and I felt 6 inches lower then normal. The shower was good the shampoo and hair conditioner and body wash was outstanding overall C. The breakfast was good but no juices or milk to drink only for cerealB+, Overall B on the total resort. IF they make improvement on some of the ideas I pointed out easy a A resort .

Horribly uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle. Loudest air conditioner I’ve ever heard and a garbage check in policy. You can’t check in until 4pm, even though the room is ready and at 20 minutes until 4, they still tell you that you have to pay $35 to check in at 3:40. I will never trust Hotels.com reviews again.

Hotel was great. Lots of fun amenities. Neat atmosphere in room--retro camping. It was nice and spacious. Miss Kitty's restaurant offered horrible service. The waitress ignored us and from the outset knew they had messed up. The chef kissed our ass though and the food was good-large portions and good flavor.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and you could tell was updated. The beds were really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location is at the end of town, so things were pretty quiet. We will return and recommend to friends and family that visit the Grand Canyon.

Room was exactly as pictured. Super clean and very comfortable. Large breakfast room with the "usual" hot and cold breakfast items. We did not try Miss Kitty's, I was sad to miss it. Necx time! We will definitely be back.

Giving it a 4-star as I was assigned to a room initially with guests already in it but was addressed right away by the staff. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay for us. We liked the complimentary breakfast (buffet style) very much! Looking forward to staying again here in the future.

The associate at the check-in desk was very polite and helpful The associates at checkout where they complete opposite I walked in the door to check out both of them were looking down at the computers. They did not even acknowledge me, but as soon as a coworker walked in, they looked up and said good morning to the coworker, but totally ignored me. I walked up and said checking out of 212 There were a female and a male the male acknowledge me as I was walking away, saying checking out of 212? I kept walking

None of the advertised amenities were available during our stay. The staff explained that this was due to the property just having opened, but that seems to be even more reason to have activities like cornhole and bocce ball accessible. Interestingly, we saw other guests playing with these items the day before, even though we were told they were not available. It felt as though the staff member simply didn’t want to assist us. The check-in process was also disorganized and took almost an hour, with staff informing us that the rooms were not ready due to other employees not showing up. Additionally, special paid activities like in-room camping were not set up, which ruined the surprise for our child. When we requested that this be set up, we were informed that someone wouldn't be able to do it, and then a staff member entered our room without knocking. Overall we paid more to stay here and it just didn't feel like we got what we paid for.

Trailborn Grand Canyon in Williams was one of the highlights of our Southwest trip. The rooms were stylish, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. I accidentally left my laptop behind after checking out, and the team not only found it but went out of their way to carefully package and ship it back to me. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared. Thank you!! If you're visiting the Grand Canyon area, this is the place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough!

I'm giving a 1-star review for two main reasons. 1 Lack of privacy and communication. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking while we were still inside. We also never received a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, which might have helped prevent this. 2 After we left our room around 11 AM, housekeeping returned and entered. When we came back at 7 PM, we found our door slightly open, with our personal belongings exposed. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe. Anyone could have walked in and taken our valuables. I reported this to the front desk, explained that our door needed to be pulled hard to close properly, and asked them to ensure staff double-checks it. Unfortunately, they showed little concern and offered no help or reassurance. While the rest of the stay was pleasant and the hotel seemed nice overall, this experience completely ruined our visit. It’s especially concerning considering many guests were young couples or families who could have also been put at risk. I would be cautious about staying here unless the hotel addresses its security and communication issues more seriously.
I'm giving a 1-star review for two main reasons. 1 Lack of privacy and communication. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking while we were still inside. We also never received a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, which might have helped prevent this. 2 After we left our room around 11 AM, housekeeping returned and entered. When we came back at 7 PM, we found our door slightly open, with our personal belongings exposed. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe. Anyone could have walked in and taken our valuables. I reported this to the front desk, explained that our door needed to be pulled hard to close properly, and asked them to ensure staff double-checks it. Unfortunately, they showed little concern and offered no help or reassurance. While the rest of the stay was pleasant and the hotel seemed nice overall, this experience completely ruined our visit. It’s especially concerning considering many guests were young couples or families who could have also been put at risk. I would be cautious about staying here unless the hotel addresses its security and communication issues more seriously.

They lied to us multiple times at check in. We told them twice in advance we needed conjoining rooms due to it being just me and my husband with four small children. They never told us in advance they didn’t have this, waiting until we got there and said they don’t even have them period? Twenty minutes after arguing they somehow found one and cleaned it for us? Not sure why we had to argue for almost an hour to finally get into the room we asked for when booking.

Our family loved our stay, the coziness and cleanliness of our room and the property, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The train horn can wake you up in the middle of your sleep but the beds are very comfortable and we fell right back to sleep, our room is in the back so its location is pretty private and quiet in general. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Williams, AZ.

There are a few EV chargers on the premise. But the chargers didn't show up as destination chargers in Tesla app. Should notify Tesla, and also Expedia. If you offer EV chargers, should advertise it as such.

The front desk person who checked us in was super friendly, explained all the important detsils, and was very welcoming. This is a wondeful property and within easy walkig distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and you could tell was updated. The beds were really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location is at the end of town, so things were pretty quiet. We will return and recommend to friends and family that visit the Grand Canyon.

What a gem of a place! Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, fun game options for the family and close to everything! The only thing that could use an upgrade is the breakfast. The way it was setup in a tiny area with food and coffee in the same space ended up causing a lot of clutter and crowds, despite the cavernous space in the Camp Hall. We ate at the restaurant (Miss Kittie's), and the food was good but everything was spicy! There was no reprieve from the spice. It would be great if the chef could incorporate some non-spicy items.Great cocktails!

Hotel was great. Lots of fun amenities. Neat atmosphere in room--retro camping. It was nice and spacious. Miss Kitty's restaurant offered horrible service. The waitress ignored us and from the outset knew they had messed up. The chef kissed our ass though and the food was good-large portions and good flavor.

The hotel is very clean and we had a comfortable stay. I found the staff super friendly. Check in was a mess. Gave us the wrong room, and 30 minutes later and lugging luggage back and forth, we finally got in. Next, they advised us they dont have ice machines due to a health dept regulation regarding ice machines outside. In retrospect, that actually makes sense and never thought of that before. Getting Ice from the front desk was again another 15 minutes for my wife, regardless, this was a big negative. We really didn't use any of the amenities other than the free drink per visit, which was surprising good and strong. We could have booked a hotel a block or two down the road for about half the price and we should have, but If you are looking for this experience its a fine hotel.
