Motel 6 Putnam CT

There was black hair in the shower and sink. Also I was charged $957 on top of the stay I was having. When I tried to talk to management I was instantly shut down and told it wasn’t their problem. Even after explaining everything. I should have no been charged almost $1000 for one night stay.

No hangers, no hooks, holes in walls, one bar of soap for whole bathroom, no shampoo, no body wash, fuzzy tv reception, people yelling at night in other rooms.

Our first room smelled disgusting, come to find out it was because of some nastiness in the toilet. Second room seemed fine at first, till we realized the shower was broken/unusable because no water came out. Later realized how dirty the bathroom really was. Shower had dirt/hair in it, shower curtain at the bottom was brown and moldy, shower head was caked up with something brown, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Just wanted to go to bed, so didn’t bother packing up stuff and going back to office to complain a second time and get another room, knowing it probably wouldn’t be much better. 10/10 will never stay here again. Sad because this used to be a favorited place to go.
