Elevator was broken

The staff was excellent; the pool was great, and the lobby large with comfortable seating. The room was very spacious and and lovely. Part of the bathroom had been renovated, but the area with the shower/tub & toilet could use some work. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet, Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Easy on/off 75. Multiple dining options close by. Did not have pool open and did not try breakfast. Breakfast was only from 6-9

Right off the highway, lobby was great for coffee & computer work. My room was nice but there was a large crack in the corner ceiling (possible water damage), the floor had a large hump near the desk and most of the power plugs were old and couldn't hold a charging brick - they'd fall out. Breakfast was nice, coffee was good. The gym was small but did what I needed. Staff was extremely helpful. Easy check in-check out. Bed was nice. Gas station with convenience store inside was within walking distance.

I didn't like much of anything. I can't believe it's not against the law for them to charge this much money for this hotel. There's no water pressure in the bathroom, no lighting in the bathroom, the door won't stay open or closed and naturally to get to the toilet it has to be one or the other. The little refrigerator doesn't work. The pool is disgusting, grossly nasty. You can't watch TV they have a smart TV and an HDMI cord coming out of it you have to bring your own streaming device

I felt it was overpriced for the condition and general appearance. A lot of small items from door latch to handrails to trim etc. need maintenance. The staff was nice and professional. Very limited parking - not great if you have anything bigger than a small car.

Nice gated pool, nice walk in shower . Added touch such as large bottled shampoo, conditioner , body soap and lotion. Nice little conveniences after a long day in the road.

There was hair covering the entire wall of the shower top to bottom it was likr cousin IT was shedding. Really gross didnt seeit til mornibg since we were on the road 12 hours and checked in late and we to bed. Needless to say the much needed morning shower didn't happen super disgusting and dissatisfied

We had good expectations due to the positive reviews. Upon our arrival the room had an odor and was dirty. The bathroom door and curtain had poop smears on them. The ceiling above the shower was in disrepair. The bed was anything but comfortable. We had expected a clean comfortable room according to the reviews. We travel 40 to 44 weeks a year in hotels for work. We thought we would try this brand for future stays. Needless to say this will be our last La Quinta stay.

I usually don’t review places but this was an odd stay. The room had an odd overwhelming smell to it, like they used an air freshener to cover up some even worse smell. The bathroom was gross with hair from prior guests all over the walls of the shower and most of the shampoo/soaps were close to empty. There was also less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for more. There were also someone else’s dirty socks left in the room. The breakfast was good and my kids definitely enjoyed that. Had to hunt to find the ice machine as there is nothing telling you where to even find that.

Everything was fine until we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The front desk staff didn't seem surprised or concerned. That was disappointing.

This has to be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. I mean CLEAN. The cleaning staff were always asking if we needed room service and were very friendly. They looked like they loved working there. While we were there the carpet of the entire place was being shampooed. It didn’t even look dirty. There was always someone out emptying trash in the lobbies and other public areas or spraying disinfectant or wiping things down. I mean this place is committed to being clean. The bathroom positively sparkled. We stayed here from Friday to Wednesday. I highly recommend for families. By the way - this is a pet friendly hotel. Maybe that’s why they work so hard to keep it clean? We don’t travel with our pets. We saw one person that did. They were on the lower level floor. I never saw a pet hair anywhere. Not in my room and not in the hallway or lobby anywhere. This place is top notch

Dirty rooms, no toilet paper and empty soap/shampoo bottles in the shower. Pillows we're like a bunch of tissues stuffed into a pillow case. Breakfast was underwhelming. We will not stay here again

The hotel was spotless. This includes our room plus bathroom, the hotel, lobby, bathroom, and the eating area which was nicely appointed with its own little fireplace. Every contact we had with service was positive. Well-managed. We would be willing to come back anytime.

This was a great place to stay with kids during a family road trip. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The area was quiet despite being very convenient to the interstate. Would stay here again.

The mattress was very hard and so were the pillows. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. What was unexpected was hearing people in the next room going to the bathroom - because the wall between them and me was paper thin. Pro tip: hang all of your clothes in the closet, stash your luggage in there, too, and close the closet door to muffle the sound.

Hotel tastefully renovated. Not the usual layout. Room was large, clean, and well appointed. I will definitely stay at this Wyndham hotel again when the occasion calls.

Updated rooms with colorful decor, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Parking lot was close to entry door with elevator access to the room. Very clean with great breakfast!

Very clean and modern room. The only thing is the bed was quite hard, but maybe most people like it that way.

Breakfast was good. Walls were super thin so you could hear what was happening in other rooms and in the hall.

We got in late. The tv didn’t work. They charged us for the room again after we had paid for it. It caused a hospital bill not to go thru for lack of funds. We were refunded. I had to deal with the hospital bill.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We planned one night stay. When we arrived Chattanooga our Engine failed and we had to get service done; which resulted in the need for a second night stay. I went to the front desk 4 times. I explained the situation! First time I was told to book on line. 2nd time I asked if I could use id and card on file. I was out walking and didn’t have on hand. Answer no. Ok. 3rd time I asked for a different room because Air Conditioner is broke. I was told I needed to check out by 11 and come back later and book. She wasn’t sure rooms available. 4th time I went back and said it would be nice if she could demonstrate some empathy! We have No Car, Two Dogs and Bags! Finally she went to check with house keeping ! It was after 11:00am and there was a Room ready! She charged me $30+ more for the 2nd night, handed me the paperwork to sign and two keys! The Place is Empty approximately 6 cars in Lot

Second LaQuinta we have stayed at and impressed by friendly staff, easy check in, decor and cleanliness of our room. Will be looking for more LaQuinta on future travels.

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and provided the amenities needed. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I throughly enjoyed the hot breakfast. My only recommendation is to provide channel numbers for Direct TV. I am not familiar with this provider, so some channel information would have been helpful. I did find the “Music Choice’ channel and I enjoyed listening to relaxing music.

The checkin and checkout process was extremely easy and convenient, loved that this hotel was right next to the highway since we are doing a cross country move.

Staff were all amazing.

Checked in and found out that our door to the room wouldn't lock and was able to be pushed open from the hallway. Reported to front desk and given a different room. Around 10:15pm a large family/group arrived occupying multiple rooms across from us and until around midnight they were in the hallway talking, shouting, laughing and knocking on each others doors going in and out constantly and at 11:30pm, one of the teenagers knocked on our door and ran into one of their rooms. Checked out early the next morning and let her know this at the front desk and she apologized and when I told her about the door, she said it was not reported by the previous shift and that maintenance was not notified and another guest was put in that room for the night. Overall stay was not a good experience, bathroom floor and shower was dirty, no water pressure coming from shower and will not stay here again.

Cindy was amazing at check in she made it easy and fast. Property is clean, beds are confy. I will make this my hotel stop from now on.

Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Just a word about rooms for pets: While the room appeared clean, the carpet had pet odors from previous “guests.” I understand that accidents happen, but an appropriate enzymatic cleaner would help prevent future accidents.

The last time I went to CHATT, I wanted to stay here based on reviews, but they didn't have the room I wanted. So this time we managed to make a reservation. The price was awesome compared to others I've stayed at. However, might I say, the only good thing going for it was not having to deal with traffic around Hamilton Place area. That's it. It was a room with beds to sleep on. I won't be coming back here again. The carpets throughout were old and dirty. The room was small. too small even with double queens. The chair they had? look at the picture. Completely ripped on the seat. Ceiling was popcorn ceiling, and you could see on the far side, looked like a building joint/seam where it wanted to buldge down. Then the floor at the same spot (had to be a seam) you could tell where the joint/seam was as you could feel it raised on your feet. The door lock didn't work twice. Clerk came up thinking user error, but she almost cursed when she couldn't open it and I was right. She said they were going to renovate. That didn't help me then. twice. Breakfast? Same thing for 4 days. no variety. even had a tip jar. Better than the LQ in Hamilton though. FWIW. Even the seats in breakfast area had rips. Doors to hallways missing knobs. I think there was enough parking, just in the back, not the front. Sketch hotels behind. Would I return. no. Bathroom was decent. Only good thing I would say but I can't sit in there all day. Spouse said bed was good. One slow elevator too. Should have two.

A nice clean quiet stop on our trip for the night. Everything was great but the breakfast seemed like it had been sitting a while.

Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly & efficient. Room nice, bed comfortable & bathroom clean. Shower was very nice with hydrating shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, muffins, waffles, friuit, coffee, juice & yogurt. Coffee & water are available in the lobby all day.

Very clean! Good for an overnight stay with teens. Breakfast was delicious.

Pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels. Breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs tasted somewhat watery. Maybe they were powdered eggs. Don’t really care for fake butter and powdered coffee creamer.
