Subject: Formal Complaint about TrevizZo HCOR I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent booking. The property conditions were far from what had been advertised, including its address. Access was restricted until 3:00 PM, requiring facial recognition that only worked the following day. The stay was promoted as including breakfast, yet the building had no restaurant or kitchen facilities, which is misleading advertising.Communication was inadequate: the official website did not allow photo uploads, and all interactions were redirected to WhatsApp, where I was informed that entry would only be possible at 3:00 PM. It became clear this was not a hotel but a set of third party hosts, absent from the property. Staff at the entrance could not assist.During my brief time there, I faced broken internet, malfunctioning equipment, and significant street noise. My requests were ignored. When I cancelled the same day, I was asked to record a video of the apartment. After complying, I was told the cancellation was processed, but no confirmation was provided. Later, I even received contradictory messages welcoming me to a stay I had already cancelled.I had already secured another accommodation, proving I did not remain at the original booking. Despite this, my cancellation was never acknowledged, and refund requests were unsuccessful.I am disappointed that Hotels.com allows businesses such as TrevizZo HCOR to operate under its name, raising concerns about misleading practices

The only positive aspect of this property is its location—just a few blocks from HCor Hospital, which was convenient as I needed to be close to my father during his treatment. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was deeply disappointing. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I arrived. The bedding provided was extremely worn out—thin, full of holes, and far from acceptable. Despite being on the 16th floor, the windows offered no acoustic insulation, so the noise from the street made it difficult to rest. I contacted the property manager to try to cancel the second night, but they only respond via WhatsApp and refused to assist directly, insisting the cancellation had to go through Expedia. I followed their instruction, but Expedia couldn’t reach the property either—so I was forced to spend a second night in this uncomfortable and poorly maintained apartment. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Just a few meters away is the Tryp Paraíso Hotel—a far superior option in every way.

Não tem café da manhã, o que é uma propaganda enganosa do anúncio. O studio é bem pequeno. Cerca de 21 m.Estava limpo. Podiam melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama, lençol bem ruim. E colocar 4 travesseiros pois tem só 2 e sao muito finos. O prédio é bom, novo. Tinha 2 banqueteas quebradas e uma só mesa de cabeceira quebrada. somente 1 rolo de papel higiênico para uma estadia de 3 dias. Nao tem lugar para colocar a mala pois usaram a única mesa que havia para colocar uma TV ( que poderia muito bem ficar na parede) Enfim, lugar para passar 2 ou 3 dias.
