Mycket tillmötesgående personal i receptionen. Utomhusbad i snö och minusgrader en speciell upplevelse. Tyvärr blir det jobbigt att gå mellan annexen och restaurangen för middag och frukost i samma väder. Allt OK på rummen men det blir också problem med att ta av vinterskorna utan att gå in på heltäckningsmattan och fylla den med grus och snö. Det fanns ingenstans att sätta sig för att göra det jobbet. Ett sommarhotell för båtgäster som lagt upp sina båtar för vinterförvaring runt hotellet? Man lär sig nog under denna hotellets första vinter eller stänger ned inför nästa?

Hotellrummet och övriga utrymmen var fräscha och fina. SPAts större pool var lite ljummet uppvärmd för min smak, likaså allytan med relaxbäddar. Mat och persona bra och trevliga.

Et super dejligt hotel med fantastisk udsigt iver vandet både fra værelserne og restauranten. Varieret morgenmadsbuffet, opvarmet pool, mulighed for spa og beliggende tæt på forskellige aktiviteter - bowling, padel, vandreruter mv.

På rummet saknades något att sitta på, fåtöljer/stolar. Plus för bankfacket på rummet. Lite jobbigt att ta sig till mat och SPA utomhus hela tiden. Inget regnskydd att gå inunder. SPA;et var lite torftigt. Bubbelpool saknades bl.a. Ångbastun var stängd under vår vistelse. Sniket att inte parkering ingår All personal var underbara.

We had a great stay overall! Spa was amazing, rooms were spacious, modern and had great amenities. Staff was wonderful! The food, especially the breakfast could be improved, but it’s definitely worth a visit.

Hjälpsamma och trevliga personalen. Fick uppgradera rummen med havutsikt utan extra kostnad pga missförstår med bokningen mellan mig och en annan personal första natten. Bokade 2 rum. Fina och fräscha rum. God frukost! Väldigt sköna säng, täcke och kuddar.

Otroligt ställe! Mysig location, trevlig service personal som var tydliga med all info kring incheckning o så fint välkomnande med hundbädd, skålar o tuggben när vi kom in på rummet. Rummet var 10/10, snyggt inredda och fantastiskt bekväma sängar. Vi är helnöjda med vår nyårsvistelse hos er, ser fram emot att besöka i sommar igen.

It was a new and modern hotel. Nicely designed. However, it felt like the employees were still inexperienced, and the service was not that great. The AC in our room didn’t work and the indoor temperature was 25 C. It might be due to the extreme heat while we were there.

Ljudnivån på tilluften i rummet irriterade hög fast att man har nedsatt hörsel som senior. Saknades papperskorg, hade varit bra med avlastningsyta att lägga resväskan på. Frukosten inte så imponerande som man frestas tro när man läser om hotellet.Äggröran iskall första morgonen . Såg ingen information om hur man beter sig om brand skulle utbryta. Nytt hotell som ligger nede på brygge kanten. Fine romslige rom. Dessverre lar hotellet deg ikke styre klima på rommet. Ved sadwr der temperaturen er 25 grader og mer er temperaturen veldig varm og innestengt. Fin spa avd. og et seperat behagelig basseng for hotellets gjester som selvsagt inngår i prisen utenfor spa området.

Fantastic location, great room with fantastic beds. Very quiet. We had a room with two beds and the teenager could close the door to his own bedroom. Terrace with a sea view. The hotel is brand new and it truly is remarkable. Only a few minor things can be improved: In the rooms it would be nice with a couple of “hooks” on the wall to hang a coat. Also the processes around breakfast were a little quirky - one morning my wife had a coffee latte, the next morning she was told that it would be at an additional cost! And the last two mornings it was back to being a normal order at no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was really nice with fresh juice (and you can also make your own). We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night. Not sure if the staff were too busy or inexperienced - but we got our food without e.g. fries that should have accompanied the steak. By the time they arrived, the steak had definitely cooled. Upon asking for an additional glass of wine, it didn’t arrive until after we had finished the meal and were ready to leave. So there is room for improvement with regards to the service - but the food was very tasty. We didn’t really use the spa… only the small infinity pool.

Otydligt kring vilka pooler vi fick använda, okunnig restaurangpersonal, kändes oss stressade att behöva beställa och äta. Fick notan mer eller mindre påtvingad redan vid 21:45.

Överlag bra, god frukost, fin utsikt. Men var lite arbete som pågick utanför på bryggan vilket förde oväsen, infinity poolen funkade inte och inte heller chrome casten i rummet

En lördag -> söndag. Trevligt ställe - nytt och fint. Bode i Pemium Suite rum och utsikt utmärkt. Minigolf lite för enkel - bryggeri med gårdsförsäljning - pool varm och med fin utsikt. O’Leary’s bredvid med bowling. Helt okey middag på hotellets restaurang. Frukostbuffé mycket god. Personalen var alla trevliga och glada.

Fantastic location, great room with fantastic beds. Very quiet. We had a room with two beds and the teenager could close the door to his own bedroom. Terrace with a sea view. The hotel is brand new and it truly is remarkable. Only a few minor things can be improved: In the rooms it would be nice with a couple of “hooks” on the wall to hang a coat. Also the processes around breakfast were a little quirky - one morning my wife had a coffee latte, the next morning she was told that it would be at an additional cost! And the last two mornings it was back to being a normal order at no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was really nice with fresh juice (and you can also make your own). We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night. Not sure if the staff were too busy or inexperienced - but we got our food without e.g. fries that should have accompanied the steak. By the time they arrived, the steak had definitely cooled. Upon asking for an additional glass of wine, it didn’t arrive until after we had finished the meal and were ready to leave. So there is room for improvement with regards to the service - but the food was very tasty. We didn’t really use the spa… only the small infinity pool.

Ljudnivån på tilluften i rummet irriterade hög fast att man har nedsatt hörsel som senior. Saknades papperskorg, hade varit bra med avlastningsyta att lägga resväskan på. Nytt och fräscht, trevlig personal och frukost med väl utvalda varor. Sängen och duschen var fantastiskt. Vi åt även middag som var väldigt god men kanske lite väl snålt tilltaget på tallriken.

We had a great stay overall! Spa was amazing, rooms were spacious, modern and had great amenities. Staff was wonderful! The food, especially the breakfast could be improved, but it’s definitely worth a visit.
