The cabin was amazing and perfect for a family weekend getaway to enjoy the nature. We enjoyed the bonfire. And the beds are comfortable.

This is really good glamping! Bed was really comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped and location was soooo peaceful. My only complaint is there is not one single mirror in the entire room! That made it really hard to do your hair, makeup or floss.

Accomodations were quaint & lovely. It was private, but not remote, and I very much enjoyed the extra company of washing dishes with a chicadee perched outside my window and relaxing with a cup of tea during the rain, while a mama deer and her fawn foraged in front of my campsite. Thankfully, I arrived before dark as my door code did not work, and as warned, there was no cell service for me to reach out to the virtual front desk. I was able to get a hard key copy from an onsite person in the main office, but no one offered to come along with me to assist with the door/test the key to make sure it would be working. As a single woman travelling alone I felt much better once I was safely inside with the wifi workly. Unfortunately, the storm took that out the next day (not the fault of Marriot), and I was then trapped, unable to get to town with the down trees, unable to use the electric stove, my phone or computer, unable to build a fire because of the rain, and the provisions I had brought along spoiled without the fridge. There was a generator at the main office, but not for the rest of us, and while I did recevie a text earlier in the day when I was hiking Mt Cambpell during the break in the weather that someone would be stopping by to replenish the daily resort fee items (smores, wood, water), that did not happen which was not ideal given the circumstances.
