Rooftop bar was great and had an amazing view of both major college campuses. Staff was really friendly and accommodating and valet service was always really fast. We had a double queen and the room was nice but dated in areas, mainly the tub/shower. Other room amenities were great and we thought the beds were really comfy. Recommend not staying on the 7th floor under the rooftop bar if you like quiet hours; didn’t bother us (we use fans and ear plugs anyway) but you could hear it at times. Room also had a great view of downtown!

Beautiful property. Everything is new. There wasn’t a way to get from the parking garage to the hotel, other than the front door- but they are building a bridge it looks like. So that will be helpful. Close proximity to breweries, bagels, Stephens College, and The District (downtown area). The Roof at the hotel is gorgeous. You have to pay for parking ($5 a day), and that was a bummer. Even being a Hilton Honors member. But it’s an awesome property and we will absolutely stay there again.

Hotel is definitely a lil outdated, not worth the cost. Shower curtain had black spots, which I’m pretty sure was mold. Tv remote wasn’t clean and had pieces of hair on it. Bed sheets were spotless though! Pillows comfy, bed alright. Saw a concert at The Blue Note so I really liked the location. Parking kinda sucks since it’s in a garage but you can use your hotel key to get in and out at no cost. I’d stay here again but not for $244 a night. Knock at least $50-$100 off. Haha. Hope this helps!

We are staying in the “new” tower and in a suite no less. This is awesome & even though I liked The Broadway before the new tower, let me tell you, this is bad ass! Very nice touches from nice fixtures, lighting, super cool electric fireplace, & the bathrooms are well done. Can’t wait to come back!

Peyton at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The sofa bed suffered from a super thin mattress and bars pressing into your back, so you would be better off either putting the mattress on the floor or seeing if you can get a rollaway. The upstairs bar had a fair amount of noise, especially if you are on the south side of the hotel, but died down early enough so it wasn’t really much of an issue. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.

Needed more help, waited a little bit to check in then my room the TV wasn’t working. I had to call twice to get someone up there. It was noisy there’s construction there was a wedding great location but not the best service in my opinion.

Nice property but we had an unpleasant stay. Checkin staff was rude. Construction noise started at 7 am and did not stop. No warning about construction noise. Room was on 2nd floor and construction workers could look right into our room. Unacceptable situation especially for the price.

They took great care of us. Due to an in-progress change-out of the in-room entertainment system, we were unable to access Netflix. They tried to fix that; when they were unable, they comped us free breakfast. The breakfast was excellent! Will definitely stay there again, and eat at their breakfast restaurant again!

Located in downtown with lots of dining nearby. Rooms are fine You don’t want a room on Broadway if the college kids are partying next door cause it’s really loud. While there is parking it’s a pain dealing with your hotel key or digital key to get in and out.

We thought we could bring up our Brewery Growler and sit in the roof but turned out you had to buy drinks from roof top bar. Ended up going back to our room because we had just purchased a growler that we wanted to drink. Think they should have an area for hotel guests since it is the best thing about staying there. Really a bummer..

This is a reliable, clean, nice hotel in Columbia. I was allowed a late check out. The staff were very nice and I liked everything except the breakfast and that there is no real milk of any kind for the lobby coffee--just those little plastic half and half containers.

We had a wonderful staycation. We stayed in the junior presidential suite with the balcony…it was lovely! We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at 11Eleven. I recommend the Carmel latte. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Lastly, the cookies are amazing.

This was our second stay in a year, here, and we have really enjoyed this hotel. It is extremely close to where we wanted to be in Columbia, and I love that the most. We had breakfast there - food was great. No complaints on the room, other than for the suites, it would be nice to have some paper towels, maybe a couple of plates and utensils. Balcony is wonderful and the rooms are spacious! My biggest complaint is that for the 2nd time, one elevator was not working. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel, and in addition to regular guests and everyone that wants to head to the rooftop bar....that is a LOT of traffic on one slow elevator. This hotel needs to get a repair company locked in and keep it maintained better.
