This time we stayed was so dirty. The room had not been cleaned well. There was no toilet paper or kleenex. Poop stains in the toilet, popcorn on the floor, sunflower seeds in the pull out bed. Room smelled like bleach- like all they did was spray a gallon of bleach. Floor was gross. Would not recommend. This was June, 2024. Pool was green and not operating.

Liked the gazebo with bbq grill and fire pit although we were there for only one night and didn't have the chance to use them. Also liked that they had a regular drip coffee pot instead of Keurig in the room. Breakfast was very good! Appreciated that there was also a pop machine available. Suggest moving glasses closer to yogurt/granola bar.

didnt like the fact that the pool and hot tub were out of order and it wasnt posted on the site that it was under repair. we would have went somewhere else to stay. espesaly seeing there was no price discount for this.

Everyone was friendly and kind and everything was so clean. The gentleman who checked us in was our only draw back. Fingernails were dirty and it was a put off. Overall this was our first time here and we usually are Drury people. We will be back! New fave'

The pool was down and I was not notified. The trash was in the hall for 3 days and never removed. The tiles in the hallways were covered with sticky matter that was never cleaned. I have stayed there multiple times and never had house cleaning been this wsy

Kitchen was not clean. Pool was horrible. Entire room was dogish. The hotel does not properly clean after dogs have stayed in the rooms. They just make up beds and straighten up. There’s no cleaning the carpet tubs. Beds. Etc.

This stay was ok… the hotel definitely could have been cleaner. Maybe it’s a staffing issue. The staff that we interacted with were very nice. Our bathroom definitely needed a deep clean. Our comforter had spots on it. We only had one half roll of toilet paper, so we had to get more from the front desk. No bedding for the pullout couch was available, so we also had to get that from the front desk. Also the pool really needed some attention.

Beautiful property! Great breakfast included. Our room was gigantic - six of us fit comfortably and the beds were awesome! Only negative was the hot tub not being operational, but they gave us a heads up about that, and the pool was extra warm.

Perfect stay for a family on a long road trip. Staff was very nice. I will definitely be staying at other Staybridge properties. Loved the kitchenette and the overall amount of space in the room.

We have stayed at the Staybridge in Columbia many times before and always have the same room, which we love as it is spacious and comfortable. This trip we were in a different room. This one was smaller, right by the elevator and above the lobby so it was loud, and the bed was not level where the top of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Unfortunately, this stay was not as good as our others have been.

First, the staff were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful here. The breakfast selection was better than I've seen at any other hotel in quite a long time. They had multiple types of eggs, sausage, pastries, cereals, juices, a yogurt bar, fruits, and belgian waffles. I'm probably even forgetting some of the foods. Also, the room setups were quite nice with a king bed, couch, bathroom, and kitchenette. My only complaint is that the rooms aren't very noise proof. If noisy semis are on the nearby roadways, you'll hear them. If the room above you wakes up at 6am, you'll also wake up at 6am. Also, all of the room doors and the side entrance doors slam unless a person actually holds the doors to slow them down as they close...and you can hear those quite easily.

2nd time staying here. Our first time we stayed at the end furthest away from the road and it was great, this time we were the very last room closest the the road and it was quite a bit noisier. Not enough to cause a lot of problems sleeping, but if we come back again, we will request the other end away from the road again.

It was a girls trip with daughters and granddaughters. The room was nice however the first morning we discovered the refrigerator quit working we had food in the fridge. Reported it to the front desk they said they would take care of it. We left for the day returned at 4:00 pm stilll fridge didn't work talked to front desk again. They said many couldn't fix. He would talk to GM about credit never heard another word. All the food was spoled and thrown away

I was told when I checked in what the “total” price would be for the two night stay. I then got a bill that was more than double that price. When I asked about it the lady at the counter told me I was stupid to even think that it would be that price, even though I asked the attendant 3 months or more times when I checked in. I don’t appreciate being told that I’m dumb because your employees gave me incorrect information. The “heated” pool was freezing and run down. The room was overall decent, but the service alone will make me not come back.

The staff at this hotel is SO friendly - everyone we interacted with have great service. Our room was like an apartment- so much space and so many amenities. Hotel was quiet and clean (even the stairwell areas were clean and comfortable to use). Breakfast full of options. Evening social was a bonus.

Staff was nice & friendly. Convenient location next to the highway. Near plenty of stores & restaurants. Our room was nice a spacious. Vanity light needs to be brighter. The people above us had a child that was running back & forth. The water in our shower was not hot enough esp during a very cold weekend. Other than that our stay was fine.

Breakfast was cold.. eggs, sausage, the potatoes.. I called a few days earlier and they said the hot tub was working and we got in there it wasn’t. There was no sign up that said it wasn’t working up until I told the front desk about it. Everything else was great!
