Easy check-in and parking, nice hot tub and pool, clean, and good snack and drink beverages

Stayed this past weekend for sporting event. Hotel was very nice. The location was perfect to commute to University of Missouri. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was fine except for one dinner where 1/2 of my hamburger was raw. It was so late, I was extremely tired to ask for it to be put back on the grill. Indoor pool was not ready for guest because it was so green you could only see 2 steps. Hot tub was closed due to repairs. The room was very nice & clean. The beds were very comfortable. I’m definitely going to stay here again. Be sure to check different hotel apps for best rate to stay.

Nice facility and staff, but they nickle and dime you. $2 for water in your room unless you are a certain level in Hiliton Honors, pay for upgraded WiFi, breakfast not included. The pet fee on Expedia says $25, they charge $50.

Love having dining option within the hotel

Minutes to I70 but QUIET outside the hotel! A bit like you're out in the country, trees, lots of mowed grass around. If you have pets this is an excellent stop💕👍

This hotel is filthy with trash overflowed outside. The jacuzzi smelled horrible and actually burned our skin. My granddaughters eyes burned all night. For the Hilton Brand this was the worst.

The hot tub was out of commission. That our main reason for staying here

Our bathroom had no exhaust, nothing. It was so hot and humid, even after a cool shower, that it was unbearable.

We selected this hotel for our stay when attending a MIZZOU football game specifically because it was on the stadium bus route. It's so nice to be picked up in front of the hotel, dropped off at the main entrance to the stadium, and returned to the hotel - no parking hassles, no fighting traffic! Just relax and enjoy being chauffeured to and from the game. We also chose it because we like the Hilton Garden Inns; clean, modern, and excellent amenities and service. This was no exception: spacious room, very comfy bed with great pillows, and ample room for clothing both hanging and folded. Bonus was the assortment of snacks and drinks found in the room on our arrival that were included in the cost of the room -- especially appreciated when we got back so late after the game and had the munchies! We also took advantage of the foodstuffs available in the hotel "store" that included salads and sandwiches, again great for satisfying postgame hunger when it's too late to go out. There is also a restaurant on site, and we took advantage of it for breakfast ($$); the buffet is the usual standard fare, however, it offers made to order eggs, omelets, and meats rather than the typical instant eggs found in most hotels -- the omelets were great! All in all, this Hilton Garden is a great choice for any stay in Columbia, but if you're coming for a football game, its the best choice for service, comfort, and amenities. We plan to make it our go-to hotel when in town!

Not enough electric outlets in the room. No cups in the room.

Rooms are cheap looking, mattress was overly firm

While the staff was helpful, the service, when trying to pay for breakfast, was extremely slow. The walls also are paper thin and I was woken in the morning by the shower being used in the room above me. I also heard, word for word, a telephone conversion from the room next to me.

It was amazing hotel to stay at. We loved our room with the bathtub and was able to relax and watch tv while relaxing in the tub. It was in the perfect location as well we were within 15 mins of everything.

I thought it was good for a convention except there would be nothing to walk to. Way out in an industrial area. View? I never thought to look outside. The air conditioning is loud. Why do they make the rooms 65 degrees? Too cold! Live the sheets. Expected free breakfast

Overall, I liked to stay quiet inconvenient a couple of things didn’t sit well I purchased a breakfast with my room it did not receive the proper documents to receive the breakfast

Most displeased with housekeeping. Even though daily cleaning was requested, had to call more than once in the afternoon.

Visiting Columbia for granddaughter’s college graduation from University of Missouri and her commissioning ceremony into the US Army. Room was clean, and quiet. Staff were wonderful!! Helpful, and accommodating. We’ve stayed here for several visits to Columbia and will continue to do so. Thank you!! 😊

We booked a 1Br king suite several months in advance to accommodate 4. We arrived only to be informed they had overbooked and our room was not available. Instead they could only be offer a single room with one queen size bed and a rollaway bed. What else could we do? Every hotel in the area is completely booked for the homecoming weekend and we figured we could at least give it a try instead of sleeping in our car as an alternative. We arrived in the room and to our surprise the rollaway bed was something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. The mattress was nothing but springs covered with some fabric. I spoke with the front desk and shared the same pictures as attached here and asked if there was any better options for a mattress as this would be worse than sleeping on the floor. Their response was this was the only thing they could offer. I let them know this was not what I would expect from Hilton but I would be sharing my experience with as many others as possible to prevent them from suffering the same consequences from booking with them in the future. I asked for them to have their Manager contact me the following morning since one was not on duty that evening. We’ll see if there is any follow up but needless to say my opinion of Hilton hotels has changed. I don’t believe I will consider booking with them. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hilton. Manager offered to have General Manager contact me and of course that never happened.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track but really quiet and nice. Very clean and pleasant Staff. Our 2nd time staying there as we cross the country.

You had to pay for everything. No continental breakfast. Nice place and clean rooms.

Comfortable bed, quiet, dinner and a nightcap..all in one. Not to mention my favorite oatmeal bar in the morning! Paris does it right.. Always! Hiltons don’t disappoint

The book in the room advertised free drinks in the common area nightly, which never happened. It turns out it was taken away during Covid and never brought back. it also advertised $7.95 breakfast which turns out it was $15.95. For what they offered it was not worth what we paid for the room for the weekend.
