Si te gusta la fiesta este es tu hotel, normalmente tienen eventos en el Beach Club y el hospedaje te incluye la entrada al evento. El restaurante es muy bueno y rico, la comida de muy buena calidad. Enfrente está Hi Ibiza y una serie de restaurantes y bares a 5 minutos caminando.

First time staying at Ushuaia tower after 15 years of going to Ibiza. This hotel was disappointing, rooms are small and very basic for the price, there was nowhere near enough sunbeds for hotel guests. The beds that were empty had a min 600 euro spend. When I arrived I asked for an adaptor to charge my phone, I was told they didn't have and to go to the supermarket. The red carpets were filthy walking from first floor to second as were the skirting boards, looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent depending on what you're visiting for, Hi and Ushuaia are a stone throw away, airport 10 mins away, there is some great beach bars too. There is also a lot of not so good bars. Overall I wouldn't recommend or ever return to this hotel, I have stayed at Hard Rock before which is opposite, this is so much better and the same price

A very nice and luxurious hotel... perfect for party goers especially for attending Ushuaia events... They are looking to charge you for anything and everything so not a place for frugal minded one's. Also the pool area is great but is not that big and hence can be always occupied when it comes to sub beds... especially for the free beds.... all others have a €600 min spend... But the vibe is great.

No bigger party than in Ushuaia! 5 nights of resident DJ’s 2 Free tickets when you room there for each night. There worth 100€ each a night. You will save a massive bill on alcohol because you buy a few bottles and bring them to your room. Is 25€ a drink if you buy at bar during the party. Supermarket is a block away for bottles! AC in rooms are Mediocre at best. I stayed in room 5106 and I loved it, best view of ocean for that side. Also Far enough away and close enough when the show is going on. The convenience of the hotel is amazing. 9min from airport 30 seconds fro HI Ibiza. Beach in front of Hotel is fantastic. Beach service has a very nice staff. Cabs readily available across street. I would stay there again!!

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful. The AC in our room did not function as it should and the sofa did not appear to be cleaned properly. Having a view of the party was pretty cool. Next time we will try staying at the the unexpected

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the concert. The unexpected hotel pool party was a great surprise, and the breakfast at Ushuaïa was superb. Beware of this hotel it has mold issue that is damaging to your health. You can smell it as soon as you enter the rooms. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service and the thoughtfulness and experience of staying here blows every hotel out of the water. Think of an amenity and they have provided it. The entire property and room was so clean! The room was huge, the location in Ibiza was amazing, the staff was great. I would never recommend someone to stay at Ushuaia. We stayed in the club hotel and I was shocked that they can call it a five star resort and charge the prices they do. There is rust all over the floor, the cheapest interior and the bathroom floor was soaking wet every time we showered. It is more like a dive hotel except you pay an outrageous amount for the club experience. You’re better off to stay anywhere and just pay for tickets to the events. When we mentioned our opinion to the staff upon checkout about how the place is a dump, they told us “Yes, it’s because it’s for the club so people destroy them.” Which is an outageous claim to make because while understandable…. with the rates they charge for everything surely they can afford better upkeep and maintenance. Even the lobby was at best a 3 star lobby experience (and that’s being generous). A friend of ours was staying here at the same time and their room actually smelled like mold and their air conditioning was barely working. The worst.

This stay was disappointing to say the least. For the price I paid to stay here I expected so much more… the room was not clean upon checking in, the espresso machine did not work, and staff did not address the issue until I spoke twice with the front desk, the shower door was missing from the room so water seeped onto the bathroom floor and bath mat every time someone showered. When house keeping finally came around to clean the room the second day, they had no wash cloths. Oh… and if you used more than the allotted 4 espresso capsules you would be charged 12 euros a piece for each extra pod. The room was cheesy and had a sex box kit that seem to have gotten some water on it previous to my stay… so not only was it cheesy, but not new or clean ewwww!!! And the sink in the bathroom stopped working day 3 and there was no water except fir the shower. I can’t believe that I paid over $700 a night for such a crappy experience. Not worth it. Stay at 7Pines instead. You will get your money’s worth there.

Marvelously.the room was perfectly clean.near to the parties,. The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Pitty thought for the inconvenience of the incident on Monday when I arrived from the UNVRS club .the hall was full of smoke the rooms wide open , fortunately no was was injuring.and this affected also the facility of the swim up pool and I couldn’t really enjoy the very last day. Otherwise was everything (almost)perfect!

Ótimo acesso à praia, restaurantes muito bons com acesso ao hotel. A torre nova muito boa! A estrutura clássica, ao redor das festas é excelente para quem quer curtir as festas, mas dependendo do quarto que você pega, esqueça o descanso e sono de tarde. Barulho ensurdecedor! Great fun vibes. Great staff. Good party. Viciously expensive. Very Vegas feel but more expensive if you can imagine. Bathroom huge but completely unfunctional. No counter to put any toiletries. And as fun as the design is, more silicone needed separated between shower glass and bedroom

We went to see a DJ at High Ibiza and stayed 2 nights at Ushuaia. The stay at Ushuaia did not disappoint. We had a suite in the tower that gave us a stage view and ocean view. The service here was top notch. From check in to check out the staff was incredible. We even got a free bottle of champagne with our room. The food at the beach restaurant was also delicious. I would highly recommend.

Had a swim up pool 2 days, which was small but okay. Pool was a bit cold. Smell in the room not the best when you enter, but at the bed area ok. Did not have hot water all the time in the shower. Made a complaint and 4 hours later I had hot water. Not sure if cooncidence or if they fixed it. Stayed in a suite with party view for 2 days. Nice view, very convenient with a bar in suite and ice maschine just out of our door. Breakfast had good selection, but hard to get a table with beach view.

Awesome party! World’s best! Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work for the full 3 days that I was there. The hotel couldn’t fix it. On my last morning, the hot water gave out. I had to use another room to shower. Other than that. The experience was out of this world. Parties in Ibiza Ushuaïa is an once in a life time experience.

Paid a decent amount for a stage facing room. Got that with a huge speaker in the way. Reception politely stated a 500 euro additional would get me another room without the obstruction- well, in reality I didn’t get what was paid for originally. If there is slick obstruction- state that in the original booking or type of room? Really, it’s just an exercise to get more £ out of you. Shame really.

They moved our room four times because the air conditioning did not work in each of the rooms. They charged us a $300 upgrade fee to upgrade to a suite which was supposed to come two waters a day for free and then proceeded to charge us $15 for two waters that were supposed to be free. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to talk to someone about getting my charges credited back. Thank you.

The service for a hotel at this price should have been better, there were so many staff but they would walk right by and not ask if you needed anything. Terrible over-rated place, no responsable manager on the hotel area and not available if you may have any concern for th whole stay. valet parking can go over 20 min wait due to their lunch brakes. Tgey also provide misleading information with twisted pictures on third parties website to confuse people when booking. Rgey advertise 6 restaurants and only two are actually available, a stake hose and a sishi place, a roof top bar and pool.bar Be aware when you book what room and service you receive. For us was the worst experience ever only the cleaning lady Irina was paying attention to all people needs.

Liked: Cleanliness, convenience and proximity to the Ushuaia beach club, cleanliness and amenities. Disliked: Check-in experience was poor. Check-in time was 3pm and a room could not be provided to us until 3 hours later which was unacceptable especially given we reached out on three separate occasions to enquire when a room would be provided only to be told 'it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes' each and every time. No compensation was offered. This impacted our plans for the rest of the day as we had been travelling for quite some time which is why the overall score is only average.

Hotel was lovely but the staff were not. A simple solution could have been reached about a passport on check in as I had a copy and was checked in at another hotel who had it on file. Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such a carry on made. When reading regulations online all they needed was the passport details which I was able to show them. Spoilt a very expensive stay which was also celebrating a special event. 2 days later and my £300 deposit still has not been released either.

This hotel is very expensive. Come prepared. The staff is helpful and the resort has everything you need if you can afford it. The standard rooms are decent, amazing bath products Robe, complimentary flip flops and close proximity to the club or across the street from Hi Ibiza. The big clubs are packed and oversold, so opt for VIP for more space. A 20 minute €30 Taxi can take you to the Marina area which is cute and charming. I didn’t see anything cute and charming around the resort which is not to far from the airport(€20-30 Taxi) area looked industrial. The resort itself is nice if you don’t plan on leaving.

The best part about the hotel were the friendly staff, from check-in, the concierge and the pool team everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks especially to Carlos and Ana! The location was an easy walk along the beach to the old town and around 30 min taxi/drive to other destinations around the island. Was only about 10 minutes from the airport so you don't need to save a lot of time at departure. The views were really great. Be warned, in high season there is a club right next door.

Struttura bellissima, suite veramente lussuose, ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di champagne gratis. Si poteva accedere gratuitamente alla spiaggia dotata di lettini e ombrelloni e venivano forniti gli asciugamani per i lettini. Colazione a buffet a € 35 con cibo di ogni tipo dolce e salato.
