Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Great value for money.

Nice and spacious room with great view from the balcony. Friendly reception staff, dining service and pool manager. The only problem is that the shower water is not warm.

The place was clean. There was no mold in the bathroom. Pools would be good for kids. The helped carry our suit cases up the stairs to our top floor room, without extra charge. They held our suitcases for 2 extra nights while we went to the Butterfly Valley, at no extra charge. Their staff make an effort. It's a place we would stay at again.
