The hotel is right across the street from the train, which was very convenient for getting there from the airport and back again. The restaurant and beer garden are very good, and the rooms are updated and spacious. I'd definitely stay again!

BEWARE!! upon check-out I was fraudulently charged Accommodating with breakfast for each of the 6 nights I stayed at Four Points! When I explained that I never agreed knew or received any breakfasts the receptionist told me "Sir you have to pay" Other than that I enjoyed the hotel. It's next to a train stop, the area is very walkable with everything near by or a short ride away. The hotel was clean. Gym was better then I anticipated and rooftop pool was delightful. My room was a decent size, modern/ updated and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was my carpet had a lot of stains It needs to be professionally cleaned. They provided slippers so I used those! *reminder if your coming from Canada/USA bring an outlet converter. Their USB port saved me.

Service was excellent and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. One of the elevators was down and due to the peak season crowd, the lift waiting times were extremely long. Breakfast selection was good but area can get too crowded. Overall, pleasant stay due to great location and proximity to the BTS

I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket.

It’s our fourth time to stay at Novotel ploenchit, we have good memories with kids there but this time the standard is really behind and cleanliness is our concern, stains on carpet, bedsheet, cover and actually everywhere. We booked into the suite at first but it’s badly setup and we then moved to connecting room as makeup, we appreciate the service from the attentive duty manager but still the rooms are still dirty. Really hope that revamp could be considered to keep up the market standard as we got lots of good memories at the hotel.

The bath towel provided was obviously well used. So is the bed both items are high time for a new replacement. Bath amenities are too basic only provide bare minimal items like a budget hotel standard.

A bit run down for a novotel, amenities not working properly. Convenient area though. The rain shower had jets shooting all directions. Including over the divider such that the mirror and sink area were soaked too. The function to divert rainshower to handheld shower was jammed. The air conditioning was so warm I had to call for servicing. They came quickly and removed a black and dirty filter, washed it and replaced it (seems like the hotel does not have regulsr maintenance). Some stains on the carpet as well.

Stayed in room 1908 and there are evidence of bed bugs. There are cockroaches at level 8 buffet area on the table and near the soup condiments crawling in plain sight and staff does nothing even after being told. Fruits and food offerings that are finished does not get replenish even when there is still 2 hours till breakfast is over. The good part is there the hotel is located just below Phloen Chit BTS station making it really convenient for traveling. Checkin and out is also a breeze. Housekeeping lady is also super friendly and helpful but can’t do much for the bed bug. Visible Blood stains in carpet and curtains. Definitely will not be back.

Right next to the Phloen Chit BTS, what more could you ask for when it comes to convenience of public transport ? Everything is within walking distance, including the Pratunam area. Only gripe is that the mini-bar area in the room that I got has got no lights at all with only a power source for the kettle.

This hotel seriously needs a major renovation. Everything was so so old! The carpet was sticky, the bathroom accessories were slightly rusty, the towels were over washed (thin and slightly greyish). The mattress was also very old and uncomfortable. That said, hotel is located just beside the BTS and the location was excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the check-in/ out processes were fast and smooth. Three stars for the staff, one star for the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently placed in front of a BTS station and close to the sukhumvit tourist area. My room, albeit clean and well designed, was old and in need of a refresh. Same thing for the amenities. The bed was lumpy for example. Even if I was not adjacent to them, I could clearly hear the elevator noise. I suspect that all rooms do. Luckily i had ear plugs so I slept anyway.

Good location. Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress literally “sunk in”. We had backache after sleeping on it for three nights. We asked the hotel staff to change it and they were nice to get replacement. Not perfect but better. Everything looked old and well used.

Stayed at many hotels in Thailand, normally the staff is so kind and friendly. But not this hotel.. the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and clearly note happy. This hotel is not kid friendly with staff that act as if they dont want to be there. Front desk staff 1 star is generous.

Great housekeeping and front desk staff dining staff needs training took ready eggs turned them over when I asked for over easy nite chef burned my bacon and the burger bun not edible. When leaving bell boy used his personal phone to call a taxi. Got in the taxi no meter wife suspected something. Asked driver with no name for cost to airport was told 800 baht. She said that was not right. Driver called her stingy. Got out 50 feet from hotel. Took another taxi from street cost 400 baht with tolls and tip. Bell services should not call taxi friends to take guests anywhere.

Reserved over Expedia as a package for two adults and two children. Upon check-in, I was told that my older child (age 13) must be counted as an adult and was charged more than 5000 baht extra per night. This is despite having specified the age at booking and the booking going through as a child. Hotel refused to refund and Expedia also contacted the hotel and was refused refund. This caused the trip to go well over budget and should be considered false advertising.

Extremely convenient as it is next to Phloen Chit BTS and near to most of the shopping mall such as Siam Paragon, CentralwOrld, Big C, Terminal 21 and also Erawan Shrine. The only setback is the non-stop traffic jams at the road fronting the hotel. For example, we were tired after shopping at Terminal 21 carrying a lot of shopping bags and decided to take a Grab back to our hotel. We were stucked in serious traffic jam and it took us almost 2 hours to reach the hotel. We could have taken the BTS and only take less than 10 mins. So if you are taking BTS other than Grab or taxi, this hotel is a fantastic location.
