No clean service no towels the room not very clean

Terrible experience all an all. There were no towels in the rooms, there is no reception, people don’t have english to communicate. Gym doesn’t have AC (we are in Riyadh), there is nothing. They didn’t give me any water after first day (since no room Service). There is not a coffee even in the building. I had no hot water on the shower. My bedside lamp wasn’t working. There were no bedside plugs to charge. They have a kitchen but no utencils, not even a tea spoon. Everything in the kitchen is from somewhere else, I believe whatever they salvage.

The rooms are fine - as you would expect. These are basic services apartments and although the amenities are good - gym, pool, sauna, steam room - apart from the lobby area it’s looking

The property is amazing, customer service was delightful and courteous, very attentive to detail and my needs.

I enjoyed the stay here, the room was big and comfortable. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The staff was super kind. I will probably come again.
