The reason I stayed here is because it is close to the airport. I arrived at 2pm and the staff said I can’t check in early. The restaurant and coffee shop were closed. The coffee shop wasn’t open the entire 3 days I was here. There was road construction surrounding the entire building so I could’ve walk in the side walks to go to find a coffee shop or restaurant off site. The side walks were tore up. The rooms were outdated, walls are paper thin. I could hear a man singing either above or below me in the bathroom. Parking is inconvenient and a long walk to the parking garage.its hard to find your way to the hotel from the garage. The hot tub was closed. The pool water was way too cold to get into. Elevators were outdated and not clean. The elevator stopped and I tripped getting off the elevator, the floors were not even. I asked to go to nice outdoor area and the guy at the front desk said that is for the people who live in the apartments and there is a gate code even though it is advertised on the hotel website. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worst, I got on the airport shuttle at 12:20p to take me to the airport. I told the driver I need to go to terminal 2. She drove to terminal 1 then back to the hotel at 12:35 to drop off airport workers. I didn’t arrive to terminal 2 until 12:50p, just to go 1 mile. If I would have known that I would not have taken the shuttle. Such a waste of my time. So many inconveniences. I won’t stay here again.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel, with friendly staff and nice amenities… LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. The hallways, elevators and common space are dirty. It looks like a hotel they forgot to keep updated from the late 1990’s. When I had a problem with the TV in my room, I called (x2) and went to the front desk to have it addressed. When I returned more than 5 hrs later, nothing was fixed. It went back to the front desk and talked to Sabrina, who told me maintenance left and it’s not her problem. I asked to speak to the manager and she literally laughed at me, truly one of the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of being around. To top it all off, I requested a new room and the same problem existed in the second room… TV remotes missing and no TV connectivity. I’d stay in my vehicle, hell, I’d stay on the sidewalk before I stayed at this hotel again…

Nice hotel, very clean AND quiet. The parking is cumbersome due to the garage being under construction (not the hotels fault) and the link blue line was down (again not the hotels fault) but be sure to check these schedules out if they will affect you. Not a lot of food choices super close by, but the city is very walkable
