The hotel smells like mildew even though there hasn’t been a pool here for almost a decade. The room had mold in the windows and fridge and cobwebs in the corners. The tub didn’t drain and they argued with us on servicing the room, they have stickers clearly displaying that after 3 nights they’d service our room, the front attendant at night argued with me saying it is four nights. I took photos for each instance listed above and am sorely disappointed in the quality of this hotel after not staying in it for years.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options fairly stndard but plentiful. Coffee was great! Only big issue was the driveway at the entrance. There were numerous potholes that were wickedly deep! Be careful driving in or you'll be in trouble!

This hotel has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was not great. The building is quite old, and the cleanliness needs serious improvement. There were noticeable stains on the bedsheet and towel, though the staff did replace the towel when we asked. The room had a musty, old smell and didn’t feel fresh or clean. We also noticed mold on the shower head, which was concerning. With better cleaning practices, good detergent, and some air fresheners, this place could be a lot more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and appreciated. A heads-up: be very careful when entering the parking area — there are large potholes that could damage your car if you’re not cautious.

The staff was very accommodating. The one disappointment was it claimed to have bar. The”bar” turned out buying a serving size bottle behind the reception desk. There was an area that had been a bar but n longer even resembled a bar. The staff provided glasses for our wine and tried hard to make it work. I have nothing but good things to say about effort to make our stay pleasant.

Bathroom was horrendous. Bugs, and the dirty shower made it so disgusting. Front desk staff made it seem like I was a hindrance when checking in. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired due to the potholes, and the surrounding property looks shady and unsafe.

The room was dirty, shabby. Bed was lumpy and mattress failing apart. Bar not open. Welfare residents!!!! This place is a hellhole. Left after one nite even though booked for 3. Do not go here.

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the hotel was new. The bathtub was horrible. The caulking around the tub was moldy/stained. The mattress are old with the spring sticking out on the side. The place is in need of a remodel and deep cleaning. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Night shift employees and maintenance man are great! Kind of dirty for a $150/night hotel... curly hair that wasn't ours in the shower, moldy shower curtain, carpet was sticky and dirty. People on drugs outside yelling, a bunch of cops showed up.

Do not stay here. Please believe the low reviews. Not sure how this place has managed to keep its high rating. The second we parked I felt unsafe. Whole building, including the room, smelled musty. Toilet ran non-stop. Rust all over the shower (which we did not use) and stains all over the ceiling. Earwig on the wall in the bathroom. Cockroach on the bedroom wall. Saw my first ever bed bug crawling in our sheets. We packed our bags and left immediately. Staff was nice, but when we told them about the bugs, they reacted as if this is a very normal occurrence and asked us if we wanted a different room instead of a refund.

The property is kind of shabby. The room had sweat stained pillows that showed through the pillow cases. Room smelled. The deadbolt on joining room door wouldn't tumble into the lock. The bathroom was dirty. Moldy caulking around the tub. Lots of dirt on the floor. We checked in, had an appointment to go to and ended up not going back to the hotel. Just drove the 2.5 hours back home. I called the front desk the next morning and spoke to the receptionist informing her that we didnt even feel safe or comfortable to stay but she really didn't care. I would not recommend that hotel at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!BED BUGS!!! I went to sleep and woke up with bites all over my arms. So, I promptly looked for a sign of bedbugs but found nothing. However the second night I acquired more bites and did a full strip down of the sheets, blankets, and the mattress protector and sure enough. A bed bug. When I went to the front desk to ask for plastic bags, the receptionist was exceedingly rude when I requested more than 2 as I had a lot of luggage. Secondly, when I spoke to the manager, he was also terribly rude. I asked for a refund but said he would only give me one night. I said that wouldn’t be acceptable and that I had been dealing with it the past two nights and only found proof on the second day. And thank goodness I did. He argued he would only refund once they called an inspector and confirmed that there was in fact a bed bug. However I showed him the proof and said that I could show him the bed bug in the room if the picture wasn’t enough yet he refused. Finally I brought up that I would be writing a negative review on this hotel to make sure others don’t fall into this unfortunate circumstance and then he became immediately more negotiable. However he said he would not give us a refund BECAUSE we would still write a negative review and that wouldn’t help HIM. I was dumbfounded at his response and asked him if he was serious as, I didn’t believe his response. After persisting they finally issued a “refund” but I have yet to receive payment back on my credit card.

On my second stay at this hotel, I discovered a bed bug on my pillow right before I fell asleep (thank god). Packed up my stuff in a hurry and explained to the receptionist what had happened. She was apologetic and understanding, gave me phone numbers to call and I was able to get a refund in the morning. Not a fun way to spend the night, had to find another hotel at 10PM and bag and seal everything that was contaminated. Find another hotel if you don’t want bed bugs.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on a road trip. It is a fine place for a cheap, safe place to stay the night. The room was not properly cleaned. There were a couple big bugs and a hairball in the shower. The hall smelled lightly of vomit. The staff were friendly and the breakfast simple. There is a Bob Evans right next to the property which made for an easy dinner. If you aren't particular than this would be a fine place for the night

The lobby and Every room smells like smoke. The bathrooms smell very moldy. The bathroom fan goes on when you turn on the light and is super loud. The room AC is very loud and doesn’t cool very well for all the noise it makes. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located in Jamestown. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were fresh and white. The hotel is very quiet with pleasant window views of the natural landscape. The bathroom was large and clean, and the shower was very warm and comfortable. I stayed 3 nights. I’m dependent on internet for my work and 2 of the three nights had no service. I paid over 500 for my stay and as compensation the manager credited me $25 of which part was tax. That’s an insult. If they can’t provide their services, as a company, they should offer commensurate compensation. I complained to corporate who could only offer points. I requested two nights worth of points. They credited me 16000 points assuring me that would cover two nights. In checking rooms at different comfort inns, one night is 23500 points. The lied to me and when I called back I got a stall that they’d have to investigate what the agent told me. Ask me if I’d stay at a comfort inn again if they don’t correct this. NEVER. I’ll also report it to the BBB and leave reviews of my experience on all social media sites.

Both the interstate highway and downtown Jamestown were easily accessible. There is a great restaurant that can be walked to from the front door. The surrounding area is beautiful. Every member of the staff from the manager to housekeepers was both friendly, and responsive to our needs. The continental breakfast was impressive. As advertised the wifi was fast! My wife and I would stay there again if traveling to this area.

The only real complaint we have is that there is no way to select a channel you want to watch on TV. Let's say you want to watch NBC. You scroll using the up/down until you see NBC (channel 6 if I remember) and choose it. Well, you just selected SCIFI or something else. Very frustrating. We finally had to stream from our phone to TV to watch what we wanted

The woman at the front desk couldn't find my reservation and was not very friendly. Property was ok but not worth the money. Breakfast was pretty good with several options available. Something in the bathroom was leaking as the floor was wet and there was hair all over the inside of the bathroom door. Carpet in the room also had wet spots.

There was nothing that I did not like at this property. The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful with whatever you needed. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of items including waffles.. 😋! The rooms and hotel were very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was quick and easy. We were greeted with a hello and a smile. Our 2nd floor room was clean and spacious. The shower had nice hot water. The bed was comfortable. There is no restaurant and the bar is closed but beer is available for sale at the front desk. The breakfast had the normal stuff...cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, waffles, bagels, choice of juices. Overall there was enough to eat.

The property itself was very clean and felt super safe. To top it off they are very honest , and have a wonderful staff. I say this because I had left my AirPods on the hotel bed when I checked out. I live in New York City and unfortunately I was already boarding my flight to go back home when I noticed my AirPods missing. I called the hotel immediately and they had actually located my AirPods and shipped it out to me. This was a blessing indeed and I am truly thankful for them and their honesty. I will definitely stay here again.

This is an average hotel. The room was adequate. The breakfast was rather minimal: waffle irons, bagels, cereal. We had waffles and juice each morning. The clientele and people hanging around outside are a little iffy. There is a Bob Evans across the parking lot, a Tim Hortons across the street and a gas station, and the hotel is located well for access to expressways to get to local attractions or if traveling. I would say the location was good and the staff were basically friendly, the room was also adequate, but it would not be the destination for a romantic getaway and the clientele seem a bit sketchy. I would stay there again if the price was right though.

Place was nice and quiet. The room could have been cleaned better. Shower head seemed dirty and cold of been cleaned. First night was quiet, second night was a bit loud then quiet down. Was very close to PA state line so worked out for my family and I. Breakfast was not great. Only had waffles, bagels, and fruit and Juice. The tables weren’t really being cleaned up after people ate. So we had to clean up to be able to sit down to eat. Was no sausage, or any protein with what they had. Need to step these things up. Pricing is amazing. Staff was nice no bad encounters.
