This property is a lovely option if you want to be near to central Southampton but not in the middle of it. the room was really nicely appointed, they have a lovely grounds area near the pool, and a really nice pool deck with a pretty big heated pool. We really enjoyed the pool. Only negative is that It's located on a 2 lane highway without much close buy in the way of restaurants or other necessities; getting around was awkward and costly without a car. However, the place we stayed at was nice!

Getting my key card was easy enough but getting the lock box to close was a pain. Jetted tub didn't blow any bubbles. The bed was uncomfortable and I got woken up by my neighbors when they came in from the bar. The room was clean but the back of the front door was pretty dirty. Over all I will give it a 3 ⭐️ there is a cool little dispensary right down the road worth checking out!

This hotel is a dump and needs a complete overhaul. The paint is peeling the bathrooms are miniature and toilets don’t work. There is no maid service and they lie on their ad about taking guests to the shore it really should be torn down.

Well it needs updating and renovating. The busy road is loud and it’s so difficult turning left or right out of the parking lot because this is the WORST traffic area in SH.
