It was a nice quiet and clean place to stay. The AC was nice and powerful! The shower had great water pressure. There was free wifi which I really appreciated. There was free cold bottled water upon arrival. I did not have a chance to swim but the pool looked inviting. Would stay there again!

This is a very nice hotel, needs a little TLC, we had to skim the pool ourselves. Would be very helpful to have a signal leaving the hotel, it is very difficult to make a left out of the parking lot. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Pool was completely unsanitary and it took forever to check in. Every guest was taking pictures of the pool and could not even let their kids go in due to how dirty it was. Staff was not the friendliest.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early as we arrived an hour and a half early. Pool was not open but they provided a beach pass so we did not have to pay for parking to a few local beaches. Great value.

Needs a bit updating. Staff was wonderful but our room never got serviced after asking for it before leaving for the day, we were able to get towels but for what they charge there should be more housekeepers at least in the summer.

Paid nearly $800 a night and the room was moldy and wreaked of cigarettes, staples in the carpet sticking out. My family could not stay in the room due to mold allergies and the hotel refused to refund my money. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to stay.

The bathroom was MOLDY...BLACK MOLD. Super harmful, unsanitary, just pain gross! DO NOT WAIST your money!!!!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT BOOK! The check-in table was not being watched- there were suitcases simply left unattended. Room Keys were all over the counter- just left for the taking!! DANGEROUS for safety! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE- not worth even a star!

Unfortunately my room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival. There was sand in one of the beds still it looked like it just got made but the sheets not changed? I slept in the other bed. Other ppls hair stuck to tub and shower walls somehow on day 2. Day 3 it was still there. Hairballs randomly in the room. We have been staying at this hotel for years, and have always had a wonderful experience. However, this time was different. We were never given room service, despite requesting it repeatedly. We received room service once at 5:00 PM. In addition, there were ants in the bathroom.

Had the rate of the room been 1/5th of what I paid I would give it a 3 or 4 rating. The room was noisy and paper-thin walls. The bathroom tub was old and stained. They tried to update the bathroom with newer tile floor but that was it. I did not feel comfortable and never received a good night's sleep. Not to mention the evening I checked into my room it was like walking into a walk-in freezer it was so cold (this was August) the A/C was set at 63 degrees. I never warmed up even with the heat on and then trying to take a hot bath where the water only made it to luke warm.

From check-in and outside looked like cheap motel. Room was modern, clean, with good space and nice modern bathroom. Location is along busy road but was not noisy. Bed was hard but clean.

The location was good, all the Hampton towns close by. The price was the most affordable we found with a couple days notice. The beds and table seemed clean but the beds were uncomfortable. The blinds didn’t have the wand attached so we had to close them by hand and they were dusty. Also the beds were full size, but they were advertised as queen sized. The bathroom seemed mostly clean but there were some icky moments- there was hair matted on the wall, there was a washcloth stuffed between the toilet seat and the tank, there was an incredibly dusty vent fan (but also no switch for the fan- which kept the room musty since there were no windows). The walls were also so thin that when I was in the bathroom I could clearly hear our neighbors. Overall it was a roadside motel at best.

This “hotel” is actually a cheaply remodeled “motel.” For $600+ per night I had much higher expectations. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke and a little bit of urine which I suspect is because the old carpet was never removed. The bathroom is super cramped.

The staff was wonderful! We arrived very early for check in but we had full access to the pool! So we made a day of it! Needed a hair dryer, they provided 1 in minutes! No complaints! We will definitely return❤️❤️

The staff at this property was rude; at first, they charged me another $50, stating that you have 6 people in the room while the room we booked was any way for 6 people. Also, when I tried to check out early, I was told to talk to the manager the other day. When I called the other day, they said to me that they would charge the whole day because some stuff was in the room and that was taken out at 12 (just 1 hour after the official check-out time); for that 1 hour time, they could have charged me late checkout fees instead of whole day's charges.

I had to call twice to get anyone to call me back about my late arrival and what the protocol was. The lock box was unlocked which doesn’t seem safe. It would have been helpful to have a bit more specific instructions as to where exactly my room was once didn’t arrive until late that night.

The room was clean, and parking was available on sight, but as others described, the property is facing a major highway, so we heard cars passing by throughout our stay. The staff was not too friendly and was unwilling to accommodate our minor requests. We had a late check-in, so one of the ladies called my phone, and I could tell she was unhappy working there or tired over the phone. There were not too many nice cafes or restaurants around the area. Overall our stay there was ok. Was it worth paying over$400? No, but given the location and availability of other properties, it was not a bad option.

Would not stay here again. Location was very good. However very unappealing exterior. The interior was much better. The main issue was service. Upon check in they didn’t advise about the continental breakfast nor parking pass. When I asked about the parking pass they were hesitant about giving me information. Had I not seen it in Trip Advisor I wouldn’t have known. Then there was no coffee one of the morning so we had to wait/chase someone for 30+ minutes. One of the travelers I was with had coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker. Then they didn’t clean our room nor replace towels. They did send towels when we complained. Our trash can was overflowing. Paying almost 500 a night with taxes??? Service and niceness goes along way

Lovely location that had everything you could ask for- just way too close to the highway. Nearly impossible to exit and enter the parking lot; someone should look into petitioning for a traffic light there. Other than that we had a great time!

Very friendly staff members. We booked for 2 bedroom for five people thinking everything is modern as shown. However one out of two bedroom’s floor was carpeted (old); it was not modern looking as advertised in those pictures. Other than that property is quiet and there’s free breakfast.
