During our stay, there were a ton of kids there. Not a big deal, however, when we got back to the hotel later that night, the elevator was out. So only option was stairs. Doors slamming and kids running the halls all night made for a rough nights sleep due to very thin walls. In the morning, there was no hot water either. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, and AC worked just fine.

I have no problems with cleanliness of rooms, but pool zone was bad. There weren't enough towels in the pool for us. On second floor it was terrible chemical smell throughout our one night stay (I know, that at 4 floor it was ok). But price fairly cheaper than others.

We had a suite & the pull-out sofa bed wasn't the best. The tv in the suite wouldn't work. The pillows were uncomfortable. The pool water was cold & there wasn't a bathroom near the pool.

This hotel is a 0/10. They never offered new towels, and when ask for towels, we were told there wasn’t any. We were given hand towels for showers. The paint is pealing, both beds all but fell apart when we sat on them to put on socks. Despite them asking if we wanted daily room service, we didn’t receive one day of our three night stay. The smell of chemical and sewer in the halls was revolting. There was urine on the floor in the bathroom upon entry. I can not say strongly enough that this hotel deserves to be demolished.

When I checked in my key would not open my door, way up on the 5th floor. Front desk clerk had to open with her key. she said the housekeeper didn't return the internal deadbolt to the right position. It was impossible to sleep in this room due to the extremely loud I-75 right outside. Every 18 wheeler that passed by was extremely loud due to the location on I-75 causing them to use their automatic Jake Brake. They should not be allowed to rent room that aren't insulated from the I-75 sound. Even the tv couldn't drown out the 18 wheeler s. Shame on you Comfort Suites!!!!!

The rooms were very worn. You couldn’t even sit on the desk chair. It leaned back like a cheap recliner. Room appeared to be recently painted but some of the work did not appear to be professionally done. Very low water pressure. Difficult to take a shower due to an old bathtub style shower. The hand rail in shower definitely needed to be held on to. All furniture was definitely time for a change. This room was definitely in need of updating. Employees were friendly. This is not where I would stay again. I guess you get what you pay for due to the great price.

While the room was clean and nice, it was actually quite small for a king sized bed. The bathroom was cramped with very little room for the toilet and tub/shower. I wouldn't recommend a long term stay. Overnight is fine. But, not any longer than that.

We stayed for a brief overnight on a road trip. Lobby and common spaces have been redone and very nice. Rooms are definitely in need of updates but were clean and comfortable. Great staff and the included breakfast was just fine. Perfect for what we needed!

The front desk clerk, Alex, who seemed to be working by himself on a very, very busy evening was extremely professional. He did everything he could do to accommodate the guests without complaining or making excuses. AND he was there again first thing the next morning. He is the number one reason for the 5-star review. Hard working young man who should be given a raise and promotion!

The 2nd floor, where we stayed, is still being renovated, but our room was fine. The lady at the front desk in the evenings was super nice. I asked for towels, but they were still in the dryer. I didn’t need them immediately, and said I would come back the next day. 20 minutes later she brought warm towels up to our room 😊. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd night we stayed at this hotel on this trip. The 1st night there was a smoke detector warning going off in the hallway outside our door. We waited 2 hours late at night into the morning for it to be taken care of. The shrill noise went off every 30 seconds. During this stay, the smoke detector battery noise was going off in the room next door to our room that shared a doorway. It took a couple of hours for this to be taken care of. The bathroom floor was old, therefore, it was not very clean. This was a handicapped accessible room, however, the location of the bars by the toilet made it difficult for me to rise from the toilet. one bar was on the right side and one behind the toilet. This made for a difficult situation on the toilet. The bed was average in comfort. The front desk personnel were friendly.

Walked down the hall to our room after checkin, and oddly, the door was propped open with the dead bolt? Went in and no one was there, but the mini fridge door was opening and was warm, not sure if it worked. Some water spots on the ceiling, some chipped paint, but figured this is ok, odd but ok. Then we sat on one bed, it clunked and shifted and squeaked. Not too great, but then sat on the other bed, and the base was broke, when I sat on the corner it dropped and the other side went up like a teeter totter. Callled the front desk for another room, and they did give me another room, but were pretty short and not really interested in what was going on. Too busy to pay me any attention, even when I was politely telling them the issues and asking questions f they had another room available. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, plenty return to this hotel, and not thrilled about the chain either at this moment.

No one was at desk at checkin. It was about 3:15 and a woman doing laundry went looking for us. Finally at least 5 minutes later, a young man showed up Apologizing profusely but giving no reason. He appeared to have just waken up or on drugs. His pants were falling down in the back. There were 2 customers behind us waiting. The bed was very comfortable and stay was pleasant except for checkin. Had we not prepaid. We would have left. He was a tall thin white man maybe in his 30s or so.

This is a nice clean, well priced hotel right off of I75 so super convenient. And there is a Sonny’s BBQ just steps away. But ask for an even numbered room when you stay. We were in 223 and I75 is RIGHT THERE. It’s pretty noisy all night long.

First time in Lexington and on this property. Very well maintained, safe, convenient location, and bonus being 170 ft from Cracker Barrel Restaurant. This fact made getting lunch and dinner an easy option without having to drive anywhere. The staff were very pleasant, and professional. The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The pillows were great and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh and varied choices. Overall it was quite a wonderful and pleasant experience for the weekend we were there. I highly recommend it.

The property is clean, the checkin was easy. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is very soft and the towels are thick and soft. The highway is very noisy but after awhile we got used to the noise and during the night it was quiet and we were able to sleep.

They are definitely renovating this property. When we were there they were painting the walls and replacing the carpet in the halls. Exterior was clean and our room was clean. Breakfast was good. We had sausage and eggs as the hot option. They also had two waffle makes and the usualy hotel breakfast items. Would stay again.

The receptionist were kind and hospitable. When it comes to the condition of the room, it had a strong smell of humidity, the beds lacked comfort and sophistication, and the fridge wouldn’t shut up with its annoying steady hum of disparity and dread. The breakfast also kinda sucked. They had a cat though.

The beds were terrible. The pull out bed was thin and busted down. The kids ended up sleeping on the floor over the pull out couch. The queen beds were hard as rocks. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and quick.
